Charged us $350 deposit because they werent sure whod charge first, them or the hospital, fair enough. Had our baby, hospital charged us our deductible, now just had to wait for deposit refund. 3 months later no refund, call and Noah tells my wife Deposit? No that goes to the docter. I call and they then tell me we will mail it. 1 month later still no refund, call again and by coincidence it was mailed that day. Got refund, for $105, now I get to deal with them some more. Isnt this supposed to be a Christian clinic? Oh yeah, forgot to mention that the doctor forgot about my wife on one visit and they started to close the clinic. My wife and 4 yr old daughter had to find someone who was shocked anyone was still there. Wow!

We love Dr. Cornett and her nurse! My son just turned one but she is the one who attended with my c section and we’ve been taking our son to her since day one! He is 14 months now and they do such a good job with him. The nurse always makes him smile and laugh. 😊

Ive been a patient of Dr. Stafford and more recently Erika Benfield for over 17 years. They have always been very personable, attentive and professional. Despite being a womens clinic, I have never been tempted to go elsewhere. I love the new digs.

The Blonde receptionist cannot multi-task. Stated have a seat Im in something I cannot get out of... No eye contact and acted as if she was too busy to make a simple appointment. She seemed confused and incompetent when handed new patient paperwork. Sorry, but if you are in healthcare you need to learn how to multi-task. We have heard such good things about the doctors at this clinic and my partner wanted an appointment. I see a provider there myself and love her. Please hire more competent receptionist and preferably ones that can multi-task.

Ive been going to dr Cornett for 4 years now shes great with kids and me shes understanding once I got close to her ! :)

The Doctors and staff are all polite and great.

They take a ridiculous amount of time to return calls, and all calls go straight to voicemail after being directed to the nurses station.

I went and made an appointment and the day I went they did not attend to me because the person did not write me down on the doctors agenda and they said that they had marked me several times as 3 and it is not like that, I did not have my cell record of those calls they made me lose my time and work day.
