I got lost getting there; apparently, they have recently moved and G* maps hasnt caught up. I called the office and a very friendly and helpful young woman gave me some landmarks to get there. Once there, I was impressed by the time and effort these folks put into determining my concern and appraising what they could do about it. With a newly determined heart problem, there are lots of tests to go through and Dr. Nasir explained more to me than my PCP or cardiologist.

My experience was awful. The scheduling people and the phone people were rude and very curt in their communications. When I arrived the attendant asked me if I had an appointment. The facility was filthy. The bathroom had unclean floors that were black and no paper towels available. I was told there was no tv available because it was broken. Upon awakening the attendant told me that I snored so loud that he was surprised the walls were still up and that I didnt wake everyone else. Im certain he thought he was being funny but it was not funny. The experience was so bad I refused to go again so I called to have my records transferred, and. after a month they still refuse to release them. Ill be calling the Better Business Bureau next. Horrible experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. My son had a sleep study done here, his doctor has repeatedly requested the report and has not received it, my son has tried to call, the phone is never picked up, it just rings and rings, the one time his wife got thru she got the answer machine, she left a message saying we need the report asap as its holding up my sons surgery and got NO call back, NO report sent to doc... NOTHING. What kind of place operates like this?? They literally have spent days trying to call and get thru to someone. Disgraceful. Its literally been several months waiting on this report. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go somewhere else.

Besides the long time to get into this place my experience was fine. They were in a middle of moving their clinic so stuff felt a little out of place but bathrooms were clean, beds were made and waiting area was freshly stocked and clean. Attendant was friendly and got me all hooked up and ready to go. Id recommend softer beds! Im used to memory foam at home and their firm beds made my body ache which took forever for me to fall asleep. So thatd be the reason for 4 stars from me and having ppl continue come in while i the middle of a move. Im going back for a 2nd sleep study at the new facility so hopefully its much nicer and they got new beds. Hospital beds were more comfy than theirs lol

This place is ridiculous! Been over 6 months still waiting for my “2nd report” to be reviewed and sent back to the office.. BS! Place is a joke! They constantly have a person at the front desk saying “I’m new here, we’ve been told about other people’s same issue” blah blah blah.. this is bull! BBB needs to be informed!

Had a follow-up visit with Dr. Rugama. He canceled getting supplies from the company I used for 4 years. He said he would write an order for new products from another supplier. It has been more than 2 weeks. I have heard from no one. I called the doctors office twice. All I got was an answer machine. They never returned my calls. I am going to get a new doctor.

Same here. Had 2nd sleep study done in February and still no results. Left messages for the owner (Kara) to call me back and I’ve got nothing. Office gave me her direct number and it’s not even a number that works. I’m thinking this should be reported to the BBB since multiple people have had the same issue.

My referral was sent to them, saw dr. He ordered sleep study, didnt hear from them for over a month until I called and asked what happened. They tried covering by stating the insurance company hadnt replied to their request but there wasnt a request sent in until after i called to see what the delay was. They then scheduled me for a day I never agreed to, then wondered why I changed the date. Then I had my sleep study but, again, I havent heard from them, again, for a month. Im usually a very patient and polite person but theyre definitely NOT a place Id recommend.

Very good and friendly people. Only criticism is scheduling could have been quicker.
