I have had a great experience with this dentist. Was looking for somebody who was professional, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Weissich is all three! I recently had a consultation and it was clear he was not in a rush and happy to answer my questions. He also gave me new information no one had ever explained including a recommendation that might help with a different but related health concern. This is a family run practice and you definitely get a family feel when you’re there. Also, they gave me a welcome bag on my first visit with all sorts of great stuff including a T-shirt I wear all time! Highly recommend!

Not particularly pleased with my last visit. Wasted an hour of my time because the gal up front did not approve of my mask... so I left. I’m actually okay with this... but the fact no one called after the fact to follow up is poor customer service. That’s a shame as I had been going to this office for 15 years. I give 2 stars because I like the gal that had been doing the cleanings the last few years. She does a great job.

We brought our children here for the first time and they both enjoyed the experience! They used to go to a dentist who catered specifically to kids and it always seemed more about the books, balloons, and watching movies than actually taking care of teeth, so we switched them to Dr. Weissich for more thorough evaluation and cleaning. We couldnt be happier with the results. Highly recommended.

I joined Dr Weissich’s dental team as one of his hygienist’s this year. Today I had the chance to be his patient when my front tooth chipped. The restoration was done so well and the color matches perfectly, all pain free. I am so happy with the result. Great Dr and an awesome practice to work for.

The office was very clean and all of the proper protocols for covid 19 were followed. I was screened before my appointment and my temperature was taken. I was escorted out the back door when I was done in order to minimize contact with others.

This practice is one of the friendliest and most professional practices in Fresno. Dr. Weissich has immense knowledge in his field and really cares about his patients and their health. This isn’t your average fix your cavities and get you a crown practice they want to make sure you are healthy and that your teeth are healthy are that really shows in everything they do. I couldn’t recommend anyone better in town to have as your dentist.

As a previous patient of Dr. Bucks I was used to excellent dental care and Dr. Weissich and his staff have continued with that same excellent care since Dr. Bucks retirement. They are all very professional and knowledgeable in what they do and everyone is kind, considerate and helpful. Dr. Weissich is easy to talk to and will answer any questions that you have about what he is doing. He explains what he is doing and makes sure you are comfortable during a procedure that may cause anxiety. From routine cleaning to crowns and fillings, I have never been disappointed in the work that was done. Appointments are scheduled well and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes after I arrive. They are always prepared. All questions about insurance, billing and treatment plans are answered efficiently. I highly recommend Dr. Weissich and the staff at WDental!!

This is a pleasant practice to visit and the care is professional. The cleaning procedure was done professionally and was much less uncomfortable than I was expecting. The hygienist also gave me very good instructions for post-procedure care. I thought the price of more than $700 for the deep cleaning (scaling) was a little steep for one and a half hours work, but I was given an estimate ahead of time, and I ended up paying less than the estimate. If the insurance estimate is accurate, Im a happy camper!

Great experience! Im very nervous about drilling on my teeth and never thought I would get this tooth done. Dr. Weissich doesnt make you feel rushed and gives you details of whats going to happen step by step if thats what you want. I didnt even need relaxers I was so comfortable. The staff is great too!!!

Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient. I don’t think I have ever had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. Thank you Dr. Jacob and Dr. Fred for every thing. I miss Dr. Buck; you surely have settled into those cowboy boots!!

My first time here and to the dentist in 6 years. Dr. Weissich was fantastic. He did such a thorough exam. Much more thorough than I’ve ever had before. Dr Weissich and his team made sure the whole time I was comfortable and I was able to ask questions throughout. I’m going back in two weeks for him to present to me his findings and the overall health of not just my teeth, but my gums, jaw, and mouth as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My three children - ages 11, 4 and 1.5 - have been under Dr. Weissichs care for the last two years. We are very happy with him and his staff. Dr. Weissich gets down to my kids level and goes to great lengths to make sure they have a positive experience (as someone who grew up with a fear of dentists I really appreciate this approach).During my most recent visit last week, Dr. Weissich came out to the waiting room and personally greeted me while my son was being treated. I also spent a solid hour working on my lap top in the quiet and clean waiting room, meaning that the interruption to my work day was kept to a minimum.I have had consistently good experiences with W Dental. Horrible experience with this condescending, arrogent Dr. Staff is awesome and he may be good with children, but his chairside manner with parents (at least with my experience) leaves a lot to be desired. My whole family has really weak enamel and bad teeth genetically. We have always had dental problems with cavities. I told him my son has weak teeth and that I watch him and help him brush, floss and do rinses to help his teeth and he said okay, what do I know. I ended the appointment there with him and he got up and walked away. I was so frustrated. Some kids, no matter how hard they try, simply just have weak enamel. I watch what they eat and drink. No soda, only water and milk, dessert before bed and then they floss and brush. As a parent its really frustrating for a dentist to just assume my child isnt taking care of his teeth. I worked in the field for 16 years and from experience I know kids dont always care for their teeth, but as a previous professional in the business and personal experience I understand how important it is. Drs like him need to listen to the parent and not just assume kids are doing whats needed to keep their teeth healthy. I felt his response was rude and unwarranted given the circumstances. He should have asked if there was a family history of bad teeth. His mannerism toward me, the parent, was aweful and completely disrespectful.

My visit was great. He spends time with me and explains what is happening and why.

I finally went to Dr Weissich’s office after having moved to Fresno and having less than satisfactory experiences at other local dentists offices. Dr Weissich was fantastic, and his whole staff was great. Office is cozy and clean, there’s no wait for your appointment, and receptionist is super friendly. Dr Weissich was unrushed, explains everything so it’s easy to understand, and when it came time to examine my 4 year old, he took his time setting him at ease so he’d cooperate. We’ll definitely be sticking with this office, as it gets all the checkmarks in my book!
