The staff and doc were all professional & friendly. No upsellling but thorough! Everything you want in a dental practice. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I was extremely concerned with going into the office due to COVID but the staff in the back was very reassuring, patient and truly cared. The staff took the time to complete a thorough review of my teeth and were very professional and personal. See you in December.

I was nervous to be going to another dentist office after prior issues with dentist overall in the Virginia area. My appointment was on the 4th of February. I was scared of the whole process i was relieved that the process was so smooth. The receptionist was understanding and excellent in her job. Give her a raise! The hygienist made me feel comfortable talking about the Superbowl and Valentines Day. Him and the dentist listened to work i had done as a child unto adulthood. They adjusted what i need to improve with my teeth but overall was pleased with my progress. I cant wait to go back in 6 months! I wish i went here years ago.Everyone was so nice and i didnt feel pressured to get work done that i need unless i want to. Felt like i could breathe and talk about any concerns i had.

Their policy and providing training to staff to prevent this from happening in the future. It was super refreshing to receive the note, find that they were open to my feedback and making a change. I hope that this helps someone who finds themselves in a similar situation in the future!

Very professional and friendly. They do a good job and Dr. Jiral doesnt try to get you to have work done that you dont need, unlike another local dentist group. Very happy with this practice!

My dental care was excellent in every way. X Rays, cleaning and doctors examination were all done with care and professionally executed.

I have paid over 5000$ for an extraction and bridge of two teeth I have only had a temporary bridge done because I need to see a periodontist first, they referenced me to a doctor Izadi who I already had a bad experience with when doctor Izadi pulled a wisdom tooth and gave me no take home care instructions and told me take an Advil to treat a wisdom tooth extraction, upon calling advantage dental to ask for another doctor the British receptionist who’s actually the OWNER had the audacity to tell me that I’m receiving poor medical treatment because of how I’m talking to people, I’m now trying to find a new periodontist and praying when I get my work done at advantage dental that they don’t disrespect my mouth the way they have been disrespectful to me on the phone 5000$ is a lot of money to me

My dental experience was amazing!!!! I went in for a deep cleaning (I dont like shots if at all possible), so I was informed of some powerful medicine that would applied to the gum line. Oh my goodness..idk what is in that medicine not only didi I not feel anything..I asked the hygienist if she was doing a deep cleaning..she replied yes.. I dozed off.. The best dental practice in the world..on a scale from 1 to 10..they get a 10 from me!!!

1st time there everyone was nice and professional they listened to my concerns and cleaned my teeth wait was a little long but did bother me would use them again

My family likes going here and they are honest and dont try to up-sale you on products or procedures. They do a good job.

Staff is good. Management is out of touch.They charged my wife a fee for rescheduling her appointment she didnt cancel it, just rescheduled. The receptionist was unfortunately rude about the whole thing and said its the doctors policy. Regardless of whos policy it is. This is unacceptable, especially during COVID-19, that they did not waive the fee since we were only rescheduling. My wife and I will not be going back there. Im recommending my network to go somewhere else.

Judy my hygienist was so professional. She made me feel comfortable and she was so detailed with her cleaning. I am hooked looking forward to my next cleaning. Daisy the assistant was so nice and thoughtful great service the best. Mary Jo and Jessica made me feel right at home with big smiles and professionalism great service. Paul is such a great D.D.S. I look forward to my next visit

Dr. Jiral is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. His staff is wonderful and every one of my interactions with the Receptionists, Techs, and Hygienists have been above my expectations. Ive struggled over the years to find a dentist that both listens AND actually cares about what I have to say. This office is fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jiral and his wonderful staff!!

He took plenty of time explaining my options and answering questions. I look forward to any future work I may need.

They stay on schedule for the most part. The dental hygienist was pleasant and gentle which I greatly appreciate. The dental assistant could have explained the fluoride treatment before putting a tooth form overflowing with foam in my mouth. I was a bit surprised.

Ive been going to Dr. Jiral for several years and am happy with him and his staff. When I chipped off a tooth they were able to squeeze me in immediately. The process to remove the tooth and create a bridge was quick and successful.

They were incredibly friendly staff and dentist! Very competent cleaning from the hygienist. I highly recommend this place for people and did not even have a long waiting time at all.

The dentist here is a wonderful guy, however the lady who sits at the front desk and claims to be the “co-owner” of the place with the British accent short blonde hair has a horrible attitude and drives his patients away. He lost me today and I can guarantee he will be losing more patients because of her in the future- the other girls in the office are very sweet besides her, she’s awful, and just because she’s his wife doesn’t give her the right to treat his patients that way- he needs to bring in someone who’s got better office manners and more pleasant- she’s lucky I didn’t give her what she actually deserved, out of respect for the dentist, who I had been with for awhile. Boooooyah👎👎

Such a gentle dentist. Love how he explains each step as he goes along. Also appreciate that he does not pressure a nearly 70 year old to purchase 30k dollars worth of implants.

My hygienist, Jennifer, was so friendly and she explained everything she was doing and gave me great advice on choosing an electronic toothbrush & waterpik (which I ordered last night). Definitely have found my unicorn dentist! I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to dental visits and historically have avoided going to the dentist unless I have a problem that has caused significant discomfort. The thing on their site that caught my attention was “fear free” and I decided to give them a try. Dr. Jiral and his staff are amazing! Literally the most stress-free and pain-free dental experience I have ever had, and I had multiple cavities filled after a cleaning. Absolutely no regrets, and I’m actually intent on regular visits now. Lol never going to any other dentist again, best experience ever!

Competent, efficient and friendly staff. Teeth cleanings are fairly torturous affairs, but the lady who worked on me was merciful and things went smoothly. Doctor was thorough...and was forgiving while also gently admonishing me to start flossing more regularly.Recommended.

My schedule makes it difficult for me to get to the dentist, especially for procedures that might require multiple visits. I sought out Advantage Dental because they offer same-day crowns, just in case I needed one.Dr. Jiral was friendly, calm, and efficient. I was at ease the whole time.I plan to bring the whole family back for our next six month check-ups.

This morning I had three front teeth filled bye Dr Jiral and Mrs. Watkins they did an amazing job. Before they came to this area I would avidly avoid the dental office. I would wait until the pain was worth the anxiety of going in. I have no anxiety walking in to see Dr Jiral and his great people. I will be going in to be seen at Advantage Dental on the regular for many years to come.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I have always had very good dental health, never a cavity,nothing. So I just do my routine cleaning. I mentioned in my appointment that I am very sensitive to getting my teeth cleaned, but the cleaning that I had was the most painful experience I have ever had. I told her it was pain full and she still did not lessened her force. I was in pain for a week! The following week I ended up at a different doctors office with a pretty bad infection from the cleaning. I wish I could remember her name but she was horrible!!

Very pleased with the care I have had threw advantage. I forgot my premeds on my last visit and they gave me meds they had on hand. I don’t believe they needed to do this but could have rescheduled me.

I have been going to Advantage Dental for years and have no complaints with either the staff or the level of service. I think they are excellent.

Everyone there was super nice and welcoming to our family. We had 4 of us total plus a baby, they helped watch him while the adults were getting our checkup and cleaning at the same time, and kept an eye on our kids as well, even though I tried to avoid that in scheduling. The hygenist was great, she made sure to avoid areas of my teeth that were sensitive, and took her time with not only me but my husband too. My only complaint was about the dentist himself... we went over the plans about who needed what after everyones checkups, but when it came to my questions and concerns about not only one of my daughters but myself as well, he got short with me, cut me off and dismissed me. I wanted to discuss more in detail about what should be done but he simply said, I have other patients to see, and left....now dont get me wrong, I understand there are other people, but when you are brand new to a dentist establishment, the first impression stands out the most, so why would you speak to a new customer like that? Dont you want to make new clients and not lose them instantly?? Anyways, we loved all the staff there, the location, and the experience was pretty good, Im just not sure if we will go back based off the dentist himself being rude...

Staff was very kind to my family and I. We had a major issue with payments and insurance with the front desk due to miscommunication. We thought our case was hopeless and left the office with our unresolved financial burden but Dr. Jiral reached out to me personally to resolve the issue and understood where things went wrong. His practice has the best service Ive ever experienced when it comes to conflict resolution and patient care. I will recommend this place to our fellow community members.
