My daughters have been going here for 2 years almost, and this is by far the best dentist Ive ever taken them to.The staff and doctors are all polite, the lobby is always clean, and the entire visit is always pleasant. I would definitely recommend coming here or bringing the family for routine dental visits and braces!

I’ve always been anxious about the dentist, and this place really didn’t help. I went in to extract one tooth, and I found out that I had more teeth that had serious issues, and I wanted to remove them(I have a history of terrible teeth, so it made financial sense to just remove them) and I had to repeatedly argue and plead with them for half an hour before they finally begrudgingly agreed. The whole time I was there they came across as condescending, like they didn’t think I knew exactly what I was requesting, or what I wanted.Also, I’m very lucky to have an understanding boss, as I missed several days of work, and they can only provide a doctors note for the single day that I was there getting the surgery done.I’m giving them two stars as ultimately the surgery worked, and the healing process was fine.

Theyre very friendly but the first time we had a appointment at 11 and they didnt take us back until 1230 and kept taking people that came in after us. Then the last time we had a appointment at 10 and they didnt take him back until 11 and once again they were bringing people back that had appointments AFTER my son and came in AFTER US. Whats the point in having a Appointment? Thats irritating especially when you plan your day out and then you wait in a doctors for almost 2 hours when it shouldnt have taken any longer than 45 min if they wouldve taken people in AT theyre scheduled time. Thinking about switching doctors. I understand things happen but not when its repetitive and almost feels like they did it intentionally. Im not happy about this at all.

My family had an awesome experience with Care Dental! The ambiance is very inviting to kids which lessens the anxiety before it has time to build. My son is Autistic, his needs were taken into consideration and he received great care. Tiffany at the front desk was very personable! She ensured that I knew every step in the procedures my son received. I’d recommend this dental office over and over again!

I had great experience! Everyone is so nice. I arrived on my appointment and was taken to see the doc immediately with no delay.The office is so organized and everyone knows what they’re doing. The doctors are very nice and professional, they explained everything to me and answered all questions. Lucy is a very nice person, she scheduled my appointment, guided me through my visit, and answered all my questions.I highly recommend this office!

Being absolutely terrified of having wisdom teeth surgically removed, Dr. True put all my worries to rest. Came in that morning and quickly escorted to the Surgical room. Everyone was so nice! All I remember is the hygienist telling me Oh no youre really nervous, then waking up a second later. Best nap ever!! Unfortunately, I ended up with dry socket and had to be seen a few times after but was able to be taken in quickly. One of the times the pediatric dentist even stayed after closing to take a peek and help me be pain-free again. Will certainly be using this office again when/if my son needs for his wisdom teeth to be extracted!

This place has been amazing. My 4 year old needed extensive dental work and Taylor made his experience so pleasant. She even drew a Pikachu on a balloon to make him feel more comfortable. Tiffany the receptionist was able to get him in to have everything fixed in record time. I cant thank them enough. If you have a child that hates going to the doctor or dentist this is the dental office for you.

Wisdom Tooth Removal. For those of you who are looking to have your wisdom teeth removed this review is for you! From the moment I found out I needed to have mines removed I was terrified. With that being said, I needed to find a surgeon who I felt comfortable with and one that was competent. So, I did some digging and I ran across this place. I read through the reviews and decided to get a consult. The surgeon I met during my consultation was very nice but she was not the one who was going to do my surgery which she was upfront with me about. (no surprise there) She explained the process and what I should expect. From that consult, I scheduled the surgery like 3 weeks later. I kid you not, for those next 3 weeks I had super anxiety about what was going to happen. Unfortunately, judgement day eventually came. lol I arrived there at the set time and they took me back to the operating room 30mins later. The anesthesiologist gets me all prepped and then the surgeon comes in and explains everything. I chose to do the IV method so I could go to sleep. The surgeon gets me hooked up to the IV and the only thing I remember is waking up and hes gone and my wisdom teeth are gone! I did not want to be awake as some of those needles and tools they used looked overwhelming to me! Long story short, I was not in a lot of pain after surgery and I survived. My only knock would be I never saw the surgeon after that as a follow up. This is my only reason for not giving 5 stars.

Clear care dental caters to children and to us parents. They took wonderful care of my daughter, and walked me through the process. My daughter needed dental surgery, and was a pretty big deal. Tiffany made the entire process so simple for me. She explained everything that was needed, sent me the forms, even gave me her cell number incase I had questions on her day off. The day of surgery everyone who took part in our big day, came to introduce themselves and explain their part of the procedure. The day after surgery I had some concerns and they took my daughter in and worked around our timing. Clear care dental is amazing! Our surgeon was amazing! She even took the time out of her schedule to examine my daughter the following day. I am so happy that we found a dentist that truly cares, and it shows! Thank you for making this procedure as stress free as possible!!

I had a terrible experience at another dentist office that involved my 3 year old at the time. I started coming here and automatically was impressed by their customer service and how well my children did with the staff. I had been taking my kids to the other dentist for 9 years and every time we went for an appointment they cried, even if it was just to get their teeth cleaned. My children felt so comfortable with the staff that they actually went back by themselves and not once have cried or been nervous at all. I would highly recommend this office!

I can’t say enough about this place!!!! My 7 year old had two teeth that needed to be pulled. I took her to our normal dentist that I had been using for years and she got very impatient and rude when my daughter was terrified. Clear Care saw us the SAME DAY to take care of her. Not only were they patient and kind, they were professional and amazing!!!! Since then, she has had several visits and every time we come here, I am impressed at how good they are with children. She actually looks forward to coming to the dentist now!!!!! All of the staff are warm and friendly. I will be moving the whole family here! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my baby!!!! I rave about you to everyone!!!

They saw me in an emergency so I could get a referral to my local Dentaquest dentist who refused to see me without one. This is despite the fact that non-treatment could have serious consequences. I wish they were MY local dentists! The staff are kind, sympathetic and accommodating. Most importantly, even though I live 1.5 hours drive away, they recognized the urgency, showing the sharp contrast to my own local option, whilst my health is at imminent risk. Honor and integrity should be at the core of every business, and the world would be so much better!

ALL ABOUT MONEY!Clear english speaking staff is highly needed here....Terrible wait time for Adults...maybe the kids side is fun, however, the adult side is all about making money; no care or special comfort for patient. I will not have another tooth extracted from this place.

Absolutely wonderful! Organized! Kind! Informative! My daughter is 5yrs old and was scared to see the dentist. Due to Covid she had to be seen alone, as I waited in the car. The dental assistant was with her the entire time and when I got the call to come back inside, my daughter was doing her happy dance at the door and waiving at me. They took great care of her, and explained everything that she needed with a set future appointment date. From making the original appointment, the text reminders and to the actual appointment, Clear Care Dental gave 5 star service!

My daughter is 8 and has dental anxiety, Clear Care Dental was amazing. Taylor aloud me to come back into the room with Hailee, she explained everything and showed Hailee all the tools they were going to use. When the dentist came into the room and they started the procedure Hailee was calm and comfortable, she didn’t even realize they had given her a shot to numb the area. I brought my 4 year old son in today for a checkup/cleaning. The front desk ladies were friendly. The hygienist and dentist were great. They were very patient, accommodating & helped ease his nervousness. The facility is spotless and they are following all covid safety guidelines.

Brought my 2 year old daughter in today for her second ever appointment. It was honestly the best experience I was so worried she would be scared but they showed her all the tools they would be using and made her think they were exciting and fun! Absolutely amazing experience. 1000% recommend 👌

I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Dr. Ghatri is the most experienced, professional, extremely knowledgeable and 100% BEST orthodontist in town. The clinic is amazing and so clean with state-of-the-art equipment and the most wonderful staff.. every single one of them! Lucy was especially most helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable with taking the time to explain everything. They made the entire process so simple and easy for me and my daughter both. I highly recommend this practice, as they have been in business for well over 25 years and have treated my siblings too, years ago! I cant afford the procedure I inquired about but they were speedy in helping me with a retainer and my options for my long term dental health. Highly recommend.

I took my 5year old son here for dental procedure, scheduling was very easy and I could fill all the forms on my phone which is a good option these days with covid. Wait time is not bad. The staff and the Dentist were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Started coming here since last 10/ 2019 and let me say, Ive never felt more personal interaction than simple doctor/ patient relationship. I usually hate going to the dentist, but the staff here is absolutely amazing. Lucy always makes sure my billing information is very clear and easy to make at all times. Abigail makes sure I feel comfortable during every visit and reminds me to wear my bands when I dont 🤭Dr. Ghatri 10/10 best orthodontics dr Ive ever had hands down. He is very attentive to every concern I have and thoroughly explains everything. Whether or not I take it, he knows whats best for my smile and I confidently trust his professional opinion.Overall, the atmosphere of the office is super chill, fun, and comfortable. Communication was great and I felt at ease through every step of the process. We had a couple laughs and they gave me great tips to keep my mouth and teeth beautiful, healthy and clean. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family!

I love ClearCare! My kids have been coming here since they were 2. Everyone is always so friendly and patient with them! The best part is there is no surprise charges. They inform me of the price before I make the next appt and when that day comes I pay exactly what they told me previously.

My granddaughter went to three dentists unsuccessfully. The doctor, Chelsea, Taylor, and Kelsie are amazing. They were able to numb, treat and cap a 6 year old who was deathly afraid of dentists without even one tear! The staff here are incredible at their jobs! Definitely recommend!

I have to say that I was greeted by Lucy who was so sweet and sincere. She came around the the desk and commented on how big my kids have grown since she’s seen them last. I loved her warm, professional and friendly demeanor.Once brought into the clinic I had Mary work on my kids who was so gentle and talkative to them. She really made my kids feel as though everything was going to be alright and that they had nothing to fear.It’s nice to know that you feel you are among friends at this dental office!

Everyone here was wonderfully helpful and pleasant. My kids didn’t complain as much as usual. The whole visit ran smoothly and much faster than I expected. The dentist we saw was fantastic and explained everything and helped us with advice on how to improve our kids dental habits.I can not recommend them more. We are ClearCare customers, from now on!

We have been going here for several years now and they are lacking greatly! Front office staff is terrible but the hygienists have always been great and the only thing bringing us back it this last time I had enough, we will not be back! We rarely see the same dentist and when we do they do not remember my kids. We are just another person in the chair at the moment. This last time we were there for over 2 hours, one of my kids wasn’t even called until it’s was well over an hour past our appointment time. I also specifically told the front desk person I wanted to speak to the dentist regarding a concern, then told the hygienist the same and of course my son was brought back out without me speaking to the dentist. Again, he was just another person being shuffled through that day. I do not recommend this office at all!

Unfortunately my last visit was not a pleasurable one. Although I was on time for my appointment they were running behind. Also, I was not informed that I would not be able to go back with my child, only if the child was in a private room were parents able to go back but had they informed me and given me an option I would have told them that a private room would be best cause my child was not going do well without their parent. The lady said if there were any problems she would come and get me but as I was waiting in the waiting area I could hear my child screaming and no one came and got me I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on.

My kids have been going here for about 4 years now. They do great with them! My youngest has a bad gag reflex when it comes to xrays...they work with him and make it a good experience.

They were absolutely wonderful. All staff members were kind and helpful. They explained everything to me very well and made sure I had no other questions or concerns when I left.

Only reason I starred at 4 is because the wait for the actual dentist took a while other than that great care.

I cannot stress how great this dental office is! Sometimes there is a pretty long wait, but its totally worth it. The staff is amazing with my whole family! My son has very severe anxiety, but they are always so understanding and patient with him. Like I said I cant say enough good things about them. I 100% recommend bringing your whole family here for all of your dental care!!!

I took my 3 year old and 1 year old to ClearCare Dental as new patients. They were so patient with the kids and made their experience relaxing and comfortable. I cannot wait to take them back in 6 months.

They took great care of me, walk me through the whole process before it happened during my consultation. I was one of the unlucky ones where I had 5 wisdom teethe to be removed. During the consultation, the doctor talked to me about all the potential risks, but at the same time talked how he would approached my particular situation making me feel comfortable about the whole surgery.During the surgery they put me under sedation where I would feel sleepy and drousy. I wasn’t completely asleep, and there were times I was aware and felt that pain (it was excruciating pain I never want to feel again). If you get your wisdom teethe pull, tell them you want to be completely asleep. My surgery was a little over 1hr 15min+, I only woke up and felt that excruciating pain for about less than 20secs; so that could’ve been between the sedation doses, because they Have to give you a dose every 15min, estimating 15min per tooth extraction. The doctor said they did have trouble getting some teethe out, which is why it took a bit longer. Which is why i felt those 20sec of pain because of was between doses and teethe were being stubborn to come out.Overall, my experience was great, they got me in and out. It felt quick, efficient, and comfortable. As far as pain, make sure your on top of the schedule of medicine the doctor prescribes for you, you do not want to miss a dose. ALSO, TRY NOT TO TALK AT ALL FOR THE FIRST WEEK! When you talk or yell or anything, the vibrations and sound can agitate your gums causing them to bleed, leading to an unimaginable PAIN. You need that blood to clot in the sockets so use gauges to clot the affected areas.

I believe the care and attention was son was given at clear care was decent .i dont think the schedule was done professionally.we were double booked and had to wait, while another person went ahead of us. We arrived at our appointment on time

This place is a joke front staff Is rude and unorganized can’t even get times and dates correct for appointments they let me go back with my son who’s 13 but then took 20 min to go ask if I can go back with my daughters who’s 9-11after messing up there retainers and braces multiple times so I of course said I will be present for all appointments for now on . Then schedules my kids multiple appointments because they have multiple files for 2 of my kids and that’s my fault would give 0 review if I could I will be changing dentist ASAP.

We finally found a dentist my daughter actually likes! 👍🏻 I was very pleased , such a great experience she loved it!

We love the folks at ClearCare. They have always been so kind and accommodating; however, the new normal has impacted the waiting experience. Our appointment was at 9, and we arrived on time. We waited for 25 minutes, along with about 5-6 other families, in the waiting area. Social distancing was upheld to satisfaction, but the areas were more packed than they usually are. Every chair was filled in their main dental exam area. For folks whose children are 3 and older, just an FYI: they are requesting your child have their appointment alone, without your physical presence. That was not upheld if the parent insisted on being with their child.

I was nervous getting the procedure today but everyone was very helpful. The Doctor was really great and broke everything down step by step. I will definitely visit again. For a cleaning this time.

Absolutely horrible experience 12/2019. When we first arrived, there was no one else in the waiting room. The front desk receptionist was polite and after waiting 30min, I inquired about the time and they brought me back just to make me wait another 30 minutes stating that they were waiting for the doctor who was supposedly on the phone dealing with another patient. I was across from his office and his conversation did not appear to be patient related. Once the doctor arrived, they proceeded to discuss how the referring provider did not provide the correct location of the tooth in question and how bad a copy it was that was sent. As a healthcare professional myself, it is not in anyones best interest to speak badly about another professional. We only came for an extraction, however they then proceeded to try to sell other procedures to make more money that were not necessary at the time. As we left I overheard the assistant proceed to talk about us as we were leaving. Very very unprofessional and I would not recommend especially after receiving a bill even though we did not receive any services. I recommend Dr. Izadis office. It may be a wait, but it is worth it!!!

My college aged son had his wisdom teeth removed yesterday. The procedure itself and the anesthesia went well. Heres my issue: my son is ALLERGIC to the post surgery ANTIBIOTIC they prescribed him. He notified them of his allergy, and they prescribed the WRONG MEDICINE ANYWAY. COMPLETELY CARELESS ON THEIR PART!! Thankful I checked his meds before he took any. I literally saved my sons life today.

Just had my 1st appointments after switching dentists. Wonderful experience clean, friendly, professional and all three kids treated in timely manner. Kids were happy with experience as well. Couldn’t be more happy that I made the switch.

I was not prepared with first timePatient paperwork like I should have been. I should have filled out before hand and didn’t realize. The whole staff was sooo patient and kind. They waited for me to fill out paperwork for 3 kids! I had my three kiddos with me, each having an appt. for the first time. the staff was amazing with them and the dentist was so good with them and me. I highly recommend these guys for your kids. I was a mess with all three and paperwork, each one having a moment of stress. But they were fantastic! Thanks ClearCare !

Due to COVID they will not allow parents to go back with their MINOR children. I have brought our children into the office no less than 4 times since COVID started for dental work. EVERY time, they put up a fight about my going back with my MINOR children. THEY.ARE.MINORS. Shame on them for allowing their COVID policy to supersede leaving minors.

My 3 year old had her first appointment here today. It was a great experience for my daughter. We were seen by the dental assistant, Felicia, and she was amazing with my daughter. If my daughter didnt like something, Felicia was quick with alternatives, anything to make sure my daughter was comfortable and enjoyed her appointment. She was very sweet and made my daughter feel special. Highly recommend 10/10 will be coming back.

I understand the COVID restrictions but I didnt agree with me sitting in the car while my children had to go into the building by themselves. While I saw other parents going in with there children. If I wouldve known this before I arrived I would have canceled the appt.

ClearCare Dental is a great dental office. The staff and nurses were very sweet and kind. The dentist are awesome. Went in for wisdom teeth removal. Had no issues. I had an access, but they were able to take care of it right away. They also were able to get my IV ready in one shot which was awesome cuz I never have good luck with IVs.

First time here. Moved to the Burg a few years ago and ashamed to say, haven’t taken my son to the dentist since I have been here. He has pretty good oral hygiene (for a teenager) and wanted him to have a full exam prior to going back to school. Completed all the paperwork online go website which saved time when we arrived. Completing everything online also allows for communication by email and text.Upon arrival, I called to let them know we were there due to Covid. Staff is super friendly which automatically put my son at ease. They kept my updated with his treatment while I sat in the car (Covid! Ugh!). Facility is super clean and comfortable. Asked my son how it went in the back and he said it was pretty good. He said everyone was nice and the explained everything they were doing. I feel comfortable with this practice and will continue. Think of switching over for adult dentistry as well.

Going to the dentist has ALWAYS been a challenge with my youngest BUT the ENTIRE STAFF at ClearCare Dental are MIRACLE WORKERS. They were compassionate, supportive, willing to explain and walk me through the dental plan, offered alternatives, and were able to turn my son from a screaming banshee to a perfect angel!!! Yes, I truly recommend this office for the whole family. Everyone at this office has been a big help with both of my girls. When you walk in this office it has a very warm atmosphere. They always take good care of my girls at ever visit. I love that you can bring your small kids and they can play in the play area, which is very nice and neat. Overall this office is the best.

So this visit was a little different. My son had to go back alone due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At first I was nervous about not going with him, but all the staff was very reassuring and helpful. My son went back and came out all smiles. They were fast and we will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs an amazing dental team in the future!

It is a little weird not being able to go in with your child as I wait in the car. After they are done, they walk him out to the car and he seems happy. Strange times but it works.

OMGosh. My special needs son needed all his wisdom teeth out and was extremely anxious about this procedure. Dr. True was amazing! He has such a great bedside manner - in fact, everyone at ClearCare Dental was wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful, the anesthesiologist was great and the nursing staff too. I have been telling everyone about this practice and referring them already. So glad our dentist sent us to them. This review should be 10 stars!

Fantastic dental practice for children! I wish I had found this location before taking my little to another children’s dental practice which is located in Central Park in Fredericksburg. Clear Care Dental has made every experience for my daughter pleasant and calming and they truly care. I highly recommend to everyone who has a child and want them to be in good hands.

Having had really bad experiences at another dental office in Fredericksburg who think that they were cool thats k o o l. Clear care dental are efficient courteous caring and have been that way every time weve been in they are very accommodating to our schedule and greet everyone very kindly as they come in the door. Having been able to just sit and watch while getting their dental service on a family member each person is treated as they are the only one that is there. The doctor gives her full attention to each person as she speaking to them its always been an excellent experience. If the score could be more than five stars it would be thanks ClearCare dental.

Great place. Weve gone to ClearCare for 3 sets of braces and will go there for a 4th in a few years. They do beautiful work, competitive prices, good communication. Lucy and Mary are awesome. 🙂

I love everybody there. Its like one big family, and they make you feel apart of it. They are patient with the kids, I wont go anywhere else!!

The place was very clean and child-appealing. It was clean and the staff from reception area to the doctor herself... I absolutely fell in love with this place. I live in different state, but because of the pandemic I had to resort for my 15 month old baby first dentist appointment here. I don’t regret it one bit. Please, take your child here! They even do orthodontics! Oh and if you’re worried about the staff covering up because of the virus, the staff who wok closely with patients will first take your child’s temperature, they also wear double-masks under a face shield, gloves and clothes protectors. They were ready and made me feel safe!

The receptionist at my Drs office referred my 3 year old grand daughter to this practice. Carmen answered the phone and was VERY pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Customer service 5 stars. If she is a reflection of the Drs I know this will be a divine connection. Will post the actual experience.As promised I said I would post AFTER the visit. The front desk took 20 minutes with verifying the insurance and said grand daughter did not have insurance. My grand daughter has private insurance and they ASSUMED she had Medicaid and told my daughter to contact her social worker??? Then after it was explained that she had private insurance they advised that they could not see my grand daughter because it was an HMO(again fine, no problem). Ok fine.... 2 minutes later as they were leaving, the staff member called and said they could see her if it was self pay. Ok, no problem, visit paid out of pocket. My daughter wanted to take pictures of my granddaughter at her FIRST dentist appointment. The STAFF ASSUMED that a picture would be taken of them and were rude. Hope your experience is better than ours. Put your tennis shoes on incase you get the run around.The positive... Visually kid friendly.

Such a great place! Staff is wonderful and was impressed with how they are handling opening back up with the virus going on. Daughter felt safe and was thrilled to get her braces off.

I liked it here it’s really clean and their nice for the most part the doctor is awesome but I just wish they would’ve explained more of the recovery process to me before the procedure instead of telling my boyfriend after. I wanted to know what they said instead of him relative that info to me. Other then that it was awesome fast and painless!

We found ClearCare after we were told our three year old would need crowns. They couldnt have been more kind to him during and immediately after an admittedly painful and terrifying procedure. They were encouraging, professional, and best of all, quick.We just had our first follow up visit. The entire staff was welcoming and happy. They treated him as the patient instead of deferring all decisions to me. I really feel that that made the appointment go easier, since he felt a bit of ownership in the process.Excellent place.

Clear Care Dental is a great dental office. Neeru and Nikki were very sweet and kind. The dentist are awesome. Went in for wisdom teeth removal. Had no issues.
