I was so disappointed to get a collection notice from a doctor that i never knew i had a balance with i never got a bill or any sign of this and then my insurance told me they were not in our network of doctors and i ask the reception if i was covered and she said yes i had to pay $176.30 dollars for a office visit and all he did was tell me he couldnt help and only took 2 or 3 minutes to tell me and sent me on my way. I think that is unfair
