Front desk: angels, wonderful people.Jafri/Rhonda: terrible.Doctor Trible (sp?) did colonoscopy/endoscopy. Found inflammation in the stomach. Jafri (my doctor) didnt call me to follow up or anything. Simply filled an Omeprazole prescription (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) claiming that I have acid reflux.Omeprazole has class action lawsuits against it and it is TERRIBLE for your body. It should only be used as a last resort and my symptoms are MINOR. There was 0 discussion.I had to CALL them multiple times for a follow up or any info for that matter. I was ghosted for 2 weeks. Rhonda, Jafris assistant, never answers and REFUSES to leave a detailed message despite me CONSTANTLY asking her to. I have signed the paperwork.I had to call the front desk just to get the information that they wanted to put me on Omeprazole.I am exhausted and already dealing with a chronic illness. Doctors should be helpful. I shouldnt have to call and harass my doctor constantly just to get information that should have been GIVEN willingly the week after my colonoscopy/endoscopy.Please learn how to actually help people. Youre not the first and you certainly wont be the last but your patients deserve better.

If i could give 0 stars i would!My nonverbal patient was referred to this office by his primary care doctor due to issues with his g-tube and a hernia. As soon as we get in the back to be seen the nurse is very rude with letting us know that there’s nothing that can be done about the g-tube.Also the doctor was EXTREMELY rude ! He was trying to get my patient to answer questions although i made him fully aware that he was nonverbal and he can only answer yes or no questions. He told us he doesn’t know why we are here because he doesn’t do anything about the tube although it was already made clear and we had multiple reasons for coming to this doctor. He over talks when trying to explain what’s going on. He has a very rude disposition about him and when i told him that i wasn’t happy with the treatment he got even more rude. I even asked for recommendations on another doctor that actually does do the g-tube and he said he wouldn’t give me any numbers although the nurse said he would.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !Save your time and stay away from here !
