The best thing about Spavia is the reception staff. They are amazing. I love coming here and I think Ive tried every massage therapist they have. They are all great, but some focus on specific areas better than others. Get the membership! Its worth it.

Their cancelation process is for 3 months if you are not going to spend money there and cancel they want your money anyways. Please be careful if you go and sign up for a membership they ONLY want your money. You are not able to use the spa if your canceling and they are charging you for the 3 months. Good luck!

This place is simply amazing. Seriously awesome. Its way better than any other spa Ive been to in Fort Worth. I got the absolute best facial Ive ever had. I highly recommend at least an essential facial. Im returning next month for a premier facial. My entire experience here was well worth it. The staff were so kind and helpful. I absolutely loved sitting in the waiting room with a nice warm neck wrap and hot tea. I did not know they had that, and it was a wonderful surprise. Ill be hanging around longer next time just to chill on the couch in a robe. The smells everywhere are so pleasant. Its such a relaxing atmosphere all around. The bed was way more comfy than other spas. I could go on and on about the quality this spa is in comparison to others around.

This was my second massage with Spavia and I never leave disappointed. When I can; its nice to have a selfcare day here. Im relaxed after a 60 minute full body massage warm green tea and I smell like sweet coconuts from the lotion that was used during my massage. Its nice

This place is amazing! Such a relaxing environment. Clean locker rooms and relaxation area. Wine and tea is included. Prior to COVID, there were little snacks, robes and slippers for everyone, showers were available for use and big pillows were in the relaxation area. Im so ready for things to get back to normal! That being said, they are taking COVID precautions seriously, and I feel very safe every time I go. The estheticians and massage therapists who work here do a phenomenal job. I fall asleep every time because Im so relaxed. Good products as well and the membership is a steal of a deal. Highly recommend you try this place out!

WOW! What an amazing spa! Yesterday was my first visit to Spavia and I received the signature massage and signature facial, both were absolutely amazing!Bailey was my masseuse and she was fantastic. Her firm pressure but soft touch was exactly what I needed to relax and de-stress, I cant wait to go back and see her!After my massage, Danai was my esthetician for the signature facial. With this being my first professional facial she was informative and fantastic with application. After the facial she took the time to write out a customized skincare routine specifically for me to help with all the areas she addressed.Overall, I cannot say enough wonderful things about both of these ladies and I look forward to going back!

I had the best massage from Dulce! She was amazing and really worked on my shoulder area. I felt amazing afterwards! I cant wait to see her again. If you are in pain because of being in front of the computer all day, I highly recommend Dulce!

I treated my husband and I to a couple’s massage since I am in my last month of pregnancy and wanted to do something special before the baby came. (And it was my birthday gift to me too) I was very pleased with the treatment and service we were provided. My husband and I filled out a form before our massage, and my favorite question was whether or not we wanted to have conversation during our massage. We both are quiet people and conversations can make us feel awkward at times, so we both really appreciated this question. I have personally experienced 3 different spa/massage establishments and this one was my favorite! This place felt more luxurious than our honeymoon spa day on our cruise ship! We felt like we were important guests. We were given a locker for our belongings, a robe, spa shoes, and time to relax before and after the treatment. This was great because you feel your belongings are safe and also gives you the opportunity to lock up your phone, smart watches, other distractions so you can focus on your relaxation time. I truly felt like we were massaged the entire 80min (sometimes I have paid for an hour massage, but the therapist only actually massages me for 45 min). We were never rushed-our ladies took their time and made us feel extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back at some point after baby!

The services are great! I would NEVER sign up for their membership though. We had a membership and had to cancel. I had 30 days to use 12 service credits. Uhhh not possible. Life happened (illness in a parent and death) is why we could not use the credits.

My husband and I love Dulce and Mateja. They found our tight spot and loosen it!We tried other therapists too but we felt that some of them just tried to get it done as soon as possible and go home. So Dulce and Mateja are highly recommended!!

I had a wonderful facial experience with Maddie. My 80 minute massage was great with Janelle. She is passionate about providing a positive experience, listens to your needs and has a soothing voice when speaking. I highly recommend both ladies.

One of very few places I have given a five star rating. This place is amazing from the customer service when you first walk in to your masseuse. I will be back many more times to come. And if your smart youll do the same. Stop wasting time on these low budget massage parlors and step into a real experience.

Loveee this spa! I can’t get enough! The pricing is reasonable for the quality of services. The specialists listen to my concerns and give me recommendations without being pushy. Super cute products as well! I’ve been able to try some samples of their new Farm House Fresh skin care line. I appreciate that the line is natural, cruelty free and most of the products are vegan too! I’m looking to purchasing a few FHF items next time I’m in for a service. For Covid they aren’t providing some of their luxury details such as robes and warm neck wraps while we wait in the retreat rooms. But I am grateful they are taking precautions.

This place was awesome! I’ve gotten many massages that were good but this place treats your experience like you’re important! The robes, tea and hot neck towels before are a great touch! I Will be back and can’t wait!

Went in for a message and facial today and it was amazing. It was my first time at spavia and I will certainly be back again. I had a 80min massage first by Marjean and I left feeling so relaxed. She has hands of magic. I asked for light pressure and she did just that. She is also very sweet.After my massage I had a facial done by Madeline and she was so informative and my face is glowing! She really knows what she is doing and has so much knowledge about skin and was able to answer all my question in a way I could understand and with all the information possible.The atmosphere at spavia is so relaxing and very clean. They offer robes and sandals and before and after your session they have a very relaxing room you wait in. They also have lockers and showers which is always nice. I can’t wait to go back!!!!!

I was planning my sisters bachelorette party and I wanted to do a spa day. I saw Spavia on the google result and I called to ask for more information. They were SO helpful and Monique was amazing!!! She kept in touch through phone calls and emails about booking the appointments and getting everything set up. I have been to other spas and Spavia has been the best so far. They treated us so well and made us feel very relaxed! Not to mention the prices were amazing and very affordable for a big party.

Had a great massage after traveling all week for business. Full locker room with showers, hot neck wrap and robe. Love this place to relax and escape the world for a couple hours. Also had a facial that was awesome.

My sister brought me here for my birthday. Ive been getting massages for over 10 years and Liam is one of the best Ive ever had. 60 minutes went by so fast. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Too bad I live in Houston or I would come here all the time.

Im a member & enjoy going for a massage once a month. It is a very peaceful, quiet, clean spa & each & every staff person treats guests with respect & courtesy. There is attention to details, which I love-- such as the personal lockers that are provided, which include little boxes for jewelry inside. Also, they were very patient in re-scheduling when I had a complicated month.

I absolutely love this spa!! The atmosphere is so peaceful & relaxing. Exactly what you want in a spa. Every person who works there is friendly, welcoming, professional & makes sure you have the experience your looking for. I especially love the little thank you notes on the cups of tea at the end.

This was my very first time getting a massage. It was an okay experience. I told the lady where my problem area was and she focused on it pretty well. The only con that I have to say is that I felt like she started to fall asleep towards the end. I did not say anything because it was a 80 min massage so I get it but still. Overall great experience. I will be trying the facial next month !

I have been coming to Spavia for over a year now. Customer service is always excellent. Sydney T. have always done my waxes and she does an amazing job every time. The massages there are always nice. I take full advantage of the membership there as its always nice to get pampered at Spavia.

I always enjoy my experience. I love the waiting area, the dressing room and the hot neck wraps before your service even starts! It just feels so relaxing from your first step through the door, to the very end. Id recommend this spa to everyone.

This place is amazing. Marjean was great. Everything is designed for a calm and relaxing experience. I loved the robes and slippers. Their products are amazing. I went home with a body scrub and body butter that is wonderful. Cant wait to go back next month.

All of the staff were very sweet and professional. Very clean, relaxing and calming atmosphere. Becky gave my massage, it was my first ever, she made me feel very calm and explained everything to me. I will definitely be a regular.

I went today as a walk in, they were available to see me. Thirty minute massage was $50, but this was a very nice place and relaxing. Massage therapist, Gabrielle, was very good at her job. Would go here again, but for an hour massage next time!

Let me tell you how many times I kept seeing Spavia on Facebook. A lot lets say that much. Highly recommended but never could find the time or money but... I had a headache and that was the moment it needed to be done. I swung by with my mother for a quick 30 minute massage. The rooms were very clean, warm, and simply comforting. Hot neck wraps for before and after your experience and that alone combated my headache before the massage had even started! Ah I actually forgot the mans name who cared for me but he was very compassionate and helped make the experience the one I needed. I wish I had the hot tea but they seemingly ran out but Im not even remotely fazed. I have LOTS of tea at home so I wont complain. All and all, This is the spa for anyone on a budget ($50 for a walk in 30 minute massage) and being so close to my home, Ill be back for more. Also my headache has mostly subsided now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart (Also ignore the name Im under. Im Emily Rose!)

Go here! I would give 7 out of 5 stars if I could. Ive been to a couple of nice massage places, and Spavia was the bomb. Worth any extra $. Friendly and attentive staff, complete relaxation the whole way through. Got a Sports Massage with MJ (highly recommend) after I had some really bad soreness from stress. Excellent massage. My wife and I are coming back for a couples massage soon...

Hands down the best facial in fort worth! We have done several groupon all over to check out different spas and Spavia wins by a long shot! The spa is very clean and super relaxing they have a relaxation room for before and after service with warp neck wraps. The customer service is top both with amazing attention to detail its so relaxing they offer water and hot tea before and we got cupcakes and wine after! The aesthetitions are very knowledgeable and are very pampering not the run of the mill facial! I highly recommend you check it out, Taylor was awesome!

If I could pick zero stars I would. This place came HIGHLY recommended to us and we were all VERY excited about going for my friends birthday. We booked 3 massages - The day we were supposed to go our friend was very ill, I called as soon as I knew she was going to be unable to make it and asked to move the appointment. I know they have a 24 hour cancelation and I totally understand the need for that - however there is an exception to EVERY rule. Because of the 24 hour cancelation policy I offered to add services for any inconvenience - they refused. We had scheduled 3 massages at $109 each and I was going to add 3 signature facials at $89 each - totaling $594 before any gratuity we would have paid or any products we may have purchased. Not to mention any future services we may have scheduled. Because they were unwilling to work with me they lost out on almost $600 and instead CHARGED ME $144 for not canceling within 24 hours. Following this review will be a YELP review and we all know the power word of mouth has. A business 101 lesson would be good here.

Worst massage ever! I dont give reviews very often unless Im really impressed or really pissed off. This will be the latter, obviously. My wife and I visited spavia with a couples massage Groupon (90 min) that gave a decent discount. We were very excited as we have not yet found a good massage place in Fort Worth as we were spoiled with many options in Houston. We had high hopes for this place due to the good reviews and were ready to get a good massage in since my wife is a nurse and I am a teacher, back pain is no stranger. Everything seemed great and everyone was quite welcoming which is refreshing; however, we have one thing on our mind, to get a great massage in. Now I especially enjoy for massages as I like to get a few knots broken up (areas of concentration) and some muscles stretched out, not too much to demand as most massages will ultimately provide this- not necessarily a deep tissue. I have had every type of massage in the past and expect any masseuse to be able to provide a quality service to meet my needs. I was excited to get beat up for 90 minutes and go home relaxed and relieved for a few days :-). The extent of my massage could be best described as a hour and 30 minutes of being lightly oiled up. With the exception of some relaxing neck massager, the entire experience was the weakest display massage technique I have ever came across, and I have had many massages in my life including San Antonio, Wimberley, Fredericksburg, Houston, Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas. You might be thinking to yourself, wow, did this this guy even inform masseuse that she was a little light on the touch?!? Well, Ill have you know that both my wife and I spent a few minutes carefully labeling our therapy request sheets, including marking areas to be left off and areas of concentration. To our surprise, both of our masseuses did not even attempt to heed the requests even when we repeated it back to them verbatim what we wrote down for the 90 minute extensive massage. My wife was upset that she had her lower body touched even though she requested off-limits for the legs and feet which left her salty for the majority of her session. I requested a FIRM massage with lower back for concentration in addition to stating the areas of the neck and feet. For the first good while I assumed she was simply oiling up my body for relaxation as I didnt question what her specific technique was for the session. She asked about the pressure at the beginning, to which I responded-its OK, but you can go firmer. It wasnt until time kept going by that I came to realize that her technique was simply Best described as wobbling around muscles and lightly rubbing; not too far off from how you would pet a dog. She spent a long portion of the massage just simply doing light motions along my back. Time went by pretty easily as I was comfortable, I mean The bed was nice and getting oil that is relaxing. But my wife paid for a quality massage and not something that she could do for me herself. To put it simply, it was very obvious that we were treated like the end of the day, Groupon customers, knocking one out with minimal effort. My wife stated that it was as if they were phoning it in! Oh, I cant forget, you can damn well guarantee that I let the front staff know that I was not satisfied with my massage and that yes I do know The difference between firm and deep tissues massages are (when I get a deep tissue, I expect the masseuse to be on my back using knees, elbows, and every limb at their disposal). They left me Assured that their manager will call me right away, by the end of the day. Of course, as you know, that call never happened as that was four days ago. Which brings us down to the following complaints: masseuses did not use the therapy sheets clients filled out, masseuses did not accurately respond to clients request, at least one of the masseuses did not provide anywhere close to a professional quality massage, and the management did not take care of the customer complaints in a timely manner.

Amazing experience! After going here, I will never go to Massage Envy again!
