Easy check in and friendly office staff. There is a gate to easily access Nurys breakfast and lunch (yummy) and VFW. Of course Munch Park is right next door. Its an easy and safe bike to downtown. Clean Laundry and bathrooms/showers. Free, self-served ice box outside laundry. They take very good care of the grounds.Sites are a little close but this wasnt an issue to us. Sites are level and very long pull thrus.

Needs some TLC… all the tree are in bad shape and need to be trimmed. Looks like the tops died in the freeze. They are regrowing at the splits. Good storm going to snap those and create damage to campers. I requested 2 side by side spots was told none available. We where set up across the road. Both had spots open next to each other the entire stay. Ants and stickers EVERYWHERE. TLC…….. Beautiful location, right next door they have food trucks, ice cream truck and a bar. Along with games and sometimes a band. Loved the area just not the park.

The park is clean and tidy. But the lots are tiny. We could barely get one of the slides out and then couldn’t open the awning all the way. If you like the neighbors sewer within 12 feet of your front door I guess it’s ok. Lots of permanent residents too. Most towards the back. We’ll pass next time.

Park was clean and quiet. Good location, easy in and easy out for RV. All slots are pull-thru. Bathrooms are clean and there is a food court next door with a wine and beer bar.

Park was very nice but the stickers were terrible. Take a mat for your pets because the stickers will get all over them. Plus your RV will be full of stickers. I probably wouldnt of stayed there if I had known

This was the first time we came to the Fredericksburg RV Park. We were there for three full days and completely enjoyed it. We cant wait to go back. We were close to everything we needed and could even walk to several locations. The food trucks next door were fun and convenient and the park itself was cozy and clean. We felt safe and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. We also appreciated the No Contact check-in during this time. Well definitely be back and tell our RV friends about it.

Let me start by saying how excited we were to get to Fredericksburg. When we made our reservations, our leave date was open. It was decided that we would give them the exact date of departure upon arrival. We had a range, but it wasn’t exact. So when we pulled up, the office was closed. We weren’t aware that it would be. They had our papers outside and had already charged our card with the date they chose for us to leave. NOT COOL! Like they didn’t even call us.The sites are on top of one another. My awning almost hits the camper in front of us. To add to the clutter around us, this place isn’t a campground. It’s a trailer park! This place is a hot mess. The photos on the website definitely don’t match the reality. They have 3 rows for overnight campers and the remaining is permanents. If they want to target both markets, they could at least have the folks keep it clean around here. It’s a huge turnoff to overnight campers to see such a permanent mess.To end this review, the campground had a covid breakout and the “office” didn’t even think to let anyone know. We heard it through the campground grapevine. And those that told us had all been exposed. It would have just been nice to know. So all in all it’s a mess here. I guess this is what happens when the owners aren’t even on the property.I will say they had a very clean laundry room. Lots of washer & dryers and clean. It’s also in a good location to downtown which is nice. If you’re looking for a trailer park to live in, this is your place. If you’re looking for maybe just a night or two, it could possibly work. But if you’re looking for a nice campground for your extended vacation, I don’t recommend it.

Amazing location to the main strip and that’s all this park has going for itself. It’s pricier than all the other parks around here, the sites are almost on top of each other, the upkeep is lacking and they have too many unkept trees. It’s the fall time, so all the leaves have been allowed to just pile up at each site which is a huge mess. They also barely have any grass, which means it’s mostly dirt. If you want space and more room, pick another park, if that’s not important and you want to be close to the action then this is your place.

We stayed 2 nights on our first ever RV weekend. It was perfect. Great location and immaculately kept property. The other guests were courteous and welcoming. The park rules were being followed by everyone we encountered and that sure keeps things pleasant for all.

We were just visiting a friend who was on her way to Arizona. Was a very nice RV park. It was very quiet even though it was fairly full. If I had a RV I would stay there!

Good time, clean place, the restrooms and showers were very clean and I liked that each shower had its own room so you could shut the door instead of an open bunch of stalls! Super close to main street down town!

Stayed here over July 4th weekend. Park was nice and well kept. All pull through slots which makes parking very easy. Plus lots are big enough to easily fit a 35ft trailer and still have room to park a f250. Park is very closer to Main St, HEB, and other stores making daily activities a breeze. 10/10 would stay again

Wonderful RV park! Level packed gravel spots. All spots are pull through. The best wifi we have found in a Texas RV park. Great pricing. Full hookups.Neighbors and staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of community events in the rec room. You have to pay for laundry.Small dog park. Duck pond. Grounds are well kept and clean.Mostly long term residents here. Spots are close together.So close to downtown! And theres a food truck park with a playground directly next door.Will definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay, very close to the town of fredericksburg 0.7 miles I think. Very clean, some permanent residents but they are well kept.

I was very disappointed in the care given the dog park. I watch the employee today remove the bags. He did not seem to care or notice all the dog poo on the ground. I would not even take my dog in the dog run. If there had been something to use I would cleaned it myself. The dog wash was amazing. Wish I could of used it.

A few negatives: We stayed in spot 33..its on the end, against the road, next to a ‘food truck park’. Trucks going in and out can be noisy at times. Park needs more trash dumpsters..only one set noted is at the exit. Need more & better pet spaces..only areas now are full of burs; had to stop and pull them from my poor limping dog’s paws. WiFi /cable is poor. Lastly, there are NO refunds. I mean, what if there’s a death in the fmly? Severe weather? On the plus side, rates are reasonable, its centrally located & very clean.

We stayed here in November 2018. It is a very nice quiet relaxing park. Very nice people. Close to everything in Fredericksburg. We plan on coming back in November this year. This town is like a Christmas Hallmark movie this time of year. Cant wait to go back.

Unreal service. Went here for my birthday. Rented an RV and was missing equipment (electrical hookup). Staff helped us find and borrow a 50 amp cord. The park is gorgeous and well kept. Stayed there again on another trip and same thing. Just amazing people. Great dog run and very friendly to pets. Go join the ice cream social. Fun people. Many full timers. Love the trees in the park and its location to everything in Fredericksburg you just cant beat.

My first R.V. trip ever. Everyone has been really nice...especially the lady that checked me in. I showed up as she was trying to close and she didnt bat an eye. The grounds are extremely clean. The common areas, including bathrooms and showers, are immaculate! It is clear that the people that own this place take pride and really care about it.The other cool thing about this place is the gate on the north side leading to the best restaurant in Fredericksburg...Nurys

Nice park Good office staff. Don’t expect much from cable TV....might have worked for 30 minutes? Most of the time “no signal” . WiFi .....not that good.

The only thing that could make this better is a swimming pool, but theres a little park with a water fountain in the back. Nice sites. Friendly folks, comfortable place to stay, and great picnic tables on every site.

We stayed 5 days and had a close call and was nearly bitten by a dog not on a leash. On an other day a big dog ran into our campsite nearly knocking things off ourr table. They obviously do not try to enforce the dogs on a leash rule. They say there is cable tv but the system is so old it wont work on newer RVS. We ask if there were plans to upgrade and were told no. The grounds are maintained well but there are some RVS that have obviously been here for years that are in need of repairs. We felt the rate was to high compared to other places we have stayed that have cable, internet and paved pads.

We broke down on our way to Florida we came here to find a place to stay, while our truck was being fixed my husband and I didnt realize it was doing their Oktoberfest they were fully booked. But were VERY kind and Thoughtful and helped us find another place to stay. Was such a nice surprise to see people so helpful and caring

Super friendly; even though most sites are filled does not feel crowded; sites have ample space; quiet. This is our 2nd visit and we will stay again when the opportunity arrives.

Great private bathroom/shower. Meeting room with tables and chairs. Quiet. Friendly neighbors. Strict no-bark and cleanup rules regarding pets. If you came to Fredericksburg to hit the wine tasting and shops on Main Street the location is not in good walking distance; some form of transportation is required. Do NOT plan to telecommute since the WiFi is terrible (I stayed in about the middle where I would have expected decent WiFi.). Small, fenced-in pet area (dog park) with cleanup tools. Pad was small gravel, not concrete, but well kept.

We had a wonderful time here!! They are very pet friendly and that is a must since we purchased our rv for the sole reason that we could take our 4 dogs on vacation with us. Not a lot of scrubs living here. Beautiful place and you can walk to the 290 Wine Bus to go on the wine tour.

It was a very nice RV Park. I liked the location, and it was very efficient. This was my first experience in a place like this, but I enjoyed it.

We emailed for reservations and never heard back. I phone office and woman was very rude and said she had no openings for that weekend and hung up on me. Will not try to book again or refer. We got another camping place, that was nice and accommodating. Customer service is still important for service!!!!!!

Stayed there a couple of years ago and was nice, stayed there over the weekend and its become full of unfriendly full timers. Have nothing against older RVs if maintained, but many clearly were not. Wifi was horrible. All in all just not enjoyable.
