Dr. Rose is the most helpful and knowledgeable eye doctor I have ever seen. She truly cares about her patients and takes her time to help you. The ladies at the front desk are AMAZING. They go above and beyond. I recommend this facility to everyone I know.

My family and I have been coming to this clinic for years. I love them. Be prepared to wait and because of that it doesn’t make you feel like you are being rushed when seen by Dr. Chan. He is very thorough and professional. The front desk ladies are very helpful and pleasant. Be polite and you get politeness back.

I was very pleased with Dr. Chan. He took his time to explain everything. I was glad I had the retinal scan. It gave a better look at my eye health and things I need to look out for. Every one was very friendly. I will definitely be going back next year.

If my appointment is at 2:30pm, why do you not take me back until after 3pm. And you have no front desk person, so I have no idea what is going on. But if I leave, Im charged a missed appointment. Dr. Chans office next to Lenscrafters at Spotyslvania Mall is the place to go for eye exams. There are friendly employees there and they are very thorough with their exams.

Walk in wait time is terrible. Be prepaired to wait 3+ hours as they take appointments ahead of you.
