I am sorry for the person whose experience was negative. I on the otherhand have always trusted, felt expertly cared for and listened to. In the beginning with him, I felt like he was sugar coating and patting me on the head. I explained that I personally liked exact info in a way I could comprehend. He respected my needs & I wish I were still under his care. Unfortunately our insurance changed. Let me tell you though, his experience and knowledge changed my life. Sincerely Debra Storsteen

When I arrived for my appt, they did not have any of my test results from tests that they specifically requested. He then wanted me to gather all the results myself and return for another appointment. (I was on my 7th week of pneumonia.) Not only was he totally unprepared, even though my primary dr called him ahead of time to help him better treat me, he attempted to both diagnose and treat me without seeing any of the results. And I feel like his proposed treatment was risky for my specific situation. Unprofessional, unknowledgeable, lacking compassion, and belittling.(On a personal note, he left the office while I was still asking questions... because he left me totally confused. He became irritated with me in front of the whole office staff and patients. It was embarrassing.)
