The best dental service I have ever gotten. From start to finish I knew everything that needed to be done and was consistently checked on by Dr. Bailey and caring staff. After the surgery I had barley any pain at all and was amazed. They also fit me in a tight schedule due to my own requirements. I will definitely be back for any dental needs. Thank you!

My first visit was truly amazing and extremely pleasant. The staff was cheerful, consoling, knowledgeable, supportive and very professional.

No one likes to go to a dentist but if you pick Dr. Bailey it really is a pleasant experience. The front office staff is super! When you have your consult everything is explained to you in detail. I went to a different oral surgeon before and was treated very rudely by receptionist, no itemized bill, just a price for services,no consult . I had to have the surgery so l did it there .The Dr. Was great, how ever...Once l found Dr. Bailey and staff(This is my 3rd appt.) I will never go any where else. They are the best!!

The staff here was extremely thorough in helping us figure out the best route in getting our dental plan to help with the most for my daughters surgery. I saved $$ simply because they did their Job well and knew how to get around the red tape. Before I got referred to Dr. Bailey My previous office simply did the least and probably cost my family thousands. Dr. Bailey has a group of competent young ladies, well versed in the Dental Insurance world to get us covered on every penny possible. This is a veteran staff You can tell these ladies take pride in every task they handle.This relaxes me, as well as my wife. Thank you for caring about my family, saving our vacation fund and helping us through the red tape of dental coverage.

Very professional! I had 4 extractions today, and they did their very best to make sure I was comfortable. I hate going to the dentist, but these people made my experience pleasant. I have to get nitrous for a regular cleaning (just so you have an idea of how afraid of the dentist I am). They were very patient about the fact that I had nail polish on my fingers (which is a no-no for the surgery). They allowed my husband to get me nail polish remover, then waited for me to take it off before the surgery. Im not sure what the complaints are about, but I have zero; maybe I got lucky. The doctor even called me to follow up and see how Im feeling. If I ever need any more extractions, Ill definitely be back! Thank you guys!

The office was very friendly and professional. I had 3 appointments for a wisdom tooth and I was seen on time for all of them. The procedure itself went perfectly and I did not experience any pain afterwards.

I was referred to Dr. Bailey for an emergency extraction that was causing a severe amount of pain. During the consultation, he was very professional and caring and put me at ease right away. The actual extraction was made as pleasant as possible and his hygienists were so sweet and very good at calming my nerves. Dr. Bailey even called the night of the extraction to check on me and didnt mind when I had questions. Kathy at the front desk is also very friendly and did her best to get me seen as soon as possible. I would recommend Dr. Bailey and his team to anyone .

Nobody enjoys the dentist, nobody enjoys needing teeth removed either! Dr. Bailey was great though. Very caring and understanding. After the surgery, had a checkup to remove the stitches and check on the healing. He felt terrible when he lit me up because I had damage to another tooth beside the wisdom that was removed. The wisdom had turned sideways and impacted the neighbor tooth on the backside, so a cold water rinse to clean the surgery area hit exposed nerve endings and caused outrageous pain. He gave me a note to go back to my regular dentist to get a cap put on. Not sure why it couldnt have been done at a surgery office but hey, no big deal, I had to go back to my regular dentist afterward anyways.

Let me start by saying Dr. Bailey is friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and has a great bedside manner. That being said, the only thing keeping me at this practice is the fact that Dr. Izadi (office located in Chatham) doesnt have any consultation appointments until August, and the orthodontist said we shouldnt wait that long. I have twins. They need very similar surgeries. This office WOULD.NOT allow me to schedule back to back consultation appointments, WOULD NOT allow me to schedule back to back CT Scans, and WILL NOT allow me to schedule back to back surgeries. The reason? We dont like to do that. Its easier. Because of our equipment.....and lights....Weve had no-shows. Thats what the receptionist said to me. BTW, Dr Bailey said as long as theres room in the schedule, its fine. When I went to schedule the CTs, she wouldnt do them together. So now I get to pull them both out of school on multiple days, because I wont make it back for the school bus. Good thing Im a stay at home mom. If you work full time with multiple children and they both need procedures, just know youll be taking a crap ton of time off work.

Dont make the mistake and visit this place!!!! Service was horrible and we only had a consult!!!!! We were 15 minutes late for an appointment and when we tried to reschedule we were told something totally different from the day before. When we tried to talk to the Doctor that didnt get any better. We basically were told to take our business elsewhere. Not good customer service on consult so it makes us wonder what else is not good??!!!

Very friendly staff all around. Dr Bailey does great work.

The Dr was very nasty and rude when he finally came into the room. If your child is special needs he does not want to see them. If it wasnt for my son I would of walked out of the room and office never to return. We will not be back.

Fantastic team and great doctor ....would recommend to anyone ....A+++++
