I have been going here for several years. Always received professional service. Everyone is polite, courteous, helpful and respectful of me and each other in the office. The doctor is very knowledgeable and easy to converse with! The office is very clean and pleasant to visit. I have always had minimal wait time at each visit. I used to dread going to the dentist but not since I started going here! Thanks to everyone in the office!!

I took my mom in for an appointment recently. Office was very clean and we had a great 1st visit experience! Office staff were professional and friendly. My only one little complaint may be is that we waited quite awhile after the cleaning was done to see the Dr for the exam, but she was very kind and thorough with the exam. I would definitely recommend this office.

Its a great service and friendly place. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a dentist for their child. My first time with my two kids are great. Just one of my kids dont want to get exam and clean but he did great. This is the first time for my kids too but my daughter seems to like it. Overall, its a great experience with the dentist and assistance.

Yesterday I had the most wonderful experience at a new dentist office. I got my teeth cleaned and they were so impressed with how well I take care of my teeth. Only had 3 cavities. It was so relaxing while I got my teeth cleaned I almost feel asleep. The office staff was very accommodating to my wheelchair and my latex allergy. If you have Calviva first choice I HIGLY recommend Dr. Irasuta and her dental office. Oh I love how they sent frequent reminders through text messages. I felt like they were really looking forward to meeting me. The doctor explained every step she was performing on my teeth and what to expect.

Wow. I sadly haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years. Recently found out I had dental insurance and was referred to Dr. Irasusta office. Was scared. Doctors Assistant didn’t get her name but she had a high bun that day was wonderful. She understood that I was terrified and while doing my cleaning she took her time and was explaining everything she was doing and kept asking if I was okay. Today I had my appointment for my two fillings. Got called in within a few minutes. Wanted to cancel because my son was getting out of school in a hour. But I let them know and work around that. Lucky two fillings literally took 30 minutes. They were fast but patience knowing I was worried and the fillings and picking up my kids. Only thing I didn’t like was that they only did one white filling and the other silver. I know that medical now covers for white fillings. Also pricing for a crown is crazy high. I was quoted $950 for one. But other then that I really liked everything and everyone.

This place is the best ,they get down to business no setting around for 2 hours waiting to see the nurse. From the front desk to the dentist assistant top of the line. The dentist assistant was very polite and gentle when it came to doing x rays an cleaning, she did not shove the mouthpiece in my mouth like she was feeding me a t bone steak or something an she did an awesome job cleaning my teeth very good work colgate smile for real. she was very careful not to bother the tooth that was sore she was just a gem. the head nurse was top of the line she asked questions an gave suggestions on what would be the best way to go on getting my tooth fixed., very professional the hole staff was. im not one thats easy to please sometimes but i would recommend this dental office to anyone thats trying to get quality service . the best ive been to hands down.

Ive included some of the key things I personally pay attention to when visiting a office. Ive been to the office about 4 times as of this review .- Office Cleanliness: The office waiting area/lobby has been very clean the few times Ive been in so far as well as nicely decorated and inviting. And as of recent, nicely decorated with Christmas decorations and like who doesn’t like Christmas Decorations during the happiest time of the year!? Magazines are also available to browse through while you wait which by the way (won’t be long)..- Wait Time: This is always a make or break for an office. Im pleased to say my last four visits have always been right on time as scheduled, my most recent appointment was even called back 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time which is a plus!- Office Staff: Dr.Irasusta has an amazing team! Starting with the front desk staff which are always friendly and great at explaining any questions you may have pertaining to your insurance/ and any out-of-pocket costs you may have. The dental assistants and hygienist are really great too! Overall have had great experiences with the staff.- Quality of Care: Most importantly, Quality of Care? Dr. Irasusta is extremely thorough in examining your teeth. She provides a clear treatment plan, answers and explains and questions/concerns you may have and shes also very friendly and personable! Very disappointed. Teeth were not cleaned completely. Also was told that I have an infection and need to see a specialist. No antibiotics offered. Called two days later, asked if I could get antibiotics until I could get an appt with the specialist. Nurse checked with Dr., returned in phone said no infection seen on latest x-Ray. Told them I only had one x-Ray. Was told I could return for another x-Ray at my cost. Frustrated!!!!!

I love Catherine irasusta pretty good dental work, Im always feeling at home their and watching Netflix while waiting for the numb to go by or in between procedures. The staff are all awesome they all work hard and are friendly :)

I went to Dr. Irasustas office after nearly a decade of not having gone to a dentist because a bad experience scared me away. As a result, I ended up needing a few root canals and cavities taken care of. Dr. Irasusta and her hygienists were absolutely great. Theyre meticulous, friendly, and professional, and made me feel more at ease at a dentists office than Ive ever been in my life. The hygienist who did my yearly cleaning also got rid of the stains on my teeth that my previous dentist had told me were permanent. Im very impressed with their work and highly recommend Dr. Irasusta and her staff to anyone seeking a dentist.
