They have the doctors who need doctors themselves. I hope you don’t get Christopher Cody as a doctor. He doesn’t care about the patients at all. Will cancel the appointments at the last moment and won’t see reschedule for next few months.

Worst place ever !!Good Luck on trying to call and talk to someone Dr.Cody is a Joke !! He was giving a referral two weeks now its three weeks out your love ones could dye due to lack of corporation so I moved mines to a much better location !!

Appointment or not. Be prepared to wait a minimum of an hour and 1/2. So many walk ins accepted and it pushes those who have appointments back so far! Definitely going somewhere else from now on.

I Took my daughter over the other day. I walked up to the window and the attendant ignored me for over 5 minutes. Then when she finally talk to me, she had me wait another couple of minutes. Then she told me to come back in 3 hours because they were booked. There was only one person in the lobby. The worst experience i ever had. No customer relation skills. Went to the one on Fine street. Excellent staff. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE.

They tell us to use mychart but the dr doesnt even read the messages .. I call and they have an excuse everytime and put me on hold and pretty much never answer . Its either computers are down or whatever they are making up for that day .. cant wait untill Im able to receive better insurance . Well I guess you get what you pay for

This is sorriest excuse for a doctors office. I am a person struggling with anxiety and I was blessed enough to get accepted into a college. Its a very drug free college so in order to take my anxiety medications with me, they requested that my primary care provider to fill out paperwork to basically approve me bringing my meds and get my much needed accommodations. I walked in 102° degree weather to drop off these papers at his office. Only to be told by the receptionist that it would take 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for him to fill out the paperwork. Which upset me but I tried to be understanding. I was also told that since it had been a while since I saw him that he might want to see me before filling out the paperwork. I told the receptionist that was fine but Id like to be notified if that was going to be the case since my work is strict and requests a weeks notice in advance for pto. 2 weeks go by and I havent heard a peep. I call them and was pissed to find out that not only has the doctor not even touched the papers, but he wanted to see me. I was upset and asked why I wasnt contacted when I was very clear about the importance of these papers. The receptionist had the GAUL to be rude me and BLAME ME. She told me that I was clearly told how long it would take and that he might want to see me. I reiterated to her that I wasnt contesting that he wanted to see me, I was contesting that I had to call him several days after the fact to find this out when I made it clear that I needed these papers signed asap and if anything was needed, TO CONTACT ME. That aside I said that once again that my work needs a one week notice for pto, so Id need to set an appointment. The receptionist then said that I would have to come in as a walk in since Dr. Codi was booked all the way up until December for appointments. I asked what time I should walk in and she stated Id have to come in before 12:30 since he wont see me after that since its his administrative time. Then have the nerve to tell me I should rush right over so I can squeeze in to see him since I needed the papers signed asap. I WAS ON MY LUNCH BREAK. I told her that Ill just take time off of work because I need to get these papers signed. I took time off of work today and walked to this clinic to get this done with. I waited for about 1 hour and 34 minutes before the receptionist told me Great news! Theres an appointment open for 11 am. I schedule you in. ... I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WERE NO OPENINGS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS! AND I ONLY SKIPPED WORK BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THERE WERE NO OPENINGS! The receptionist KNEW about my works protocol and that I really couldnt afford to take off work. Yet purposely chose to not reach out to me and lie to me about the status of appointment openings. I was fuming but I waited another hour. Im finally pulled into a small examination room where my vitals are taken, and Im waiting for a literal hour. Sure enough Dr. Codi doesnt come in, his assistant does. The assistant then tells me that Dr. Codi would be more than happy to fill out these papers for you but he feels that your mental health provider should fill them out for you since the questions are mental health oriented. To which I told him that she COULDNT because as I had said several times my college is requesting the person who prescribed me the medication file the paperwork. The assistant gave me a befuddled look and said hed talk to the doctor. 8 minutes pass and the assistant comes in and hands me the papers. Im then told that I should schedule a follow up with him. I basically tell the assistant no and leave. I walk home again in the blazing heat and when I finally get a chance to sit down and read the papers, I quickly realized HE FILLED IT OUT WRONG. He just guessed a lot of the answers. After all this, I cant turn in these papers due to Dr. Codis laziness and lack of care. Im thankful my college looked at the papers and agreed that this wouldnt be acceptable to get the accommodation need. So my therapist will be filling out these papers PROPERLY. Dont come here

Called clinica Sierra vista to get some information weeks ago the receptionist did not respond back or email me I don’t have a name so that I can reference to because they have so many people so I called one more time and I spoke to liliana and to start here customer service was wonderful she was determined to help me with my situation the five star that I’m giving them is for liliana thank you

The Doctors at this clinic are great, but some of the employees working around the front desk area have abysmal customer service skills. One of the ladies behind the windows cant even project her voice properly, or just refuses to do so... Even when shes probably aware that youre struggling to understand her, she still keeps mumbling in a low tone. Another thing I noticed is that hardly anyone says youre welcome... Especially with the younger employees. Seriously.. How fkn hard is it to say youre welcome when people thank you for your customer service. The fact that someone like me is being 10x more polite than some of the ppl working there speaks volumes about the quality of your customer service skills. Then when fed up customers give you a taste of your own medicine, you people cant handle it.

THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO MEDICALLY MANAGE A BIRTH. THEY ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE. My insurance changed in the middle of my pregnancy. I was over 20 weeks pregnant. They claimed that all my medical records were not transferred from Kaiser, so I had to redo most of my bloodwork! I expressed my wishes to have a natural childbirth, and my first doctor acted like she was all for it and super supportive. After several visits, I can tell that she was pushing her own agenda on me. One visit was so bad becase I took more than 10 mins of her time. She could not spare one more minute on my questions and concerns and left the room! I heard there was a midwife (Colleen Black). I thought she would be more supportive. She, too, at first was nice. Then as time passed, each visit became more and more poor. They made me feel like I was burden! The day came for me to give birth, and Dr. Johnson was on call. Well, he did not give a damn about my wishes for a natural birth. I went into the hospital at 8cm dilated. After only 2 hours, he wanted to pop my water or give me pitocin because I wasnt progressing fast enough. Eventuallly, I was pressured into allowing them to break my water. I had to fight and fight for the birth I wanted the entire time. In the end, Dr. Johnson still found a way to involve medical interventions! While recovering, the Pediatrician Dr. Jow did only the bare minimum with my child. When I asked him questions about my babys possible tounge tie and struggles to eat, he was half way out the door before he told me to take my baby to the clinic when I was out! THESE DOCTORS DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOU. I blame the majority of my postpartum depression on the way this facility medically managed my pregnancy and birth. DO NOT go to this facility for prenatal care and pregnancy services. Even if I didnt want a natural birth, the treatment and care, and the way they made me feel will last for a lifetime. Every birth story becomes a part of you, and they caused such a sad, anxiety filled, and frustrating one for me.

Been with them for quite a few years and I dont see any great customer service skills at all. Only depend who the hell you meet can be nice and generous. Very rude clerk especially on the phone. I called today to make an appointment and this lady who doesnt really want to verify her name correctly, purposely said it so fast that you dont even understand what the hell she said. Her tone of voice was mean and rude. She sound lazy and I dont know why clinica would hire people like this into their clinic. You guys definitely need to hire peole with excellent customer service skills who is very happy and pump up for the day.

Worst doctor experience with my child in his life. Dr. Laravels staff have absolutely no care for the children. Treat them like meat. If I had recorded their neglect formy child I would be suing them right now.

First of all, for this specific one, I have been rescheduled twice for the same appt & I dont appreciate it. When I got the reminder call from one of the staff members, she said reason for my call is to tell you that the doctor will be out of the office. This is such an inconvenience for myself & for my mental health because of my anxiety & PPD (Post Partum Depression). I have been off my medication for some time now. These doctors dont want to do there job correctly.

Never have appts..Ive been waiting literally 2/3 months to get seen to refill my INHALER..I cant breathe!! And no appts....STOP accepting new patients when you cant even see the ones you hAve......thank god my 6 year old has another doctor....plus I need a physical.Ive been waiting 4 months for them to open a new book for July.....ridiculous!!!

The worst experience Ive had with a doctor. The workers were unprofessional (one was on their cell phone) and the doctor was extremely uncaring. Her careless diagnosis landed me in the hospital as my symptoms worsened due to her incorrect prescription and overlooking of my red flags for something much more severe than she told me. The Doctors main priority seemed to just be to go to lunch, she rushed me out of the office and refused to provide me medicine for my level 10 pain.

I just call to make an appointment for my son he is been sick for a couple of days now they dont got appointment until next month ,stop accepting new patient maybe that way you would be able to take care of the patient you already have been the larges 4 clinic in California you should provide a better care for your patients , the guy who answer my call hang up on me when I ask him to transfer me to managements to make my complain this is not the first time I have to run my kid to the Er because this clinic dont have appointment available I would give a 0 to this clinic
