Dr Tsai- the eye guy! I have been going to Dr. Tsai for many years and I am very happy with him. He listens to me and addresses all of my concerns. He caught my macular degeneration at a very early stage which probably saved my eyesight.He doesnt take my insurance which just means that I pay for the visit up front and then get a check in the mail a couple weeks later. His office does all of the paperwork for me to receive the check. Easy peasy.

Extremely rude female receptionist. I’ve heard great things of Dr. Tsai but she is the reason why I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The two stars go to Dr. Tsai because I really liked him and he was a good doctor. However...THIS OFFICE DOES NOT ACCEPT VSP. Despite the fact that there is a big sign out front that says they do. During the entire process of calling to schedule the appointment (where I told the receptionist I have VSP), coming in for the appointment, paying for the appointment, then calling them back after the appointment when I was questioning why I got charged so much, they never thought to mention to me that they were considered out of network for VSP. Really? Yes, I know it is my responsibility to find a provider who is in network. But give me a break, you could at least mention to me, hey just so you know, we are out of network for VSP....So now I basically paid $65 more than I needed to. Which is really coming at a bad time for me. I couldve just gone to the same eye doctor I went to a year ago. I only went here because they came so highly recommended. Thanks a lot, I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. Never going here again.

We have used Dr. Tsais services for years and have never been disappointed! The office staff is great, Dr. Tsai is fun and professional at the same time. Hes the only one who actually took the time with my son and got him to wear his glasses. We love him

Dr Tsai is both professional and personable.He is very thorough in his exams and cares about his patients.Both my husband and myself go to himOnly complaint is the wait time.

Best Eye Doctor around by far. My entire family comes to Dr Tsai. Wait times are not long at all if you have an appointment. All the staff are very kind.

Alas, I must report a bad experience. I paid for my contact lens appointment, and when the lens didnt work for me, it was not made clear there was a deadline (3 months) for no-fee replacement. So, yes, I was busy on travel and the like, and the rude receptionist -- she wouldnt even listen to my complaint and just pulled the policy statement off the wall -- informed me I would have to pay for a whole new eye exam ($150+). Argumentative, too. Caveat emptor. (Let the buyer beware.)

Office and Dr Tsai were great, however the appointment was made for a medical issue with an eye. The staff and Dr knew this when the appt was made along with exactly what the issue was. After collecting $20, we were sent to a specialist. What a waste of time and $20

I have been going to Dr Tsai since he was in Dumfries. Service has always been great. See you tomorrow.

Second time going, ended up getting contacts this time. Tsai and staff had no issue with me taking forever to get them in.
