Lady on phone said they took medical but when i got there they declined it… i drove 2 hours for absolutely no reason at all

Rude no compassion i took my adopted child in and they basically told me to leave instead of trying to help me since i had no court docs showing that he is mines.i had CPS on speaker phone to get docs faxed over to this office the doctor asked me to go sit and talk when i was trying to get his fax number

I had brought my son in when he was sick and he got in and out quickly, so after he passed his sick onto me I decided to go back for myself. I liked the doctor, he was friendly and professional. The staff was nice also, but I told them 4 times and could not convince them that my name is not Joanne. It drives me crazy when people call me that especially when I tell them multiple times. Shows me that they just dont listen.

Not sure why the reviews were positive and so negative. I had a good experience. I had bad ear ache and drove down from Shaver Lake to get help. I went to 3 clinics with no help. Two did not take my insurance. The third at st Agnes would not see me at all. They said go to ER. The waiting rooms were crowded with crying babies and sick teens. Thankfully neighborhood figured out my insurance and soon was with the doctor. He figured what I needed and sent the prescription to the drug store.Great service for a Memorial Day. He was gentle and kind of funny. They have a new name now but it’s the same address.

The ladies are kind and professional. The Dr is very understanding and takes into account your request regarding care maintenance.

They do not have any real doctors. This place is run strictly by nurses practitioners with very limited experience. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to be treated by a place like this it’s seriously that bad. Very judgmental staff. They got so embarrassed by their reputation they’ve tried to rebrand into “Ideal Urgent Care”They misdiagnosed me for over 3 months before a real doctor finally looked at me and told me what was wrong. That’s what happens when you deal with a nurses practitioner who wishes he was a doctor

Love them.... doctor was awesome and my son had been sick with a fever for 3 days took him to ER and they sent him home with nothing took him here and got everything he needed... love them so much

Im very thankful for this walk in clinic. I was able to get a sports physical for my daughter on a Saturday. The staff was very nice and I didnt have to fill out the physical form, in contrast to what a former reviewer stated. The doctor was also very kind and funny.

When I went there they were much more attentive when I was going to pay cash, however when I went back again another time with work insurance. They were dismissive towards me. ( ahem Susan)Aside from that they also were not fully informative. For instance being able to answer questions; like being able to use my worker insurance.

Very unprofessional staffs! Dont waste your time nor money at this place! There are better places out there! Like really I as a patient had to fill out my own physical form for school and had to pay just for the doctor to sign it! Really???? Why do you even have staff working there for?

Ive gone here since they opened, none of the secretaries know what they are doing and they will tell me we take cards when I get in then they say they dont. So I left this clinic, I walked in and ask for a final pay out of my bills the secretary ask me to hold on while she called the billing department then a month later they send me another bill. Horrible clinic, the provider also prescribed me medications for anti depressant when I dont have that issue. Got a second advise and got treated better elsewhere.

Dr. Munganga saved my life! Best doctor I have ever had. Always goes that extra step for his patients. I have recommended this clinic to many friends and family and everyone has thanked me for the reference. I have to move out of state soon and the only regret I have about the move is that my favorite Dr. wont be going with me. Hes going to be a hard act to follow!

This is the most horrendous excuse for a Medical facility I have ever seen or been to in my life. The nurses couldn’t convert my height to pure inches and this place gave no help at all. The doctor doesn’t speak any English and went about everything in a wrong way. The nurses working there might as well be pulled from a middle school pool of people that don’t possess any bit of academic knowledge on any known topic. It was a waste of well over two hours

The doctor is really nice, however, when I need a refill, the pharmacy has to fax a request 3 or more times with me calling them and bugging them. Finally the girl tells me after getting the same medication for months that I need to go in every 3 months to make sure I still need the medication. To me thats just an excuse to get a copay from me. Also the staff is really unprofessional, the girls are sweet but they tell you different things over the phone, its like no one communicates in the office with one another

Today I went to get a physical (6/21/18) and the entire staff was kind and very knowledgeable, I tend to ask many questions and the staff was very competent, the doctor was awesome very knowledgeable and with great manners.

I actually prefer the doctor here over my childrens primary hes respectful and explains everything in detail he doesnt talk to you like you are stupid

This place cant even communicate their hours correctly. The hours on the door are incorrect and they dont give accurate information over the phone.If they even decide to see you, youll wait over an hour while the staff just sits around.

Dont bother to waste your time here. Physician is rude and useless and the assistants are even more rude. They take forever to on your appointments. Received a letter from them out of no where saying that they are no longer able to see me and didnt state a reason why, so I called them just incase if it had to do with my medical and after asking for my name(she didnt even bother to ask for my dob) the rude medical assistant girl responds back with an attitude oh you, yeah we dont need to give you a reason if we dont want to see you then we dont have to see you and she just hung up! Its kinda fishy because they sent me this later after I have told them I might have had one on my epilepsy seizure while waiting in the room for the dr because after speaking with the dr my right wrist began hurting and I remember having one of my auras(dizziness I get before my episodes) while waiting to be seen to. But had already reported them to the social service hopefully something is done about it.

To me He is the best Doctor in Fresno!!! I totally recommend it!!!! He is really nice! And 100% professional!!!!!👌

Avoid going here at all cost, worst service ever.
