Doctor White helped my daughter. She was very polite and knowledgable. She made us feel welcome and loved.

While on vacation I stopped here to see if I could purchse contacts. The employees greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. They proceeded to look for my prescription and returned with a free sample pack for me. I was extremely grateful and highly recommend anyone in Fredericksburg to visit them for their optical needs. Great Doctors and Staff. Got me right in and took care of me within an hour of calling with an urgent need, even though they had never seen me previously.I was so impressed with the care and awesome new equipment that I booked my regular vision appointment for the next week.Totally professional and very kind from start to finish.Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful! I was visiting family in Fredericksburg and had an emergency with a torn contact. They did not hesitate to help me with a replacement! If I lived here, I would definitely choose them for all my eye care needs.

While on vacation in Corpus Christi, Texas my son lost his glasses. Our next stop was Fredericksburg, TX where we found TSO. I spoke to a nice young lady who said they could help us. After making many calls to many optometrists in the area no one could offer a quick turnaround and being on vacation we were on a tight schedule. It was 4 pm and even though they closed at 5 pm, we got there, had the glasses prescription faxed over from Arizona. Stephanie helped us and 20 min later we had a brand new pair of glasses. Stephanie was amazing. She was thorough and professional and was incredibly knowledgeable about what a teenager would like which narrowed down our choices in frames. Stephanie- if you read this - thank you. You saved our vacation.

We love Dr Andregg and I would have given 5 stars except we went in today and they are still trying to enforce the mask mandate after the govenor took it away. It should be our choice if we wear one or not when our govenor ended it.

This establishment is of the highest quality. Traveling through Tx, I needed an emergency eye exam for my employer and I called this company as soon as they open and explained to them my situation. With open arms, they squeezed me into a time frame that would work for me that same day. Upon arrival, they treated me as if I were a returning customer. This place should be a guideline for other businesses. Thank you, TSO.

Doctors do not listen. Prescription incorrect tried to explain it at the time of appointment. Let it sit and see me in a week. Cost extra $25 for to see them of still an incorrect Prescription. Your doctors should be about to fit you in contacts without 5 extra visits. Bad business. You got the prescription wrong why should I have to pay again and again to get it right. Rip off and incompetent

Im a part time Fredericksburg resident. I had an eye health issue recently that I was concerned about and didnt have an eye doctor in Fredericksburg. Texas State Optical was close so I called and they were able to work me in right away. The staff and doctor were friendly, helpful, thorough and very professional. If you need an Optometrist in Fredericksburg, I definitely recommend TSO

We have been dealing with TSO for several years and our favorite employee Melissa recently moved to the Fredericksburg location. She has been working to help us both with new glasses. My husband had an issue and she set up an appt with Dr Anderegg for a new exam. The doctor was wonderful. Explained the problems she found and assured us she would work with him until we get good results. This was probably the most thorough exam we had ever seen. We would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone needing optical services.
