So rude and unprofessional. This doctor had my examination done in five minutes. Needless to say my prescription was wrong. Glasses only! She wouldnt do contact lenses due to Covid (whatever that means). Never again. Found a real doctor now.

The worst experience ever. Both my wife and I were in exam for about 10 minutes max (combined). It was like an assembly line, trying to get us through as fast as possible. Result? Both our prescriptions were way off of normal. So bad, neither glasses worked. My lenses tripled in thickness and I couldnt walk with them on. The Dr just said our eyes were so bad that glasses can only do so much! However, we did not have any vision issues prior. She blamed my diabetes, saying my blood sugar fluctuates. Thing is, every living beings blood sugar fluctuates, not just diabetics. Go here if you want. As for my family, we will go elsewhere. Id give negative stars if it were possible.

Extremely rude receptionist. Website and a phone call said they open at 10:30. When I arrived at 10:30 I was told they don’t take walk-ins until 11:00. Yet, on the phone I was told I could walk-in at 10:30. Planned to sit and wait until 11, desk girl said “people aren’t allowed to sit and wait.”

I was able to get in last minute, the doctor was quick and professional
