Do not purchase a gift card or membership from this location. Honestly, I would avoid using this business in general in most locations in this area. I tried to call to make an appointment today. Obviously same day appointments are hard to come by so it was not expected. But, they didnt have any other appointments to offer me in the next few weeks either. The associate word for word said we are booked until next year, try again at the beginning of next year(2022). I will be contacting corporate as I have a gift card that cannot be used. As a company if you dont have availability for 3+ months you should not be selling memberships or gift cards. Additionally, COVID cannot be used as an excuse, I will be taking my business elsewhere as there are far more local massage companies that have availability. Why purchase a membership or gift card for massages if you can’t use it?

WARNING - DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP FROM THIS LOCATION. They will deduct your membership fee monthly and are unable to provide ANY massage services. The calender is booked up solid for all days and times for as far as the calendar will allow you to book an appointment. Most of their therapists have quit, and they have not been able to attract and hire new therapists. I asked to have a manager call me - I got an email saying the manager was out sick, and would call me upon their return. That was 60 days ago. I finally called them again after they deducted my monthly payment again and couldnt schedule a massage, and spoke to the manager. They WILL NOT refund your money despite the fact that they CANNOT deliver on their service agreement whatsoever. They offer to freeze your account, but that DOES NOT solve their own problems of NOT being staffed to deliver on the services they have committed to in their agreement. FRAUD ALERT.

I have been having regular massages for years. My first visit to massage envy. I had heard about Gloria from a friend. She is a very experienced massage therapist. She is intuitive and knew exactly what my body needed in the very first visit.

I rejoined ME the other day after a couple of years away and was able to get an appointment that day and was able to get my masseuse Ms Diane from when I use to visit. If you’re looking for a deep tissue massage she is the person to see.Best night sleep in YEARS!

Shannon gave me a 60 min facial! Lately I have been dealing with so much anxiety and stress and this truly helped me! Not just the facial itself. The fact she took the time to listen to me on what my problem areas are. And then she really hit the pressure points, in a gentle yet firm way. And it released so much tension my body was holding in! I had twisted my ankle twice in two days and I was hoping a massage would help with it as well as my shoulders and neck. Shannon listened to me and recommended after the massage Kinetic tape. I had never heard of it before and so she explained it to where I could understand. I did get her to use the tape and my ankle is feeling better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone

My massage therapist was Dustan. He was great. He asked what I needed and did exactly what I asked. I felt like a new person once my massage was over. The ladies up front were so kind, also. They were such a great help!

Dan is so amazing! I felt relaxed during the entire session and fully rejuvenated after. He is professional and listened to what I needed. He communicated with me the areas I had tension and applied the right amount of pressure to work them out! Not to mention he is very nice and made me feel comfortable. I am not happy with the fact that I can never get an appointment. I like a 90 minute massage and due to my arthritis I need a massage every week or at the longest every other week. There are never any spots. I have my membership but I can never use it. I have been a member over 10 years in Northern VA snd Fredericksburg. I have never had this issue before. I want to remain a member but I am afraid this if things don’t get better, I will be forced to move my membership. ☹️

I usually go to the massage envy in stafford but there were only appointments available in Fredericksburg on short notice. It’s a bit of a drive but DEFINITELY worth it! It was the best massage I’ve ever had. Aries was phenomenal

I normally enjoy my massages there and have a membership. However, this experience was not the best. I asked specifically for my feet to be rubbed which I love and she didn’t massage them? Do they not massage feet? I called after the appt and they said it’s based on the request of the client. I stated that I requested it, but it didn’t happen.. I’ll see next time.

I’ve had a membership here for two years. It’s impossible to get an apt every time I go to book there’s zero openings. It will only let me book for august and there’s literally no openings. It’s extremely frustrating. I could book at stafford as they have openings but that’s very out of the way for me. Is there a manager who can assist with this issue? Are you under staffed? I just don’t get it. This has been an issue for months. I’m sick of paying $60 a month to never get to use my credit

Coree is an absolute professional no matter which service she is providing. She can be doing a massage, a facial, or chemical peel, and will be the absolute best at all of them! A positive note is that she takes time to educate you on each type of service (and during different stages of each process) to help you understand what she is doing. I look forward to my sessions with her no matter what she is doing!

Caitlyn did my facial and she was great! She explained what she would be doing and was very professional. Had back to back sessions with Cami, starting with a back facial (first one for me!), followed by a facial on my face! Two hours of relaxation on a nice warm bed with soothing music and lighting. Cami is very personable and professional, gave me lots of good tips, and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back again!!

Choi (Jungwha) was my massage therapist, and she was lovely! She offered me a choice of firmness levels (I chose a medium pressure), and we had a lovely conversation while getting started. She also asked if I needed to focus on a particular area or wanted all- over treatment, which was particularly nice. There was lovely, relaxing music with ambient lighting, good smelling oils (which you can change for a small upcharge), and water afterwards to stay hydrated. I also felt like I received my full hour of service, unlike some places that cut the treatments short. Highly recommend! 🥰

The facial session was good, but way too short. I had a Microderm Infusion with Cami. It was only 30 minutes. I had to use 2 of my credits to do this “specialized” facial. I was told when I booked it that it was going to be an hour long. I would have done a regular facial if I had known it was only 30 minutes. It felt very rushed. It was not worth it. Facials should be relaxing, not rushed.

Ms. Choi is so sweet and the best massage experience. She seems very knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional and soft spoken. I really enjoy our session every time.

My honey surprised me with a much needed massage with Massage Envy! The wonderful Kelly did an ahhh-mazing job with my neck and back as I had a lot of muscle pain in that area. Her hands felt like silk and butter and I’ve never thought of a woman’s hands as such 😊 I will be going back for sure because the next day, I was so much better and felt great!

Excellent at concentrating on problem areas or just giving an overall massage. Jackie is very efficient and uses our time wisely, applying pressure or kneading where it will make the most difference in the clients health and well being.

I have been a Massage Envy member for the past 10 years. just moved into the area and called ME to discuss possible therapists. They asked several questions and recommended AJ as a therapist they thought would meet my needs.I was very happy with the massage a received. AJ took the time up front to find out my preferences and to see if I had any trouble spots. He did not speak much throughout the session (which I prefer) but did explain what he was doing and asked for specifics about muscle soreness.I will definitely schedule further appointments with AJ and recommend him to others as well.

This was my first time at this location due to a move. Aries was absolutely AMAZING. My back is constantly painful due to sciatica & spasms from several injuries related to riding horses. She knew exactly what muscles to press & worked out so many knots. She even gave me some exercise ideas to help strengthen my back to help with the spasms. Such excellent communication. Can’t wait to go back!

The young lady who gave me my massage yesterday did a great job. I was relaxed all over and she applied the right amount of pressure too.

My masseuse is Choi and in my experience one of the better ones there. She takes care and is very aware of your personal needs and makes sure that you leave feeling much better than you walked in. I would definitely recommend this location and Choi. One thing to keep in mind that if you are visiting Massage Envy your schedule time includes undressing and dressing so for example if you were scheduled for a one hour massage you really are only getting 50 minutes.

I have been going to see Shannon for about 3 months now and every time I get the best treatment. Shannon is extremely professional and knowledgeable in what she is doing.

All the therapists have been professional and kind at Massage Envy. My favorite is Janet. She remembers the little things that are important to me: a heated massage table, a blanket and some water afterwards. She loves what she does and it shows in the care and attention she provides her clients. Sometimes I’m chatty and she chats with me. Sometimes I just want to completely relax and I don’t say much; she gives me that space too. Janet frequently checks in to make sure I’m comfortable with the amount of pressure or heat. If you are looking for some self care this year, try Massage Envy!
