I went in for a wax, first one ever and she explained the process. She is very professional and makes the experience comfortable.

************BEWARE***********- MY first time inquiring about this place I was greeted by a woman with a nasty attitude who smelled of weed. I had a problem booking my appointment online. You could tell she had an attitude and did not want to be bothered. I was trying to book a chemical peel and saw no section for it and she said did you try peel? As she rolled her eyes acting as if I was dumb and non computer savvy. I said no and I would try it. I said to myself this lady must not own this business, maybe she is having a bad day. I was shocked!I booked my appointment and accidentally got the days mixed up. I realized it and attempted to re-book for another time. She called me at 11:30 p.m. THE NIGHT BEFORE to get credit card information so she could charge me the no-show fee before I came to my first appointment. I completely understand if you are hard up on money but 11:30 the night before? Why not collect days prior? My first appointment I was greeted by the same woman and was SHOCKED because she did a 360. She smelled fresh and actually smiled. You would think that her being the owner she would be friendly and want to help? NOPE! My first appointment went well but I was not provided with any contact information if my face flared up which it did! She does not respond to email nor the number on her website. I got a chemical peel and was at the doctors office in pain 3 days later. My doctor said that the peel was too strong for my face and I should have been provided with a way to contact her in case of emergencies. He said it was normal for someone to worry after their first time with the amount of peeling I had. I went back 3 more times (every two weeks) as it is something that is done in sets. To make a long story short she ACTED ok but treated my mother nasty. She was 45 minutes late for the appointment, did not apologize then threw my mother the clipboard and said fill this out. My mother filled it out and waited another 15 minutes before leaving. Her apt was for an hour NOT an apt to start an hr later than apt time. This was a birthday gift to my mother and I had completely spoke NAKIA up! I was shocked hurt and embarrassed when my mother called me and told me what happened! I simply decided to not fool with her and sent my mother to Rejuvalase where she was pampered and treated like a human being. I asked Nakia for a month if I could use my mothers gift card or if it could be refunded since the services were not rendered because she WAS LATE. I read gift card policy ahead of time and her refund policy but she dropped the ball not the client so why hold onto the money? Of course a month later, no response. I mentioned it to my friend and she said she was not shocked she has heard people leave there with funguss and ringworm. For your own sanity, STAY AWAY!

Ive never been to this place, but I am giving it a good review because I accident clicked review when looking for a different salon.
