I have been a patient for a few years now. I was not pleased when I first started but once Mary Washington took over it has been much better.The Physician I see is Erin Stewart. She is very professional and caring. I’ve had several Physicians before that just try to rush through things and send you on your way, but she listens to your concerns and helps you address them the best she can. A+ Physician !

I was a patient of a previous doctor, who has since retired. When I called to make an appointment to be seen. I was told I would be considered a NEW PATIENT and they are not accepting new patients at this time.Ill look elsewhere for a new primary doctor, after reading other reviews.

Ive been going here for a few years and lately its getting worse and worse. I understand some learning curve for a new system but not telling your clients that the portal is no longer being used, waiting a month to get an appointment for a simple lab test to be done just to be told to walk in for it to wait an hour to be told they didnt have any of the tests there after they called you and told you to walk in for the test. OVER IT!

My husband and I have had nothing but issues with this office. Erin Stewart is our provider and she has now filed out his FMLA paperwork incorrectly FOUR times! The sheer incompetence of this office amazes me and I do not recommend anyone come here.

The staff has always been friendly, courteous and helpful. Occasionally the wait is a bit long, however, I receive all the time I need to explain my concerns and receive advice. I would rather wait than get in there at the appointed time and then get the bum’s rush as I have experienced at other area physician offices. Ive been a patient for over ten years and the practice has grown busier, but the caregivers have always been courteous. Dr. Hernandez has been great as my physician. Sometimes it can get a little crazy, because its a large organization. Overall, Ive received very good care.

LOVE my doctor, Dr Julie Floyd. I recommend her to everyone who asks. She takes the time to really listen to me and I fed like she truly cares for my well being. Been with her for almost 10 years now and I’m not going anywhere!

Im not sure whats going on with these other reviews... Dr. Janus is an excellent physician, and well worth any time you might spend waiting. Hes given me the best care in town for 22 years! Highly recommended.

I have been going to this office to see an amazing caring doctor since 2005 and have never experienced any of the situations in the reviews in person or on the phone. He treats myself, my husband my married son and his wife. How are you treating the people that work there, health care is not an easy job.

Enough is Enough. Having been a patient here for the last 15 years, I am giving it up. This place has devolved into a circus. Unprofessional staff, uncommunicative physicians, rude and snippy administrative staff (not all of them, though, in all fairness). Never again. I must find another primary care physician, having had the same one here for over a decade. The quality of this place has significantly eroded-- especially within the last five years. Good riddance. I wanted to stay here, but cant anymore.

I wood give them no star if could .I usually dont write reviews but they are completely disappointing.To start after i have been checked by their nice doctor and spent about 5 sec with me ,she sent me to the pharmacy to get my prescription .On the way out at the counter thy told me that i am good to go,they will send me the bill. (to find out later if you dont pay it there in full will be a additional $25 billing fee).I am heading to the Pharmacy .I will get well ....I am happy .I get there and there is no prescription for me ,so I call them back and they tell me that will take one hour before will get to the Pharmacy .I guess i have to wait ,the doctor did not know that ,was a confusion .I go home lay in bed and get back to pharmacy 6 hours later.... still no prescription .I grab my phone and call the doctor Guess what they tell me ? Do you want me to sent it know ? I can do this in a few min what is the point of that service if you dont follow with the prescription ,i could take it with me if i new that .I guess they having enough sick people not care about the service they provide .VERY DISAPPOINTED.I ended going to a different doctor and get a new prescription.

The staff doesnt follow though with medicine requests when nurse said she is going to do it I am home in severe pain with no medication. I spent all day in Er yesterday. Also call appointment setter she stated that doctor would get reports. I ask her to please have doctor send medication. Everytime I come for appointment I am 15min early .For my last 5 visits it has been 1hour to 1and half wait .I feel I am being mistreated. And the nurse isnot following though her job .Now usually the staff up front are nice and concerned about health. I came Thursday the lady I talk to was rude and very unconcerned about me I have 4 people in front of you do you want to wait .I ask to put notes in there I had not got any better proiorty need medication. Then I ask again about appointment you follow up on Friday with Dr Hernandez. Why she didnt tell me this in first place. Made follow appointment 1130am . Could she walk and ask nurse . I told her she was rude and not concerned about me at all.Her response I did my job. I would like to talk to Office Manager

Go anywhere else. Rude staff. Rude billing. Inadequate NP’s and Dr’s. The worst experiences I’ve ever had!!

I’ve been seen here for 15 years.I’ve always received quality care and the staff has always been friendly and professional.

I have found them to be efficient and accommodating. While they, occasionally, get behind in the schedule, once Im seen the care is excellent.

Do not go to this office. I had a bill that I was uninformed of and I rarely go to the doctors any way. Now that I have a medical emergency and need a referral to the urologist they wont issue me one because they discharged me as a patient for non bill pay. They will not accept me as a patient anymore in the future even if I paid the bill I was unaware of today. This is ridiculous. It was only like 200 bucks. I told them if Id have known Id have paid. Do not go here they care nothing about you and will not help you when you need it.

I had an appointment scheduled for months, when I showed up I was told the PA was not coming in until later and that they had called me but my voicemail was full. In a time of multiple phones, text, and email they only tried to contact me once. When you work 2 hrs away and take time off from work to come it you can not just reschedule on a whim. I am very disappointed and will not return. I will find another family practice.

This place sent my 62 year old mom out of there knowing the situation before I even made her appt and she walked out of there in tears.... Im appaulaed of the treatment and the fact that no matter what the situation may be their professionalism is unacceptable and I will NEVER go there or recommend them to anyone EVER!!

Staff is rude and take forever to get your information for a walk in appointment. I had two PAs checking me out and neither had spoken to each other. This place is a hot ass mess

Docs are courteous staff is not. As I was leaving I heard three nurses laughing at a gentleman who obviously had a panic attack. Not for me. Very Discourteous.

If the place doesnt close until 7:30 p.m., why am I getting an answering machine message before 7:00 p.m. saying that the office is closed? I would like to know where the doctor sent my prescription -- its not at the pharmacy I have been doing business with for the last decade, and where I request all my prescriptions be sent.

If 0 was an option that would be May selection. I was a new patient I had a2 month wait to see a physician when I was seen the doctor failed to address any of my concerns and referred me to another doctor. On another occasion I had an appointment scheduled when arriving I was told the doctor was available and there was a message left on my message saying the doctor was out. However I did not receive a call or message and the receptionist stated she would have to reschedule and the earliest appointment was 3 weeks away.

Dont waste your time going to this office. I have been going here for the past 2 years and each time gets worse than the last. You wait forever to see the doctor. Over the past 6 months it has been a week long process every month to get a prescription filled. I start on Monday, sent request thru the portal.and call the prescription request line. Tuesday no response. Call the prescription line again. Get a call late Wed. telling me yes they got the request but has not been filled yet, but we have 48 hrs to respond in a snippy manner. So here once again it is late Thurs. and still no prescription and my doctor is not there on Fri. Last month they called 1 prescription to Giant my current and 1 prescription to CVS that I havent used for over a year! 2 more phone calls to get that straight. When they do call it in and I get to the pharmacy to pick it up they tell me it was not called in, another phone call to get them to recall it in again. Clearly the office staff leaves a lot to be desired and the doctors do not seem to care if you have your meds. I am in the process of finding a new doctor, I hope I have better luck.

Had a 4 pm doctors appointment and was asked to arrive on time. Got there 15 mins before my appointment. It is 4:55 and the only stats taken were my weight, blood pressure and confirmation of my meds (all of 10 mins). There seems to be little respect for my time.

A horrible, unprofessional, non caring, workplace. If you want my advice do not go to this office. The nurses who truly care about your health are threatened to do as little as possible to help or they will get fired. The woman in charge ispushing out the older nurses to make room for her younger nurses. That is wrong!! do not go here if you value your health and a caring person looking out for your medical care. The woman in charge is a complete and utter waste of space human being.

Arrived at 4:20PM 26JAN2016 and was informed that the walk-in provider left. Walk-in hours are supposed to be until 4:30.

I have waited 1:30 min after my appointment. My time is not important.This is a common problem that the patient has to be ok with that. Im out to a new clinic. Hope everyone does this and they will pay attention to the clients.

The receptionist JENNIFER was VERY rude when she answered the phone, when I proceeded with my inquiry she informed me no nurse was available to answer my question and if I told her my question she could try to help, but I knew she wouldnt be able to help me with what i had a question about being as though shes not a nurse. When I said that she just hung up the phone. When I called back she answered the phone didnt greet me or anything just transferred me right to the nurse station. Very bad customer service
