Was worried about how my experience with a new provider would go once I booked my appointment. From the start everyone at the front was friendly and inviting, even the nurse that assisted me to a room. Doctor Jones exceeded my expectations. Not only did she value my time but she truly listened to my concerns. Thank you for taking care of ME.

Nurse practioner Ms. Janet Thompson is really great she knows how to take care of her patients and her stuff is friendly.

Just had an establish if care appointment with Dr.Jones. She was wonderful. Had no wait time.

This place is fantastic! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My entire family just had yearly checkups and flu shots. We had no problems getting our appointments made quickly. The office visit was quick and easy and we felt very welcome and comfortable there. Rochelle Allison is wonderful! She is thorough, friendly, funny, and she made myself, my husband, and all three of my kids feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I am so glad we found this place and I plan to make this our primary care place for a very long time to come.

If I could give a negative star I would. I just moved to the area and saw good ratings for this provider. So I went in for my initial visit to establish them as a GP, this is where the wheels came off. They had just upgraded the system and it too the person an hour to check me in(to there defense, they had not been trained on for the new upgrade, horrible roll out IT). When I finally did get to see the Doctor, she sat with me under 15 minutes, signed me up for a whole list of tests, much of which were out of the norm and I have never had tests for.With that said, I just didnt go for the test, and just drove an hour and half south to my previous GP.The biggest problem came in the mail, they had submitted a huge bill to my insurance company, in which my insurance covered, then I was stuck with the rest.I tried to meet with Lilly, the office manager to discuss options for the extremely high bill, and she did nothing but try rationalize the high cost due to the amount of time it took. I explained this was due to he software upgrade, and I was only with the DR 15 minutes. She said she would look into it and call me back. She never called me back, after I had attempted to reach out to her, and instead letting time laps, she sent me a past due bill.Horrible experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone. Between the high costs, which they are in my insurance network, and the strange random tests they wanted me to take.

I came here a few weeks ago and saw the NP at this location. The girls at the front desk were great and so was the Nurse who took my vitals. Once it was the NPs turn completely changed how i felt there. She was extremely rude and disregarded everything I said. The way she was talking to me made me want to just get up and leave. Wasnt a very welcoming experience and I will not be coming back after that.

Friendly reception staff! Within moments of checking-in, I was called back by nurse. Dr. Guirguis is an amazing doctor! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and issues. She carefully describes and articulates a care / get well plan. Wonderful!

If i could rate a 0 i would. i’m so glad i went to another doctor for another opinion about my health issues. the doctor i saw at this location completely disregarded everything i brought up to her. nothing seemed to be an issue to her. she ordered a CT scan of my belly to check my ab separation after pregnancy because it’s been painful. for starters, it took a month...a month, to hear from this office. every time i called i was told a nurse had to call me back. finally got fed up and made a follow up appointment at to get my results along with the results from my blood work. the “doctor” told me she didn’t find anything on my ct scan but my cholesterol levels were too high but she never prescribed me any thing to help. she told me to lose weight. went to another doctor 2 weeks ago who requested my lab and ct scan results and they called me within a day to let me know i had a hernia with a large ab separation. i’m beyond disappointed and it makes me wonder what else was not done properly

Called me on Friday around 3 to informed me I tested positive for strep, informed me they would call in the medication to CVS for pick up so I am not contagious. 72 hours later no word from CVS in regards to my prescription since Reese medical never submitted it.

I was late and forgot my insurance card (I know Im awful), but they still got me in for my appointment. They checked me in and called my insurance company for my information with no issues. Staff was really friendly and the doctor answered all of my questions.
