We really enjoyed the stay here!! They keep the grounds very clean!! They have a small gym my husband and I love it. We also had a great time in the pool. Great place if you like walking. The dog park has a place to bathe you dog. We also enjoyed shopping at all the local stores downtown. The people here are very friendly. Of course my pumpkin enjoyed the walks!!

Super nice spacious sites. Super nice staff, so friendly and helpful. You can tell they are paying attention to the details. They rake the vacant sires everyday, they look like a Japanese rock garden. This is our favorite RV park in the area so far. We had to make changes to our reservations and they were so nice and helped with the changes and were very fair with the charges. We will be back.

We came into this park with 1 hour made ahead reservations for one night. Upon arriving and settling in we thought it might be a nice place to explore a bit more and seeing that the park was half empty we were hoping we could get an extra night. We were after hours arriving so I called first thing the next morning and was told the only way we could stay was to move two sites over (if we have to pack it all up, we are leaving) Now mind you the site we were in was absolutely IDENTICAL to the other 50+ sites on our row and two other rows!! But they had someone coming in that was going to stay 4 nights and guess they had rule over our site since we were only TRYING to stay two but truly confused at what was so special between our site and two sites over as they refused to put the new people in the site two over.Up until now the Texans have really been very hospitable and have gone out of their way at times being friendly. We have said it over and over how wonderful they are (we have crossed Texas from El Paso to here so far) but this experience was beyond understandable as they lost $45 (which was the highest we have paid for a site AND THAT WAS WITH A DISCOUNT!) and the town lost our money we had intended to spend. I am sure that will not break them but many times over with others (if they get treated the same) will add up over time. I understand we did not have a two night reservation, but if the park has open sites available and the request is made to stay longer they usually go out of their way to accommodate you, without making you move. Have experienced it many times! I DO NOT recommend this park, although the park is very nice, the hospitality, not so much. Did not get to even experience the park whatsoever....SEE YA! VERY cute town as we drove through it leaving, but dont stay here to experience it!P.S. Photos show our spot and two spots over and the emptiness of the rest of the park.

Great place to stay. This RV Park is very closed to the town of Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, restaurants and plenty of wineries. The park and facilities were very clean. They have some wagons/cabins that are very nice to stay, swimming pool, wifi, cable tv, and they have a picnic table and fire pit in each site. I didnt get a chance to talk to the staff because I spent most of my time out and about. Definitely will stay again when returning to Fredericksburg.

Expansive RV park only a few minutes West of Fredricksburg. Although the park is outside of the city, it takes no time to get downtown. We stayed for several days at the this RV park in the winter. The park is easy to access. The roads are wide and easy to access pulling our 40 foot fifth wheel. No overhead obstacles (which also means no shade in the summer; pick your poison). The park has level, gravel covered spaces. As it was winter, we did not have neighbors and had ample room on the side of our rig. We had a brand new firepit which was a nice feature. The park has one main building which houses the laundry and shower facilities. If youre parked at the far end of the park youll be in for quite a walk. The park had a nice, well maintained dog park. There is a small playground with a weathered, but functional play set suitable for younger children. The staff was very friendly and attentive and even picked up trash if set out in the mornings. They have a very nice gift shop with RV supplies, local goods and wine. We would stay here again.

Staff was very nice and hospitable. We did have a couple of issues with our site. First, the sites were crushed granite- so this allowed a lot of dust/dirt to get into the trailer. Second, and probably the biggest problem was the site was not level. We were at an extreme sideways downhill slope. Having an older rev, we had no way to level it.The staff was willing to move us to another site, but most of the sites looked in level so we stayed. If you spend a majority of your time away from your site, like we did, this is not a big issue.

Spending a month here, and it seems like a very nice rv park. They have a nice swimming pool, a hot tub, playground for the kids and an enclosed dog run for your four legged buddies. It has been a very peaceful stay so far, and all of the sites are level with all brand new utilities. Electricity is extra, but that is common in these parts. They charge the normal rate of $.12 per KWH. For the lazy folks like myself, they even come around in the mornings to pick up your trash for you. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

The park is clean and dog friendly. As Good Sams members we always look at their recommendations and ratings. I made the reservation online and was charged one price, upon arrival we found an invoice for $30.00 more than the price paid online. I called the office and explained the discrepancy, the lady said that there was a price sheet included in my envelope. Again I told her that my online invoice was $30.00 less and she told me that I should have called instead of making the reservation online. Wait, it’s your website, right? At the point she told me that she was just there to answer the phone and I needed to talk to the manager.I mailed them attention management. The response was “ there is no price discrepancy, we will not adjust the price” needles to say the staff was not accommodating to us and we were overcharged for our week stayed. I am still thinking about disputing the transaction since I do have both invoices.

Pricey and StinkyOur lot was small and what little grass we had was not cut. Staff was not friendly. There’s a dog park but it was not well maintained. But the worst part about this campground was the horrible smell from the sewage treatment plant! OMG the smell was horrible! Perhaps the staff has gone nose blind to it but it needs to be fixed. I do NOT recommend this park. Not worth the money.

It is a place to park that is close to downtown Fredericksburg. The pull through spots are long. The spot has red fine gravel that gets into everything when wet. The trees are young and placed (for me) directly where the awning extends. The cable that they have left the lower channels fuzzy. The wifi is ok with upgraded speeds available. Huge green area for the two legged and four legged kids to play. Nice pool and gathering locations

Nice, quiet and clean. 1-2 miles outside Fredericksburg. Amazing dog area with built in dog wash station w/soap! Very impressed. Playground is a lot smaller than pictures can show. My kids just skipped it all together.Cons: No idea who installed the sewer plumbing at #2 and #1 but its located at the front of your rv site.My RV neighbor and I both were frustrated by this and the inability to hook up both of our sewer without a 25-30 ft hose. Attempted to pull camper forward to reach sewer but I was practically camping in the street.Cant rate pool as it was closed for the season and store was closed due to covid concerns.Yes, I would stay here again BUT only if plumbing was relocated to a more convenient location. Tanks fill up fast with 4 people.

Very clean park close to town with large sites. Well stocked store, nice dog park, friendly staff, and great laundry facilities. Only negative is many of picnic tables at sites are peeling and splintered making them unusable if you dont have both table and seat covers. Fortunately, they were able to replace ours once the weekend crowd left. Take the speed bumps very slowly to as you proceed to your site, with the size and shape even going slowly over them bounces things around quite a bit.

Nice RV Park, good amenities. Cute little shop at the check in office. ONLY reason for my 2 stars. However...the woman working the front desk was not very friendly at all. When we checked in at 3, she said acted annoyed and mumbled - Your reservation said youd be here at 1 PM...I have to change your site. I was so shocked that she said this, I didnt respond but should have. She acted like I was disturbing her when I checked in and checked out. I hope she reads this review so she is aware of her passive aggressiveness and maybe she can work on it. She also failed to tell us that there is trash pick up and to leave it at the curb. Wouldve been nice to know. We wont be back. Too many options out there to deal with unfriendliness.
