Convenient to have all medical needs handled by one team. I love that the Day Center is open again and fun to visit. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

This place has the worst staff and doctors available to elders. I do not recommend them!Dr Collaso has the worst practice skills witnessed. She doesn’t care about you as a person, she makes you feel like you’re just a number and completely disregards everything you have to say about your health concerns, with a very straight forward negligent attitude. She will prescribe medicine that you do not need & stops prescribing vital medicine that is needed! When you ask questions or have concerns or comments she will tell you that your opinion doesn’t matter in a very disrespectful way.By far the worst experience with a “professional Dr” for shame.

I was inquiring information from an employee that was in a transport van. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. It spoke volumes about the company. He had nothing but good to say about the company, so I am excited to recommend it to my loved ones and those I serve in the community.

I had one of the most horrible encounters with an unprofessional recruiter in the Human Resources Department by the name of Ariana Cardona. Because she didnt even know what she put in a posted job description, she attempted to argue with me via email. The unprofessional conduct of hers comes into play when I asked her to stop emailing me and she continued to send me unwanted emails like a high school kid. She must have sent me 4-5 childish emails even after I warned her that I would contact her supervisor. If this unprofessional conduct is bestowed upon external customers, one can only imagine the type of disrespect that is accepted within the company. At least Fresno Pace now knows where proper training is needed within the organization. Fresno should recruit for another recruiter that doesnt harass customers!

I am a member, I like that I can walk to the center,as I live upstairs. I like the doctor Dr. A. Soghomonian has helped me to get my blood sugar down. The nurses are very knowledgeable and very friendly.The admin. steff are always there to answer any questions, or to help solve any problems we may have. I am very happy to have joined.

PACE has one RA specialist on staff, but out long term on a medical leave. Nine months ago, the specialist prescribed a medication and I had an immediate adverse reaction. Neither PACE or the specialist would respond with care for the reaction for over a week. After two series of rescue steroids I finally got to a functional baseline. Still waiting for RA specific treatment.
