Great experience! Came into office and promptly greeted and told just a few minutes to wait. Was immediately taken into a room and talked about the CPAP device. Walked through the process and then sized for a mask the suited my needs! Did not leave until was comfortable with device and mask. I was explained from A-Z about pretty much everything! So glad to have been able to work with Guardian! Thank you!

This was my first experience at Guardian and my first CPAP machine. Everything was demonstrated and explained so thoroughly that I had zero questions when it was time to take my machine home. Much better service than my husband got with a competitor when he got his machine. Thanks Guardian!

A member of our family had been diagnosed with sleep apnea. Our insurance company stated that it would be two weeks to process the paperwork, then an additional day to input the information into their system. We had spent a substantial amount of time and resources trying to find out what was causing the suffering our family member was experiencing and frightened when we found out her breathing was coming to a halt several times an hour, then, an influx of stress hormones was reviving her. We wanted relief and peace of mind. Every person at Guardian worked together and encouraged our insurance company to approve the c-pap we needed the same day. I appreciate tremendously their dedication to the patients they serve. We were able to get the newest model, and the most comfortable under the nose mask. Breathing is important.

I share some of the other reviews where it’s so hard to get supplies on time. It’s like pulling teeth getting supplies. There is always a reason it’s taking so long. If I had a better option I’d take it. I ending up using supplies well past their useful life and it’s unhealthy and dangerous. The workers in that place just aren’t very efficient

Everyone was very good

Horrible Customer service, I could never get my supplies. They kept telling me my insurance hadn’t approved my supplies for my machine. I was supposed to get them every 3 months instead I got them like every 6-7 months. The funny thing is I know at least 20 guys at work that have a C-PAP machine and they never had a problem getting their supplies..... That’s Weird.Finally after 2 years of getting the run around and buying my own supplies out of my own pocket from Amazon, I complained to my doctors office to get a new supplier. Then when I went to the new supplier they ran my insurance for all the supplies and they got an approval within 10 minutes. Amazing !!!Anyways do yourself a favor and ask your doctor for another supplier/vender.

This is the best place to get your c-pack machine or supplies . They have the nicest staff that will assist you with any questions you might have they are top-notch.#1 I highly recommend going there for any of your sleep apnea supplies machines or questions you might have.
