My husband and dad goes to this clinic and never had a complain about it. Ms Moreau and the staff are excellent and very professionals. Every time I email them for any concerns about my veterans at home, they always answer them quickly.Great staff!

There was no waiting at the clinic yesterday, 10/20/20, for lab work. I arrived right at 0700, expeditiously passed through Covid-19 screening, and was invited directly into the lab without even sitting down. I couldnt have asked for better service.

Staff is helpful and generally very nice. Thumbs up for Dr. Chang. Not so impressed with Richmond...

Need to fire there reception department. I have worked with many VA clinics and trying to call this one is by far the worst, and that is a pretty high bar.

Decent care, all things considered. The blood lab is really good. The Docs are ok, just overwhelmed. The office staff (like most VA clinics) leave a lot to be desired.

Excellent Customer Service!

Dr. Seamon is a fantastic doctor. The service and responsiveness of this clinic is an outlier for any VA hospital or clinic. I prefer this clinic over my commercial primary care which is top notch.

Dr. Kommu is a genuinely caring man who has given me excellent medical advice throughout the three to four years I have known him. It is difficult to get an office visit, a factor completely beyond his control, but he and his excellent team of nurses have communicated with me through secure messaging, and answered my questions capably and fully within a couple of days. I have complete trust in him and his team.

Unlike the vet with the one star rating, I have had great service from the VA. 98% of my adult healthcare has been from either the US Army or VA. I am recovering from back surgery (laminectomy) as I write, which the VA did, so I have received a large range of care. The nurses and doctors have always been as good as the private side (I have a wife and three kids going to see private doctors - you can imagine how closely I watch those docs). For the scared vet, he just needs to reach out for help. I am always asked about my status when I am in for a checkup and I always get good service - sometimes private service to save me a drive to Richmond. Its not the best healthcare in America (few can afford that), but it is the best compared to the rest of the world and a lot of American health plans that I have seen.

Staff is extremely kind and caring,have been coming here for years....no complaints. I love my team of care providers! :)

I am a veteran. I am at home- suffering unlike any day that I faced while I was serving on active duty.I know that I am not in good, Knowledgeable hands and my medical care is of the lowest quality. I am more afraid today and in more pain than I ever was in service to this country.If my thanks for services rendered is to grow old and be tended to by the veterans health administration I would rather face the devastation of my family and the loss of my religion and take my life into my own hands.Very respectfully and very afraid,United States veteran

What an amazing turn around. I stopped going to this clinic and Richmond because of the complete lack of professionalism, skill or care for Veterans. I stayed away so long I was delisted and the VA reduced my rating to 80% based on some mysterious miracle that somehow undid or improved my gut and chest cavity from all the damage VA surgeons did to me in Asheville when they killed me dead and left me missing organs.As bad as the VA has been to me, aside from killing me, this clinic has made a significant turn around. I was welcomed, recognized treated well, attended to quickly by courteous and professional staff... I was given excellent advice, welcomed back into the system and saw my prescriptions arrive to my home within a week. Beat that.Bravo Zulu McGuire VA for a complete turn around

Very poor service and rude as they could be. Some of the staff should look for another job.

With all the negative press about the VA, our Richmond VA Hospital and Fredericksburg CBOC are absolutely amazing in terms of service, timeliness and medical professionalism. My hat off to the Virginia VA leadership...
