I came in as a new patient today with a broken crown expecting to lose the tooth. The pain was to much i was fine with losing it. I get there they tell me they can save the tooth! They also found an abscess that I had no idea I had! My mouth is in so much pain all the time I didn’t even notice! They relieved ALL my pain! The staff was phenomenal! They worked with my insurance and my financial situation and never once made me feel awkward. The doctor came in with a wonderful bedside manner and talked me through everything he would be doing. The whole process took about a hour and he Paused to check on me more than a few times! I am going back Monday for more work. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

This is an extremely pleasant office to go to. The dentist is excellent. No worries, care is 100%. Hygienists are fantastic too! Office staff very pleasant and organized!

I uses to dread going to the dentist, but that is no longer a problem. The staff is very friendly. Dr Claypool is excellent and knows what he doing. Had all my wisdom teeth removed, and it was quick and painless. Even the recovery was smooth sailing.

I had some cavities in my #3 upper right tooth. It was not hurting me at all and I was able to eat on that side. When I went to them, they suggested that I remove the cavity and put a filling on that tooth. When they did the filling, I couldnt eat on that side anymore! I went back to them three times to fix it and did not thing to fix it!!! On the third time, the doctor told me that there is nothing he could do and that I have to go to a specialist, which is gonna charge me for a new treatment! They did not agree to refund me for the filling they did to me. Now, I have to go to another dentist to fix the same tooth and pay again because of the bad treatment that Dr. Claypool did!!! I DONT recommend this to anyone.

I really appreciate how comfortable the staff and Dentist made me feel. I would recommend this Dentist to everyone. I’m squeamish when it comes to Dentistry in general and everyone here at Palm Bluff made me feel so relaxed. I wasn’t told to toughen up, or treated like a whiny child when I talked about my usual aversion to Dentists. Dr. Claypool and staff showed me respect and comfort, this both made me relax and feel at home in the Dentist chair. Show some love for your smile and come here, you won’t regret it!

Dr. Claypool and his entire staff are always professional, courteous, and go above and beyond especially when you have a dental emergency. The comfort of their patients is always their top priority! What I really appreciate about Dr. Claypool is that he is always available should you have a dental emergency, even weekends and or in the middle of the night if need be!

Everyone in the office is beyond awesome. I Love these guys. They make you feel like a friend and not a patient.
