I just got off the phone with the front desk receptionist. She did not introduce herself, she was very rude when she answered the phone again from having me on hold; she proceeded to gather information without a courtesy professional thank you for holding. Maybe this review will help her to be kind and professional on the next incoming call she receives.

From the moment made my appointment , I got someone rude on the phone. Not very friendly. Then Dr Kil has a bed side manner of a house plant. not friendly at all. He did not address a serious issue I have and I have been her 2xs for same thing. Not Happy. will be going else where in the future

Dr. Kil was my regular doctor both of my pregnancies. I had Medicaid the first time and private insurance the second time. It didnt make any difference to him. He couldnt have been any better than expected and he always cared about my health and progression. I definitely recommend.

This place was good but now new doctors and the female Dr laughed and didnt take any thing seriously

I love them, always timely and quick. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I have to make a drive to get here but I wont go anywhere else. (:

Ask for Dr. Kil, he did my c section and you can barely tell I had one. He is awesome and very caring. The front staff is always very nice and caring. They run a awesome practice and I refer anyone there thats having a baby or needs general obgyn stuff.

The worst experience of my life. Waited over an hour to see the doctor if you are overweight please dont even attempt to go there they will quickly push you off on another practice.

I never have seen the dr in years, always a nurse. And I do not care for the Front desk staff, they are not friendly at all. Thankfully I have only used them for annuals and never a pregnancy. I scheduled an appointment today for pain I was experiencing...I was running late because of all the construction going on near the office and I get there (in lots of pain) what I thought 10 mins late for my appointment about 30 minutes before the office closed and I was advised the provider left because I was late. No courtesy call or anything? Just very shocking and upsetting. Ill be looking for a new doctors office.

Dont go here if you have medicaid.. they treat you differently. dr kil will half way do his job and brush any issues you bring to light under the rug. do not come here especially if pregnant. or for postpartum exams. i had a complicated pregnancy and dr kil overlooked a lot of issues i mentioned i was having until a week before my delivery date... My blood pressure was very high multiple visits and was ignored..

Put on hold for 43 minutes just to make an appointment! Then after waiting all that time, someone fat fingered the phone and hung up, when I called back and explained I wasn’t willing to hold again, I got major attitude and placed on hold again. Forget this place! I’ll find a new doctor!
