Love the place. Awesome prices. Erin is by far the worst customer service person. Will engage customers who no longer need assistance and ignore the line behind them. Then she will continue to ignore you when the rude customers mouth off to you. And she will slow your 30 second order down by taking a phone call. If the other folks that work there are present, use them. 5+ stars. Erin, not so much.

I was extremely satisfied and happy to see the precautions and measure taken for COVID-19. I have astigmatism and went to multiple doctors who fit me with contacts that I wasnt able to read with. I came to Costco and the doctor here was amazing, he gave me contacts that corrected my astigmatism and I can finally read without glasses. Would definitely recommend!

Scheduled an appointment because one of my eyes had become acutely blurry. Drove all the way there, and they mistakenly thought I was there to get fitted for contact lenses. The receptionist and optometrist spoke to each other privately, then the receptionist came back and told me they weren’t going to see me, and I should go somewhere else.The eye doctor turned me away after I told them I suddenly can’t see. Think about that. What kind of eye doc is this? I’m speechless.

I have been going to this doctor for quite some time now and he is absolutely amazing and cares for his patients and their safety. I also appreciated the precautions they are currently taking due to COVID.

I went in this week on a walk-in basis as a new client. They were easy to work with and the Dr saw me within 20 minutes of being there. He was polite and thorough. He explained my newly diagnosed condition well and I left happy. I went over to the vision center to pick a new pair of frames and give them my prescription. The woman stood beside me to entire time trying frame after frame on while helping me to find what worked best for me.

Definitely the best doctor Ive been to in a while, he really knows what hes doing and is very knowledgeable!

Really not happy with my experience! The doctor changed my contact prescription and it isn’t working for me. Went in again and he just said no this is the right prescription for you. I’m like excuse me? I’m the one wearing them trying to see! I would know if it’s right or not! Do not recommend!

I have tried 3 different pairs of glasses, and have run into the same problem. Within weeks of getting my new frames, the lens are scratched. Right in the middle. I go to the vision center, and they won’t do a thing about it. Apparently, the warranty doesn’t cover it. So I am stuck with these glasses. I will never buy glasses through Costco again.

I had a horrible experience with the doctor optimistrist, mostly the assistance was very rude , I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. I was trying to get contacts for my sensitive eyes and every-time they missed up my prescription and when I tried to go back they would rudely find me worse contacts.and the assistant would not help me with my contact order.very bad customer service

The optical employees... 3 of them behind the counter, they don’t care if you needed help. I hate to think that because I am Asian??? All the workers are white. They will not even sit with you to make sure the the prescription glasses fit well. They will just hand it to you and it’s up to you to try them on. The last time I was there to pick up my glasses I sat myself on the chair, the lady handed me my glasses with out sitting in front of me, instead she was standing in front of me and was handing me a piece of board without saying a word. I was kind of startled. Like, what is that. But I figured it out when I started reading it. Lol! It was an instruction to see if the glasses were working, ugh!I will never go back there. You are not treated with courtesy.

I called here 3 times on Friday to ask questions because the lady that answered was very short and rude on the phone like she couldnt be bothered. I go in on Sat for an eye exam only to be told the Dr. doesnt come in until 2. I mean really you couldnt have mentioned that on the phone? I even asked for an appointment and was told I didnt need one I could just walk in. On a Sat. no Dr. until 2? Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere since it seems they really arent looking to get business.

They keep canceled my wifes appointments. Apparently theyre sick all week long.Golfitis sucks. Get well soon.
