Greeted by a happy and friendly receptionist who made me feel immediately comfortable. Dental staff walked me through what to expect from this visit - x-rays, dental evaluation and demonstrated confidence and cleanliness with their procedures. The dentist explained what treatments were needed and took the time to answer my many questions. He was polite and honest about my dental needs. Serene Smiles also provide a dental savings plan that help reduce the cost of ongoing treatments.

Let me start by saying this is the first review I have ever given a dental office. Yesterday was my first visit to Serene Smiles and I cant say enough how amazing everyone was. Being a military family we have moved around a lot and I have never found that perfect dental office where you feel comfortable and not anxious. That all changed when I walked into Serene Smiles. I never thought I would say this but, I actually may not mind going to the dentist from now on.

Just found a new dentist office, from the front office receptionist Megan who greeted me with a smile and a up beat attitude to the hygienist Sarah, who really took the time to explain in very detail each and every step of everything she was doing or going to do. I’ve never had a office seem to care so much about their patients! I didn’t feel rushed and things were explained to me in which I was able to understand. I can’t say enough how ease and calm Sarah made me feel, she truly loves her job and it shows! The dentist was also friendly and answered all my concerns…This dentist office made me feel at home with friends—so glad to have found this place!

At my appointment today, I was greeted with big smiles and friendly faces. They were very attentive to my needs and listened when I spoke. I have dental work to be done (clearly visible on xrays) and I will be coming back. They did everything in their power to make me as comfortable as possible.

I had my first appointment today and everyone was so kind and accommodating! I hadn’t been in a few years (for various reasons) but the hygienist Sarah and dentist Dr. Zain did everything to make sure that all my worries would be set aside. I have a follow up appointment in November for a deep cleaning and then another in January but I’m not nearly as nervous about those as I was about this one! Megan was also so kind and helpful at reception! I would 100% recommend this dentistry. It was so beautiful and calming inside!

I just had my first appointment with Serene Smiles after not going to the dentist for a few years. Everyone was super friendly and everything was explained to me in depth as it was happening and as options were being presented to me. It’s the perfect environment for any dental patient, especially those who tend to get anxious because they offer some extra comforts other locations might not (such as music in the room, dark sunglasses, a blanket, etc.). Definitely returning!

They showed great services for my emergency appointment. Even though my insurance didnt coincide with theirs, they still treated me with great service. Very pleased.

I have always been extremely anxious about going to the dentist. I would actually consider myself a big sissy at the dentist. Plus I really do not like those big what I call “manufacturing plant” type dental offices. But let me just say, these folks take the gold. From Karen at the front desk who is super sweet and personable, then on to Sarah the dental hygienist who is equally sweet and personable. Sarah is very gentle and thoroughly explains what she is about to do and also what she is doing. Then there’s well, THE DENTIST... Dr Zain. Straight up guy and like Sarah fully explains everything. I felt so comfortable in their care. They made me very at ease the whole time. Best part... they are a small practice so they make you a priority. One dentist, one hygienist and a few assistants. Love them!!

I’m so happy with my experience here today! I recently had an uncomfortable experience with a different office and Serene Smiles restored my faith. Every person I interacted with was kind, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. They recommended a few things but even then I never felt any pressure to commit. From the waiting room space, to the people, and even the music playing in the office- everything was calming and pleasant. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has anxiety about dental work!

The staff are very friendly and great at explaining each steps of the procedure before they start the work. My first service was December 2020 and had three services so far. Normally I don’t write reviews, but this was so necessary. I have had my front teeth chipped multiple times and fixed multiple times. The last one was fairly traumatizing because the dentist was extremely rough. His dental work not only came out embarrassingly bad but my teeth also had pain that they never had before for a couple years after he worked on them.Moving on to Serene Smiles, my husband knew I was hard pressed to go to the dentist again so even though it was 2 and a half hours away, he tried his best to find me a dentist that would do excellent work.Well, he found one! Serene smiles not only took great care of me but the dentist there was as gentle as a dentist can be (with the only sensitivity I experienced being normal post-dentistry soreness for the day)! He could not have made my front teeth look more straight and beautiful. I don’t think they looked this good even when they were all natural. He did composite work on both of them. It’s been a few months now and not only has the work held up nicely, but I’ve felt more confident about my smile than I have since they first chipped. If you’re looking to fix your smile, I’d recommend this guy over and over again! No longer afraid of going to the dentist- thanks so much serene smiles! 😁

Dr Zain was wonderful, as was his staff!! I was sure that my insurance wasn’t accepted there, and was willing to pay out of pocket, but they searched and found that it was!! Everyone was kind and respectful! Dr. Zain was careful, always concerned with my comfort, then and going forward! He did not try to “ sell” me on other services and procedures, was only concerned with the immediate problem. Serene Smiles really lives up to its name!! I would highly recommend them!!

Ive only been a patient of Dr. Zains for a week, but my experience so far has been positive! He and the hygienist are gentle and thorough, and (from my perspective) honest. Their genuine concern for my comfort was constant and most appreciated! Everyone is kind and friendly and willing to address all of my concerns. The waiting room is probably the nicest Ive seen in a doctors office and the actual air must be clean with all of the HEPA air purifiers. The Doctor and all of the staff take every precaution to ensure a healthy, germ-free, pain-free experience.

Many dentists have temps, but here the same staff for the years, really nice, careful, and efficient. Crowns and root canal--no pain. I pay directly. Nice local location with street parking. Well kept office and waiting room, very homey.

I had such severe pain due to an inflamed pulp for which we decided to go with a root canal when speaking to Dr. Zainul Abedin. I can definitely say that as a nervous as I was about the procedure and price, Dr. Zain definitely made it very comfortable for me and he will definitely be my goto dentist for any future restoration work. He is very reasonable in his prices and takes his time to make it right and make sure that you are satisfied with the work.And not only that, he or his staff will follow up a day or two later to make sure things have improved. I cant thank Dr. Zain and his team enough for their service and customer service. They make you feel at home, feel good and they really make you feel valued. Even my kids are always eager to go to their appointment. My 4 year old used to be scared to go to the dentist but now he is always asking me when is his dental appointment. I was going through some broken tooth pains and I was supposed to have a root canal and crown. And at that particular time, I had to resign from my work because of my kids virtual learning. So I called them to cancel my appointment because I couldnt afford the payment. But they didnt send me away like some other dental office I know will do. They told me we will work it out with you. And indeed, they did. They gave me a payment plan that my husband helped me to make payment and I had my root canal and my crown placed without any problem. Now I am out of pain and feel great!! I want to say a big thank you to Dr. Zain and his team, starting from Karen right at the reception. You guys are exceptional, my family and I are very happy to have you as our dental team. Very friendly staff whos ultra-focused on the patients well being particular when it comes to pain from the procedure used. This is NOT a cheap place but high quality work.

This was my first visit. Everyone was extremely kind, tell funny jokes, and accommodating. The office itself is very clean and cozy. I appreciated the cleanliness especially considering everything going on with Covid. I think we’re going to be with them for a while. Definitely recommend!
