We had a WONDERFUL experience at Fredericksburg Jelly Stone Park. We stayed in cabin, which was very clean, comfortable and met all of our needs! The loft was perfect for kids, or a perfect place for an afternoon nap.The grounds and amenities were well kept, and offered a lot to do!! Even during the winter, they had events, games and also offered information as well about local events!! The local store was so convenient to grab any forgotten necessities, snacks and drinks!Besides being extremely family friendly, I would definitely recommend staying here to visit the extensive wine country!!! There were so many ride services that pick you up and take you to the local vineyards and then come back to the resort for Ru0026R!!We’ll definitely be back!!

Seriously the most chill environment for a Jellystone weve ever stayed at. Lots of fun for kids but very relaxed environment. Not as much sensory overload as some of the larger Jellystones. We stayed at a Studio Cabin this trip and it was the perfect layout for our family. Everything is walking distance and everyone is so friendly. We definitely want to come back.

We had a blast. From start to finish it was a great place to stay with your family! Everyone was so nice and super friendly. We loved the staff and the little cottage we stayed in. The water park was great and we never left. My kids didn’t want to leave and want to go back before school starts. The best part was that it wasn’t over crowded. We went with another family for the Fourth of July weekend and it was great. We also learned a few things 1. Take a wagon 2.Get a cooler that rolls! Those two items are a definite must and will make your life way easier.

Such a great spot to go with young kids! They enjoyed everything the park had to offer - the pool, bouncy pillow, water park, pedal cars, and some of the activities. My husband and I even had a chance to visit a winery (there are soooo many to choose from). Friendly staff and clean facilities. You can’t go wrong with Jellystone!

We’ve come to this resort in the past and have always enjoyed it. Our kids love it and we’ve always felt welcome until our latest stay. The park host (or whoever patrolled the grounds) scared our kids and constantly harassed them, threatening them they will get banned fromAll activities when we were in an ears reach to them. We constantly check them and have never had any issues. They respect adults and act appropriately. We are not the only parents who experienced this. We will NEVER give them our business again.

Upon arrival it seemed nice, the water park is closed. The pool is closed we couldn’t have a fire. There was roaches in our unit. They advertise food on site but it doesn’t start until next week. The ladies up front tried to charge me $30 over the price of the shirts. They didn’t know how much anything cost either. My kids and I were very disappointed with the stay. We checked out early.

Stayed here late November for a weekend to take daughter and grandsons to what we had hoped would be a fun weekend. Thank goodness for the jumping pillow because that was the highlight of the three year olds experience. November is the off season so a lot of the group activities were not available...story time with Yogi and the wagon ride were the only activities. The pool, splash pad and mini golf were open. A large property with outdoor chess, volleyball, ga-ga ball and tether ball for older children. The playscape was small, disappointing and needed painting. The grounds need attention...paint and the pond next to the buildings was overgrown. The area with the pond and water wheel was also overgrown with weeds, etc., the water wheel is need of repair, the wooden walkway had rotten boards with holes. It was an eyesore. We paid extra for a creek side site. The creek was not even visible or accessible due to tall grass. Otherwise, the site was okay and roads easy enough to navigate. No problem with hookups. One odd experience we had was when we went to the office one morning to buy our grandson fresh-made donuts that are advertised at the office. We were told that there were only two donuts but they couldnt sell us just two donuts...it had to be at least six and they didnt have enough frozen ones to cook! They absolutely would not sell us those two donuts, LOL! Our grandson settled for packaged powdered sugar donuts. Summer high season may be a lot more fun for the kids but we wont be back to find out. Too expensive for the service and condition of the park.

This was our first time using our camper at an RV park. The staff in the general store are very friendly and welcoming. On Saturday night, I called to request assistance with getting the cable TV set up. A gentleman came right away and provided AWESOME assistance. In addition to getting the cable TV operational, he showed me other features about my camper that I was not aware of. Again, this is our first time using our camper, so we are still learning all of the features. In addition to being late on Saturday night, it was extremely cold and he didnt mind helping us. I would definitely stay at Jellystone again, and highly recommend this place to others.

We just spent a week at Texas Wine Country Jellystone Park with my family. Our teenaged boys loved it there. My youngest loves fishing and the small creek that runs in the back of the campground has several trails to access it (fair warning, some are steep, so wear good shoes and watch your step). The swimming pool and hot tub were a hit too. It appears they are expanding the park. We will most likely be back during the summer!

This is the most amazing campground. We love it. The owners and all of the workers are super friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of activities which we enjoy, particularly the wine tasting events and live music. We love the pool. Amenities include a snack shack if you dont feel like cooking and there is a shop you can buy groceries and souvenirs. The RV sites are well maintained and large and the overall campground and all the facilities are super clean and well kept. This is a campground families will really enjoy and one not to be missed. The kids will love visiting with the bears, doing arts and crafts, enjoying to pool and splash pad and taking part in the outdoor games. You will love it. We visit often as we love it so much.

I disagree with Gabriella. I was a guest there this weekend. Her gripe about fires is due to the County Fire Ban. The park has to follow county rules. The pool wasnt closed, the spa was being filled after being cleaned and was opened by 12 pm. It was only closed while the water hoses were used to refill the spa, and was a precautions to avoid any trip accident.

We love this place. The sites are extremely spacious, nice clubhouse, and the park is 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg with some nice places to shop and eat. The staff here works really hard to put all the activities together and accommodate the guests and are always very nice. We have come for Halloween here every year for the last 4 or 5 years and it’s become a tradition for us.

Awesome campground close to so many wineries and other attractions. If you have kids, this place is a no brainer. Pool, splash pad, outdoor movies, hayrides, dog parks, theyve got it all. They planned so many events over the weekend and yogi characters made appearances. The ranger station is literally the best camp store Ive ever been in. Theyve got souvenirs, drinks (including beer and wine), food items, snacks... really anything you need. Best of all, every staff member was extremely friendly and personable. Nicely situated campground and definitely lots for the kids to do. There is construction at the park currently so get ready to hear tractors all day, even on Saturday. I wasnt going to mention it, but since I see others did too...there is a really unfriendly lady who works there. Not sure if it is Stacey or the lady who answers the phone like the other reviewers mentioned, but she has medium length gray hair and she is not nice, friendly or welcoming! The Texas Wine Country Jellystone has so many great amenities and a very friendly and helpful staff. It’s located right in the heart of the Texas Wine Country among beautiful vineyards and wineries and is near the historic German town Fredericksburg. It’s also very close to Trades Days and WildSeed Farms. The campground store is well stocked with groceries and camper supplies. The cabins are nice and clean and comfortable. The large bathhouse is also very nice and clean. There are also lots of things for kids to do… nightly movies under the stars, meeting Yogi and his friends, huge jumping pillow, giant outdoor chess, pedal cars, putt putt golf, planned activities, and more.We have stayed at this resort several times in both a cabin and a fifth wheel, and we love the staff and the campground. We’ve enjoyed the sparkling pool and hot tub, mini golf, breakfast at the Snack Shack, and Yogi Bear. This resort is a bright star deep in the heart of Texas!

Love this Jellystone Campground. I was a work camper here for almost a year. The owners, Sissy and Al are amazing. I worked in the store/office and Stacie was my trainer. I have never seen anyone work as hard as she does and everything she does is for the good of the campground and she strived very hard to make improvements in the store which she accomplished very well. She was very patient with me in my training. I have been back several times to stay at the campground . I miss living and working there and my only reason for leaving was other things in my life that I needed to take care of. What a great place to bring family and kids and also for adults who like to visit the nearby wineries and historic Fredricksberg. Hope to visit again soon.

We stayed here on March 28 and left the morning of the 29th. Great park, nice clean and the staff was great. The store appears well stocked with more than just the camper essentials. It is directly across the street from Grape Creek Vineyard, though they really dont want you walking across the busy road to go drink wine. I do understand why though. The only complaint is the sign for the entrance is hidden behind the Valero sign and we missed the entrance to the park. A bigger sign or something to highlight that the park entrance and the gas station entrance are the same would be great. That is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.

We stayed almost 2 months here, it’s a great park for the kids because there is a playground, jumping pillow and arcade room with free play. Our 3 kids loved the amenities. We found that they had good monthly rates during the winter so we originally booked January 3-Feb 2 (30 nights). Two days before checkout our truck was stolen and we had no way to move our rig. We asked if we could extend another month and they “allowed” us to pay for another month at another site so we found someone to help us move our rig. However, they didn’t tell us that they would only give us a monthly reservation for 26 days through the end of the month so we assumed a month meant 30 days. We checked with the front desk to double check our checkout date a week before we thought we needed to leave and the guy told us March 2. Still not 30 days, but better than Feb 28. I then got a call on March 1 telling me I was supposed to checkout already. She said there is often a lack of communication between ppl that work there. She said they only allow monthly reservations from the first of the month through the end of the month no matter how long that month is and it didn’t matter that our reservation started Feb 2. But my first month reservation was not that way? Here are pros and cons:ProFree play arcadeJumping pillowPlaygroundLounge with couches, board games and pool tablesActivities on the weekendsCamp hosts and staff are really friendlyYogi Bear comes around to say hiGreat for those with kidsCheap RV storage ratesConsConstruction starting at 7 am and often ending after 7 pm during the week. They move their garbage cans 2 times a week to the front of the park for trash pickup and often move it after 8pm and it’s extremely loud.Workers on tractors all hours of the day mostly during the weekPool is not heatedSpa is Luke-warmPlay structure needs bolt tightening/maintenanceParties can get out of control on weekend nights (but this is wine country so is this a pro or con?)We are full-timers, so some of these things aren’t an issue if you are just here for the weekends and don’t run into and vehicle theft haha. Bad customer service just puts a bad taste in my mouth especially considering their business is not struggling during these times, in fact the opposite. Many people are buying RVs and taking vacations this way to avoid air travel and hotels. I’m 8 months pregnant and having added stress of being treated like we aren’t wanted on top of having our truck stolen and having to purchase a replacement vehicle before even getting a payout from insurance so we can move our RV is a lot. We went through the freeze here and only lost power for less than 2 days so we were fortunate. Also, most parks charge for power if you stay a month and while their website doesn’t mention this anywhere even during the checkout process, remember it’s usually about $100 extra for power for a monthly rental. Most spots are pretty large and accommodating, but don’t pay extra for the “better view” spots. They’re literally all the same. There is no garden or creek view which can be misleading. There is a creek in the back of the property that the back row of RVs has in their backyard, but it is dry and off in the distance. You have to hike down to get to it and there’s really nothing there. Maybe it has water during the summer, who knows.

Theres a reason why this Jellystone isnt so popular. I was a working camper workamper hired by the office manager Stacie.Anyway, I was hired knowing that I have a disability and have a service K9. She does not have to be with me at all times but I was advised that in order to get the job she would have to stay home. This of course is against ADA regulations but I took the position anyway. So I am very knowledgeable about how things are at this resort having worked there, Ive seen it all!Several of the campers complain about Stacie and her demeanor. While I never had an issue with her personally or with any of the staff, I was told that campers complained about me. I find this so very hard to believe.Ok so the review is about the park itself. It is a nice family oriented Jellystone; however, with that being said, parents should be aware that the activities team are on site smoking pot in between their interaction with the guests during activities.Stacie, the office manager drinks alcohol while working, which is against TABC regulations. They do not clean and maintain their food service machines as per health code standards. I know this because in the one month I worked there I cleaned only one machine and it was the wine-a-rita machine that was full of mold.Health standards require a three sink usage when handling food items and a kitchen where only food is prepared. This Jellystone does not. Inside their store they prepare, donuts, breakfast tacos, coffee, hot dogs, etc. None of these machines are taken apart and thoroughly cleaned on a scheduled basis. They advertise WiFi at your campsite when they know it does not work. All of their advertisements say that WiFi is included, I lived there and WiFi never worked and this was a major complaint of guests. They are obviously doing something right, campers return, weekends are booked, and holidays as well. But I believe it is because its a Jellystone and about the name not the experience.Stacie is a liar. Plain and simple. She has gotten everyone that has worked there fired. As soon as she feel threatened, she fires an employee. She is unable to work a morning shift because she is a drunk, and according to the guests she is Always in a bad mood.Sure there are lots of good things, like a stocked general store, activities on the weekends for the kids, a nice pool, a beautiful bath house, beautiful cottages, and great sized campsites. Theres mini golf, and pedal carts, not free though. Theres a huge jumping pillow. But know that there is no lifeguard at the pool/splash pad, or adult supervision at the jumping pillow.I had very high hopes for this Jellystone and I enjoyed my time working there, I very much enjoyed the guests and the experience of kindness I could give to them. But the drama that Stacie stirs up will never change and the owners just refuse to see it.Im sure this wont put them out of business but I will be sure to report them to TABC, Texas Health Department, and Jellystone, Hanna Barbara Warner Bros. This was the worst Jellystone Park we have visited. The RV parks are all gravel and very dusty. We were switched to a different spot even though we had made reservations 2 weeks in advance, We were told to pay an additional $10 to lock in the spot we reserved. The spot we were given had no trees, no shade but tons of biting ants and we were in the most expensive spots. The activities were quite a distance from the camp area. There were no chairs around the pool. Want to play a bit of mini golf? At this park you pay where other Jellystone parks we have visited just provide the equipment. The Jumping pillow was out in the hot sun with no shade and was too hot for kids to jump on until evening. I asked and was told the park has been open for several years but it looks like nothing much has been done to make live up to the standards of other Jellystone parks we have used. Overall a bad experience and we cannot recommend this place. We wont be back for sure.

Seven days is a little ridiculous. However that’s not what gained 3 starts. WHOEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE, has absolutely atrocious phone skills. Her tone is rude the whole time, she is NOT helpful when the customer has questions, it honestly sounds like you’re offending her by calling. Just ZERO people skills. I maintained my nice demeanor, bc I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but it is consistent in her personality every time I called. I highly suggest you take her off phones. She doesn’t answer half the time and when she does she sounds super mad that the phone rang. I’m not the only one who encountered this, my friend, completely separate from me tried to book a party weeks ago and they didn’t get a call back for days and when they finally got ahold of someone, surprise surprise Ms. Grumpy Gills answered the phone. We enjoy staying at different RV parks to see if they will make our “favorites” list, this one did not! We stayed several nights in our RV and the first turn off was none of the office/store staff were wearing masks when we checked in or when we visited the store for drinks. Although the spot we parked in was nice and shady with lots of trees, the gravel and dirt roads and RV pads made it very dusty, so bad we could not leave our screen door open. We enjoy walking around parks with our dog, forget that at this park due to the dust, and were no signs posted enforcing picking up after your dog when they use the restroom, no pet stations with bags, we saw pet “dropping” in the spot next to us. Not good! The WiFi did not allow us to connect on any of our devices and when we called to report it, we were told there was no problem with their WiFi, it was our devices, yeah, all 4 of our devices had a problem, don’t think so. I finally got someone from the office to come over to see what was happening when we tried to connect, guess what...they could not connect on their phone either. She told us she would get back to us....no one ever did. Dont bother connecting your cable, you will get more channels using your antenna than the 5 they provide. We made a couple trips into Fredericksburg so the trip was not a total loss but we will not recommend or return to this location.

Well I contacted them and prebooked my assigned site in July 2021 for a site on December 30 - January 1st. In July they mentioned the site was not guaranteed unless I paid a ransom to lock it in. Surely my booking almost 6 months in advance i assumed would be enough to hold the site??? Well contacted them on December 29th and of course they moved me into the crowded area! Now let me get this correct booking a site and prepaying is not enough to hold my site??? They must not block off at all your prepaid site and the get the ransom from who ever wants to pay it... What a sham BEWARE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE SITE REQUESTED EVEN PREPAYING 6 MONTHS OUT. Never again! And it is really sad these campgrounds are playing bait and switch!

This campground is great in so many ways! It is close to a number of great wineries, it is relatively quiet and I enjoy the dog park and convenience store. I have family that stays here for a good portion of the year and I visit frequently. The downside for someone who stays here long term is the incredibly poor wifi. My phone will not stay connected to the wifi, nor will any device I, or other people who have visited, bring. There is not a secure connection as the wifi is open so devices or services that require secure connections will not work... ie: chromecast. My family member had to purchase a smart TV for their RV just to be able to use streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc. Even then, the service is so poor you can barely watch anything on the TV because it is continuously buffering and shutting off. I understand that for people just passing through for a weekend, this isnt much of an issue but for long term campers that need internet for work and entertainment, it is a serious pain. I believe this could be solved by offering a paid option of wifi where campers could pay a small fee to access a secure connection and it would keep the number of people sharing a connection smaller. Something needs to be done because this is the worst internet service I have ever experienced at a campground and Ive been camping for 30 years. Also the sticker burrs are absolutely terrible and get stuck on everything, on my opinion something could be done about those to make the camping experience a little more pleasant. I hope this helps staff at a pretty great park make things a little better for their guests and long term campers.

Theres a huge jumpy, a playground, a giant dog park, mini golf, basketball, a small arcade, and more! We will definitely be staying here again. I guess if theres one thing that was perhaps less than ideal, it would be the water pressure but even that wasnt too big of an issue. Love this place!

Owners are first class. The park is clean, beautiful, diverse and peaceful. Our family loves coming here every chance we get. Plus, what a spot if you want to tour wineries and then have an awesome place to end the day. Can’t say enough good things.

Stacie has gone above and beyond on our last 2 visits, with rv issue and setting up fires to cook smores for the kids worked well into the evening to get us settled. Thank yall so much cant wait to come back.

I came through town looking for something fun for my kids and the people here told me about what they had here. We came in late so it was dark we were in a RV site. I regret ever calling, I feel like I was lied to badly. They said they had goldfish (they don’t the fish are dead and everything is grown up weeds are everywhere), there is barely any staff so you can’t play mini golf, the go carts have weeds growing through them. False advertisement! Do not waste your money like we did for nothing you can’t get at a hotel. There legit nothing fun here. The teacher is all wore down and doesn’t look like it’s been played in months maybe years.. it’s just not worth the money when you can go to a cheaper RV park for the same stuff we got to dabble in which was the bounce pillow, pool, hot tub, splash pad.

Smaller than the other Jellystone Campgrounds that Ive been to with my grandsons but large treed sites. Pull through sites available (we are novices)! There is an additional parking space available for each site. A lamppost and light marks each site too. The pads are gravel vs concrete vs dirt....doesnt offer quite the stability but again-might just be our being green to getting things level. Our site has a picnic table and a fire ring with a grill. Nice kids playground, Gaga ball pit, huge jumping pad, large swimming pool and nice childrens water park. The Ranger Office is very nice and especially the woman who checks you into your site and gives you general info. Nice store inside the Ranger Station too. They have 2 areas for dogs to run, and manager advised the one near the far side of the park has a ton of sticker burrs per one of the patrons-- so its a no go, however they have a very large treed and grass fenced in play area and its fantastic! Next time we will try to get a spot closer to that area which is nearer to the front of the park.About 10 miles outside Fredericksburg which is teaming with shops, restaurants and the WWII Pacific Rim Museum. There is a gas station on site, tomorrow Ill see if the little poolside cafe is open and if they have propane. This a a quieter, smaller resort and we are thoroughly enjoying it!

The iconic Yogi and Boo-Boo were very welcoming as we arrived well after closing time. Finding a campsite in the dark was a breeze with their lighted camp sites. We enjoyed an afternoon of swimming in the pool and playing at the splash park, followed by delicious pizza at the on site restaurant. A few things that were less than stellar...Lots of grass burs (yes, I know it’s the Texas Hill Country in the middle of summer!). Very little shade at the campsites, campsite was not paved - large granite pebbles, and the most disappointing is the poolside movie we went to watch. The speakers were way too small and the movie could not be heard at all. That’s difficult for toddlers. A little effort there would have been easy to fix...

We came the past weekend with our son, his friend and a dog. We have come to this location several times now and have always left after having a great experience and good service from the staff. We stayed in our own RV and had a great site. I like how each site has grass and the roads are crushed graniet. The kids rode bikes and took part in some of the activities. I enjoyed having a place for our 1 year old dog to go and stretch his legs (this is a great perk for an owner of a high energy dog). I had the boys use the bath house to shower up because it is easier and always so well kept. The internet worked great and hubby was able to attend to some business while we camped. We had a very nice time and are looking forward to our next visit.

We came for Memorial Day weekend with our families and Granddaughters. They had a great time especially at the pool and bounce pillow. The park was clean and staff was friendly. Air hockey table was a blast so was ping pong.We all stayed in cabins. They need some serious tree trimming. All the tree have limbs laying on the roofs and with any wind the are constantly scraping and scratching makings loud weird noises all night. We set up a small “white noise” fan to drown it out. The toilet needs a new flapper. Running off and on.The cabin was clean. The cabin we stayed in has one sink period. Washing hands and washing dishes. TINY fridge. Bed slept well plenty of bedding and pillows. We brought a mattress topper for futon bed and Mom said it slept fine.TV is fine WiFi not so much. No streaming but ok for checking email. We ended up using our hot spot for streaming.Bring plenty of mosquito spray. The putt putt course isn’t that pretty but they decided to charge $2 per person to play. Now I realize why we never saw anyone play.It was pretty crowded but everyone was very nice and respectful. Lots of good places to hang out inside and out.Tons of stuff for kids to do and great fun for adults in Fredericksburg. Grape Creek and Kuhlmans winery’s were fantastic.By the way remember to wash all your dishes in the bathroom sink and sweep the floor and put out the trash or they get to charge you an additional $25.

We have stayed there several times and loved it for the family atmosphere. We just stayed there this past weekend and I realized that it really depends on how the other campers decide to behave that makes the experience, as the park rules aren’t enforced. We were camped next to the LOUDEST adults- screaming, throwing beer bottles, howling until 2:30 am. Despite many campers going over asking them to be quiet for their families they were all intoxicated and didn’t care the slightest bit. The entire campsite was trashed the next morning. The main number didn’t pick up when we called since repeated campers asking them to be quiet didn’t work. We will be staying somewhere that’s either quieter for the $50 campsite or cheaper for the same amount of sleep.

Had a wonderful stay in February at the Jellystone wine country! This was the perfect blend of excitement and calm. Nice walk down to the creek, passing one is the vineyards now so notable to Fredericksburg. The folks that run this place are super friendly and helpful. They organize activities and outdoor games for kids on the weekends. One of my favorite things about this place is the wide open yet fenced area where kids could just run and play. There are very few RV parks with a designated open space and this really made all the difference. Check out the other RV places on Google satellite view, the choice for space is clear! The pool was too cold to use during our stay but we did have a round of mini golf and a go at the scooters. The jumping pillow was a great addition for getting out the energy. This is our RV park when we come to Fredericksburg!

We came to Jellystone for a family reunion. We booked our cabin 4 months in advance, online with no trouble. The cabin was clean with cool AC. Unfortunately there was no internet the entire time we were there. You will be asked to lightly clean the cabin before leaving or be charged a fee. There are plenty of amenities for the kids (pool, park, putt-putt, bouncy pillow, etc). Unfortunately the last day the washing machines were not working, so we had soapy laundry that had to be towed to our next destination. And to top off a rough weekend, my daughter was bitten by a brown recluse (hazards of cabin life) and we had to take her to emergency care. The nearest town is about 10 minutes away (there is a Walmart and some smaller stores and restaurants). The park itself is in the middle of multiple vineyards. Additionally down the road are a few peach stands and the Wildseed Farm and market.

My friends and I rented three RV spots and brought all of our kids so they could enjoy a weekend at Jelly Stone Park. This by far was the most disappointing stay at any Jelly Stone Park we have ever had. This being our fourth time we anticipated a lot of fun activitys for the kids and adults. Well Fredericksburg Jelly Stone had very limited activity’s scheduled. Today is July 4th and there is nothing to do with our kids. They did do the crafts at 1130 now they have to wait until 430 for a ballon fight. This park is also in major need for repairs with ran down facilities and unsafe places to even walk through. This brand has an expectation attached to it. You are not meeting the standard for Texas. And if you believe you are please visit Kerrville, and Burleson parks. I’m disappointed we stayed here and I will not and can not suggest this park to family and friends.

Great place for kids and checking out Fredrickburg. This would be our second time visiting this park. Lots to do for the kids. We always felt safe letting them run around and explore the area and fun activities. Obviously lots to do in Fredericksburg and this park is probably 10 minutes from the action. Lots to do and now they have a gas station in the park which is nice for heading out on the long trip home.

Nice facility, nice folks. Park is not nealry as developed as other jelly stones in Texas, if its your intent to entertain the kids solely, its not there yet. If you are looking to take in wine country and leave the kids with a sitter at the pool/jump pad or balance a trip between the two its best choice for a mix. Would have given them another star if they at least had golf carts for rent.

We liked this place a LOT!!!! Our kids had a blast with all of the activities. The adults had more fun than the kids on the wet and wild hay ride! The ONLY thing we didnt like, were the stickers! I know its camping but we couldnt even step out of our RV without fear of getting stickers in our feet. Tennis shoes or crocs or something like those are best for this place.

Great place to camp and not just for kids. Full hook ups for RVs and campers with trees at almost every camp site. Beautiful tent sites. Very nice cabins. Huge super clean bathrooms, the best weve seen. General store has just about everything youll need including some RV stuff too. Therea lot of amenities here, pool with splash pad, putt putt golf, special bike rentals, play area, dog roaming area, big bounce pad, hall for meettings or weddings, game area with pool table, and an outdoor movie venue. Looks like they also have RV storage available. Staff is super friendly, polite abd helpful. All of this nestled in the beautiful hill county, with lots of winery and peach farms close by for wine tasting and peach picking or buying. Historic Fredericksburg is located 10 to 15 minutes away. Not sure why we waited so long to stay here but we will definitely be coming back.****Edit**** Last day, pretty sure we were the only campers left and Cindy Bear still showed up for coloring with my 4 year old.

You can believe that they watch for reviews. I posted my first review within the first hour of our arrival. less than 2 hours later, I had a knock on my door, asking how they could resolve my items. The staff where excellent. The owners went the extra mile to try and remedy my issues. Then continued to make sure I didnt have any more issues. The park kept our grand children busy the entire weekend, which was what we went for.I would give it a 5 star if the roads where not so dusty, and the WiFi had been better. The owner stopped me and said that they had just updated to fiber optics. I could never get more than 1mb down. And the dust from passing cars coated our motor home.So I will return, just wont wash the motor home the day before we arrive. And with luck, the WiFi will be great on our next visit.
