Ive been here a few times and the doctor is great, but every time its such a hassle to get through to someone to make an appointment. It takes multiple voicemails, and even leaving a request on the website is not making it any better. Im about done trying. Do I really have to go in in person every time to make an appointment? They must loose so much business, with this inefficiency.Update a week later, after the comment below was left by provider: I have called all numbers I can find and either it says the extension 7777 is not available right now or the other 2 numbers eventually just cut off or put me in the mailbox. I was trying to give you ample notice that I have to reschedule, but am not able to speak to someone.

What a wonderful experience! The nurse practitioner, Jennifer Dawson, and I corresponded a lot in effort to get my appointment set up. She was patient and diligent with all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Hijaz was incredible. His bedside manner was fantastic. I had a plan of what I wanted to have done. I had questions about a few potential procedures and he listened and advised me on what he thought would best meet my expectations. I am only two days out and I am already in love with the effects taking place.

Absolutely EXCELLENT! The customer service is outstanding. Services are fabulous and the prices are incredible. Laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, anti-aging treatments, botox, ZO skin health. The medical and support staff are awesome. The prices are very reasonable for the services. Great promos! This is my new go to place for cosmetic work. Having recently moved from Florida, I was looking for a place. Highly recommend it.

It has been almost 1 month since I received juvaderm lip fillers here and I couldnt be more happy. The volume and placement by Jen was great! Melissa and Jen were very helpful and kind in answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend going here for lip fillers.

VIVA has the most knowledgeable staff and doctors. Melissa is so well versed in her craft and happily answers questions promptly. She was able to get me scheduled with Dr. Hijaz within a weeks time and at the end of the day, which works great with my work schedule. Jen helped to ensure that i was comfortably numb for my procedure and otherwise distracted. She even helped me to make a more informed decision about my treatment. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Told me what to expect after my treatment and were concerned with my comfort during treatment. Jen was great!!

You can’t go wrong with VIVA! Not only are they vein specialists (which is important when injecting things in your face) but they’re so kind and gentle. They won’t do anything just for a paycheck and are very honest about what can be done or what shouldn’t be done. I thought about all kinds of things i could do with my face and neck but Dr. Hijaz took pics and we sat down and talked at length about options. He told me what would work and what isn’t necessary or even worth the cost to do. He made me very comfortable during the procedures. Looking forward to more visits and more options that they learn! They are constantly training and learning about new techniques and products that are TOP NOTCH ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent doctors and staff!!!!Dina is the best master esthetician and always explains what she is doing. The signature facial is awesome. My skin tone and texture have improved significantly since I have been receiving routine facials. The spa coordinator Melissa is very friendly and always available to answer any questions you may have. If you are considering botox or fillers Dr. Hijaz and Dr. Doherty are the best!!!!
