Wonderful doctors and partners, very prompt to see you, labwork is done right in their building. Heidi Taft is wonderful and always available to listen to your concerns. I highly recommend this practice for all your healthcare needs.

When I came to this office for the first about a year ago, in the midst of Covid restrictions, I had an overall positive experience. Now a year later I am getting increasingly dissatisfied. They keep pushing for new patients when they are not able to handle the number of patients they have now. After a 2 months wait I finally got to see my doctor and she sent me for a bunch of tests. These were completed 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing about results. Trying to place a call to the nurse is tricky due to their limited hours. What large doctors office doesnt at least provide phone service over the lunch hour? Now, post lunch hour, I have been on hold for 20 mins and I am at queue position 8. Why does your phone system not allow me to leave a voicemail for my doctor or her nurse without speaking to an operator? All they will do is take a message anyway. Same experience my sons annual physical for school. Availability 2 months out. I didnt bother pursuing that will just go to some other Urgent Care to get it down. My advice to you, stop pushing for more new patients and focus on good service for the ones you have. Follow Up edit to review 2 months later: How am I supposed to reach out to you if noone picks up the phone? I am once again endlessly on hold to schedule an appointment for my kid.

Check in and check out a breeze, very friendly and professional staff. All Doctors and Nurses realy care about ones health. All of the staff take the time to answer any medical questions that needs to be addressed. I would definitely recommend this practice. 👌

Dr. Stephen Woof is great. With that said, it can be hard to get an appointment within a week due to high patient levels and for some reason everybody in reception, at once, goes to lunch between 12 and 1 PM everyday rendering their phone systems completely unavailable for an hour out of each day. I only mention this because I have been going there for a long time and they have more than enough personnel to take lunch shifts, however, they choose not to at the cost of their patients. Other than these minor things-nice place.

My experience was great. The staff was friendly and doctors were great; I didnt feel rushed and was given undivided attention. The facility was clean. I was definitely impressed.

Other than a.bit of waiting, the visit went smoothly.Usually does and staff is courteous and patient.Will continue to be a patient. Kudos to my Dr. Vangani!

The office is great to be seen in a hurry but please dont think this is a typical primary care relationship. Their focus is concentrated on running the masses through their facility rather than ensuring optimal care to their patients. I am battling a thyroid condition that requires to be slowly introduced to the correct dosage and its been a nightmare with this practice. I do everything as instructed by the doctor and staff as they know best. If they recommend an appointment,I book it, a dosage and instructions, I follow it. Unfortunately they dont follow up on anything. I have a medication that cant be stopped or skipped and yet all prescription are a single fill and they are unable to refill given multiple calls by pharmacy and myself and then have the audacity to report on thyroid test that medication not followed even though they are the direct cause of. Its truly insane, I am trying to give them money and they cant be bothered. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I too find the frustration with trying to make the appointment for my fiancé. But the office staff is always helpful and caring. I needed him to be seen I thought his blood pressure was out of control the receptionist said she said she could get him with the nurse practitioner I took that time slot. I can honestly say she saved his life she insisted he go to the ER he wouldn’t she made him sign a paper. I took him to the ER. She said she thought he had had a stroke at some point. She was correct he has had a stroke and he has 100% blockage of the carotid artery. His kidneys had also shutdown and severely dehydrated. Without her instance he would never have gone. He is still in the hospital and waiting on further testing to fix the blockage. I thank the receptionist for finding him and appointment and I thank the nurse practitioner for being caring and competent. I hate being in the “que” but next time instead of being frustrated I will be thanking god that they are going to answer and are trying to answer all calls. He is only 54 physically fit and strong as a horse.

The worst business weve ever dealt with; not just a medical practice but any type business. Our doctor, who recently left the practice, was probably fine on his own (as were his nurses), but with the practice itself we had absolutely endless miscommunications, no communications, confused prescriptions, and 30 - 60 minute wait times on the phone every single time we called (youre no. 16 in the queue . . .). Horrible, horrible experience; avoid at all costs.Followup: The owner of the clinic responded by asking me to contact them to discuss our (husbands, mainly) experiences. Guess what? The ONLY way to contact them is to call, which involves getting in the dreaded, interminable queue. I dont think so.

This review is not for P.A. Woof or his nurses they are friendly and helpful.This review is for the office staff. Every single person I have encountered in the front receptionist have been rude and unhelpful. They are not personable or even professional. Last appointment I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to be checked in and then was told I was late for my appointment. I had to plead for them to check me in anyways. Would love to see P.A. Woof change practices!

Amazing!!!!! The customer service is phenomenal and my Doctor is amazing. Ms.Dee was so empathic to my needs and she reassured me that all my needs will be met at my appointment.

This practice has lost its best practitioners and they are horrible at answering the phone/emails etc. If youre late or need to talk to them for any reason via phone, you WILL be on hold for around 30+ minutes. They used to be wonderful. Now its just good for elder care and pediatrics. Or *simple* general neurology. Dr Rahman is cold and uncaring, brief, and not the most knowledgeable. She is good if your problem is simple, I have heard she has helped people with headaches etc.. but If you have more serious medical issues, you might want to look outside of Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania..

Love my Doctor Anand!Ill love the staff from the time you entered their lobby, the staff at the front desk greet you andhave you signed In then the nurse calls you in (not a long wait). You are well taken care with respect and your concerns are listened to and answered.I dont have any complaints.

I love Dr. Anand and have followed him around town. Hes down to earth, thorough and has an awesome bedside manner. Very caring and considerate. He takes his time and is a true visionary doctor. I love how the ladies help when youre a bit confused about stuff. Very helpful!!

I have to say with total frustration that the wait time on the phone system is unacceptable. 45 minutes “in the que” is outrageous. I had a medical emergency one hour before my scheduled appointment with Dr. Woof. I tried to notify them that I needed to cancel. After 45 minutes in the que it was time for my oral surgery. It’s not going to be pretty if I am billed for a no show!!!

Mary (Nurse), Heidi Taft (PA) and the front desk staff are caring and professional and I consider them to be an unbeatable team, second to none!

Dr Stephen woofe is a great Dr and he takes his time with you ask questions and ALWAYS listen to any concerns you may have also the front desk ladies are very amazing friendly and courteous checking you in and out my sister is a patient of Dr woofe who referred him to me because I was traveling to and fro to Washington dc to see a primary Dr at Georgetown hospital Ive since had my medical background sent to Dr woofe and as previously stated hes a great Dr

There was a delay with my visit. I waited for an hot before being seen. A notification would have been nice. Other than that , Dr. Woof was very good and took his time with me.

I was going to Dr. Woof, he is a very nice man. However the office staff isn’t very nice, and it takes FOREVER to get through to make an appointment!!! So if your sick, you will be better off going to a urgent care, because when you finally get to be the 1st caller in the que, they have NO appointment, till weeks or months, or your doctor is not available!! So I have found another doctor and I really like her! This place feels like your taking care of yourself, because they don’t follow up and they don’t listen to the patients needs!!! Very unsatisfactory!!

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. During Covid, they have taken every precaution to keep themselves and patients safe. However, they have struggled to stay organized. I requested several times for one form to be faxed for my child to start school. I was reassured that they sent the form but that was not the case. Then after waiting in the phone cue for 20 minutes, the representative act like they didnt know what form I was talking about. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Doctor Anand was fantastic... Friendly, patient, and kind. And most importantly, right on schedule!

Dr. Fiore is the most knowledgeable and cordial family physician I have ever had. Whatever the problem he has always known the proper way to treat or cure it. I talk to him as I would a good friend. The staff and nursing assistants make everything easy. Messages, whether they are health problem or insurance related, always get to the right place and responses to questions are always correct and informative. Modern medicine at its best.

It was a good experience overall. The front staff seemed a bit frazzled, but completely understandable during these trying times. Heidi Taft was timely, and very competent. She listened carefully to my concerns and addressed all of them promptly. (and there were quite a few) I would highly recommend her as a healthcare professional. Every time I get a physician I like that is affiliated with the HCA Spotsy Regional Hospital, a year or two later they leave. This is the 4th physician (Dr Fiore) to leave for what are apparently greener pastures. My wife and I really liked Dr Fiore and now we must start over again. Makes one wonder is the problem with the HCA, their parent company? Based on what I have learned, yes.Guess we just need to align with the 800# gorilla, Mary Washington hospital. 😕

I am a new patient, so this is a first time visit. Check in, waiting room and general processes were very efficient. My first impression of Dr. Vangani was very good. I will no more when I have my physical in 2 months, which is disappointing that I have to wait 2 months to get an appointment, when she requested me to see her in 3-4 weeks.Two things that reduced my rating to 4 stars.1. There were 3 forms available on line for new patients, however, the history form and 2 others were not available on-line2. There is no way to upload forms or other documents on-line. This is a very glaring missing feature to get to true virtual interaction.

Doctor Mohit Anand, is one of the best doctors around. He is the Physician for practically my entire family. He sees my mother, father, husband, two sons, and myself and I am waiting for my other two sons to get old enough to join the practice as well. You can tell he is very intelligent and if you look at his bio it is very impressive He has a great bed side manor and you do not have to wait a long time when you have an appointment to see him. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Anand is one of the best Doctors in the business. I have been seeing him for about 15 years . He very caring, listens to what you have to say and spend the time necessary with you. If you have any issue you can very easy get in touch with him . His staff is excellent as well.

Everything went smoothly. I did not wait long and the staff were friendly. I did not have to see the doctor, as he was already treating me. I saw the nurse who explained the reason for the test. The results of the test were posted quickly on my health chart.

I love NP HEIDI Taft, she is caring and takes time to really listen to her patients! The front desk staff is friendly and getting an appointment has never been an issue! Also, once you get to the office, you arent sitting and waiting forever!

I am always pleasantly surprised by the responses I get when I call for help, whether it be for an appointment, a new prescription, or even advice. I have never had an office respond so quickly.Ive had a hard time adjusting to having a scribe in the room but do understand the value.I am not impressed by the lab competence but nothing truly bad has happened. They have been very patient with my inability to produce urine on demand. When I was called to come for a drug test it could have been handled in a less threatening way; in their defense I was more fragile than normal. Heidi saved the day; I like being able to talk with her.Dr. Vangani is very competent and does not seem to miss a thing. The print-out I am given reassures me that she was listening to me. She responds to whatever I need; she always listens to my heart and lungs, which some doctors do not do. She seems to know a lot of other doctors and refers me to them as needed. I am very happy with the care I get.

I am a patient of Dr. Tony Fiore. My Escitalopram prescription expired when I only had one pill left. I called to see if I could get a ~30 day refill to last me until I was able to make an appointment, apologizing for forgetting that I was due for one. I asked this because you are NOT to just STOP taking escitalopram. If you do, you can suffer withdrawals that often include serious effects like suicidal thoughts.The receptionist said Youre going to have to make an appointment. I asked when the next appointment was. Next year. ???? I explained to the receptionist what I mentioned above about withdrawals, and once again took responsibility that I let my prescription expire. iTs HiS PoLicY. Ok, I guess Ill just go through dangerous withdrawals? She asked if I was okay with telehealth, I said sure. She said she could get me in a month from now. I asked what Im supposed to do until then?She told me she would ask Dr. Fiore if he could make an exception and call me back. I still havent heard anything but luckily was able to get a refill from another telehealth service. I also didnt hear anything after my pharmacy reached out to Dr. Fiore for a refill over a week ago.She then proceeded to scold me about letting my prescription expire, after I had TWICE taken responsibility for this and apologized. Maybe I should scold her and Dr. Fiore for not prioritizing patient health over (in this case) arbitrary policies? Escitalopram is not a controlled substance. You can be on it for years...as I have been.Its also worth noting that when you call, the automated message tells you We are now accepting new patients! Why is that when you CANT EVEN TAKE CARE OF YOUR EXISTING PATIENTS? I guess I shouldnt be surprised that Dr. Fiore didnt get back to me considering I waited over an hour every time I have ever seen him.I will be finding a new PCP :-)

Dr. Rochford is an awesome pediatrician! My wife and I feel lucky to have found her and know our daughter is in good hands when we visit. She takes the time to get to know each patient and their parents, explains procedures in detail before starting, and goes out of her way to provide a caring and reassuring environment. We could not ask for a better doctor for our daughter and look forward to working with Dr. Rochford for years to come!

Dr. Rochford has been my childrens pediatrician for over 4 years . She is very professional and caring. She listens to my concerns and advises me well. I greatly appreciate that because over the years I have noticed that other doctors acted as if they knew everything and pushed my concerns and feeling to the side. I dont feel that way with her. She is a good doctor.

Worst experience ever in a hospital. was kept overnight and wasnt given a bed. had to TRY to sleep on a gurney all night (got no sleep). wasnt given any food until nearly 11pm. couldnt wait to leave.

Heidi Taft is the nurse practitioner that I have been using since Sept. 2018. I thought the best way to find a good doctor would be to ask the nurses in the hospital where I was staying and her name came up repeatedly. She is wonderful, patient and gives me all the time I need to express any concerns I have. I cant speak highly enough of her! Best healthcare choice Ive ever made!

Inaccessible, uncaring and unapologetic. A paragon among bureaucratic, inefficient, managed healthcare. You’d get better, more attentive care from an urgent care.7 August 2020. I don’t want anyone to be fooled by ol’ Don’s feigned concern. I just got a letter today kicking me out of their derelict practice after I left it on 23 July; kind of like firing me after I quit, that’s how concerned they are to hear more about my experience. About as concerned as they were for my care.

Dr. Anand is a great Dr. ,he listens to your concerns and does whats best for you. His office staff are very considerate .I have been going to him for years and would highly recommend anyone to him .Very clean space ,which I also love.

I have been seeing Dr. Stephen Woof as my PA for three years. He is always willing to take the time to listen to my needs and illnesses, and he will ask plenty of questions to come up with the best treatment plan. Dr Fiores is a great doctor. The practice really needs another Doctor to allow better time management. The patients time is of value too. 840 does not mean 930 or 1000. As far as a doctor he(Dr F) is one of the best, caring, knowing his business and working hard. The portal needs to be improved soonest and Lab results to the patient much faster. I recommend Dr Fiores to all and am sure he will do his best and be a great doctor. He is and has been to me for a very long time. Great job, Doc.!!!!!!

This is the second time I have seen Dr Vangani. She is attentive and listens to what I say as well as asking questions to better clarify what I may currently need. She is always courteous and takes her time during the appointment, I like that. Who hates to be rushed when you go to the doctors? ; )

Stephen Woof takes care of my whole family and is wonderful. He listens to us and has been a blessing to us for all of our health needs. He is the reason we keep coming back. We think he is great and we trust him with all of our health needs.

As usual, the service I was provided by my doctor, Dr Mohit Anand, was first rate. It was a telephonic appointment, but all questions were covered in depth and with empathy. Look no further for a top-notch health provider.

Our family doc is perfect, as are his nurses and other staff.

Good experience except for the lab work. The wait was quite long for the lab work. On this particular day, the lab tech had trouble finding difficult veins and had difficulty not offending easy veins. Left customers agitated and uncomfortable. May have been the workload.

Our experience with Heidi Taft NP (geriatrics, dementia) has been excellent. She is very compassionate and always takes care to understand our concerns and help us with solutions. And she really LISTENS to what we have to say. She spends ample time with us at every visit. She is the best GP weve had for mom in a long time, and we are always thankful to her.

Dr. Mohit Anand has been my primary care physician for 10+ years. In that time he has diagnosed and overseen my treatment for two life threatening illnesses (ulcerative colitis & pneumonia). At all times his demeanor has been friendly and compassionate. Ive never felt like he was in a rush to get the interview over with quickly to move on to his next patient.

Dr Mohit Anand has been my doctor since 2008, and my parents before that. There is no better than him. The staff at Multi Speciality are always cheerful and ready to help with any of your needs.Highly recommend this practice.

I have been in the care of Dr. Mohit Anand for many years. He is absolutely wonderful! He is very attentive, not an alarmist, LISTENS and is careful to explain everything to me. I think he really loves what he does and hes great at it. Im happy that he is at MultiSpecialty Health Group. He seems supported in his practice so that he can concentrate on his patients and the very capable staff can run the front end. I have enjoyed being greeted warmly, short wait times and what feels like a well oiled machine as they work the front end!

After a very bad experience with Reese Medical, with a search I found Dr Anand, and I am so happy that I found a good Internal Medicine doctor! From check-in to seeing the doctor was very pleasant, quick and efficient. Dr. Anand listened to me and took the time to explain treatments. I am very pleased to have Dr. Anand as my new physician!

Always loved my dr. Transferred here when he did. This time was markedly improved. The receptionists were nice, the lab worker was fast and efficient and the nurse was very nice. Anxious to go out of my house, but they made it a clean and great experience.
