Filling replaced - smooth as silk. In and out quickly. No pain. Lots of smiling faces (behind the masks). Very caring and professional.

Dental hygienist is very gentle when cleaning, answered my questions about cleaning and flossing thoroughly. . Did not have to wait.....was called back for appointment on time. Loved the tooth mirror !!!!

Dr. Jack and her entire staff are the best! My family and I have been their patients since they took over the office. The office staff is wonderful and always willing to help. Sarah is amazing at explaining insurance issues and goes above and beyond to help patients. Dr. Jack is a top notch professional and always willing to listen to her patients concerns. She goes out of her way to make the entire process as pain free and comfortable as possible.

Excellent service from the staff all the way up to the Dr. Extremely clean office as well! I came in 3 min before my appointment time and was seen immediately! My visit to get a filling was a 10/10 experience for sure.

Going to see a dentist is not usually a pleasant experience. However, going to Dr. Jacks office has been a pleasure. Everyone in the office is super friendly and seem really glad to see me...that makes me feel comfortable and not apprehensive at all.😊

I greatly appreciate having found this practice years ago. I get such a sense of community here. Im always well taken care of even when I had an emergency and walked in without an appointment I was still treated quickly. Dr. Jack and all the staff are experts at what they do. Ive never had an issue.

I was at work a couple days ago and a filling fell out at lunch. I called the office and found they were closed for Lunch and left a message. After a little thought I figured it would be simpler to go directly to the office to speak to the front desk gal about getting in to see someone sooner rather than later to get my tooth fixed. When I walked in I discovered they were doing training and wasnt going to be open for the rest of the day but when I explained the reason for my visit the dental assistant agreed to at least do an Xray even though she explained that they were not going to be able to fix my tooth. When she got the Xray completed she pulled Dr. Jack from the training and they took pitty on my situation and fixed my tooth right then and there. I was shocked but quite pleased at the care I received. I honestly expected to have to come back a day or two later. I have been going to Dr. Jack for the past 2 years and I can honestly say I have always had a great experience but this was by far the best personal experience I have received from ANY dentist office !

Dr. Jack is so gentle. I have had crowns done and the procedure is virtually painless. The staff is very friendly and courteous as well. I highly recommend Dr. Jack and her staff.

Im like a lot of people that have a fear of the dentist. Ive had bad experiences and have been through a lot of pain. But its not like that at Dr. Jacks office. Shes gentle and patient. Ive had a tooth pulled and cavities filled and no pain. Ive recommended her to frowns and family and would do so again.

They were friendly and wonderful. They made me feel comfortable about the long journey I have to get my teeth back healthy.

My family had been going to Dr. Downing for over 30 years when Dr. Jack-Berglund took over the practice. During a procedure Dr. Jack-Berglund got a piece of her equipment stuck in my father’s mouth. She referred him to a specialist to have the equipment removed. My father had to pay the specialist over $800 to fix Dr. Jack-Berglund’s mistake. Needless to say, my father transferred to a different dentist.

Amazing service! Its like a family there! I love it and totally recommend.
