EXTREMELY over priced. I paid $80 for this including tip. Everything is A LA Carte. They added on a $5 charge for fake nail on top of the $30 full set, $7 charge for EXTRA long nail, + a $5 charge for shape. Also a 20 gel charge. It’s not worth the money at all. They will add on everything to your bill. $67 total for a full set + $13 gratuity tip. They didn’t advise on the add on prices at all when I mentioned the type of nails I wanted.

I’ve been to this location about 2 times the staff is friendly and very helpful. Besides that my last and final visit to this location I got foot fungus. Just be careful I went to this location since it’s in a nice area and they seemed clean .

Castle Nail Spa has ruined me for manicures and pedicures. They consistently do such a great job that I’d rather wait here than go anywhere else. The attendants ask questions and are very good at delivering exactly what you want. I also get my eyebrows done here and I’m never disappointed. I always walk in and even if they’re busy they always accommodate me! Major 5 stars!

Went about 2 weeks ago, it was alright. Their website said $30 for a full acrylic set (basic set without gel) and I was charged $40, but I chocked it up to an out of date website. They never put cuticle oil on after they were finished and the almond shape is severely crooked on several nails, including both thumbs. Not even a week and a half later and the nails have all lifted enough to trap my hair underneath when I go to put it up in a ponytail, and one I have to superglue back to the nail so it doesnt catch and rip off (yes, thats how bad they lifted). I wont be going back again anytime soon.

Castle Nail Spa is awesome! A great pedicure with a lower leg and foot massage (and a couple of margaritas) has become our traditional way to begin a vacation! The service is outstanding and always very friendly. We love Castle Nail Spa!

Well it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good! We were new customers and they new that so you would think they would want to treat us right so that we could come back. But they didn’t even offer us a beverage but everybody else had something to drink. One of the guys kept rushing my mom and I wish she would of told me when we were there so I could of said something. That’s just rude my mom is elderly but I guess they don’t know how to accommodate to new customers and are only worried about existing ones. I would NOT RECOMMEND! they’re overpriced and the quality of the nails is not that great, pedicure is ok.

Im a third time customer, and originally recommended by a friend. There were about ten customers...3 men and others women. I explained what toenail service I wanted and the host made a suggestion from the price chart. I was seated and offered a beverage. My manicurist and her kit bag of tools arrived promptly.Due to Covad19 restrictions I was overdue for a toenail trim. After basic trimming my nails were neat and sparkling. After multiple treatments to toenails and a leg massage I was a happy fellow. I had the basic services and was pleased with the results.The fee was reasonable and I added a tip for my technician. I make an appointment and ask for Annie each time.

One of the best pedis I’ve had!! I wish I would’ve gotten the lady’s name. I got the classic pedi for $28 and it was better than some I’ve spent $40+ on. She took her time and was very nice. My toes look great too! The last place I went to down the road made my nails crooked and the polish was awful and clumpy. 10/10 recommend Castle Nail Spa!! Will definitely be going back!

First visit here on 6/22/19 with my bestie since shes moving to the area. We felt like royalty. Everyone was super nice. When we entered, we were greeted and asked to review the menu of options and then select what we wanted on the intake form that was used to establish our services. This avoided any miscommunication between the front desk and the service area. Sometimes theres a communication issue with a language barrier, but that wasnt an issue. I had Lisa (Thui) and Daniel (Tuan) and they both spoke English perfectly. I had a special need for one nail to be repaired, in addition to getting a mani and pedi, and they handled it without problem. Other places Ive gone seem put out that I dont upgrade everything...gel, no chip, etc. When I said, No thanks, they were fine with that answer. My friend upgraded her mani and was very pleased with the massage and pressure used by the technicians. We established as rewards customers upon check out and this will be our go to place in the future.

My husband and I both came here for a foot spa. We chose the King pedi. The price was a little high but the service was excellent and they really did a great job on us both. My husband suffers with cracked heels and the lady really worked hard to remove the hard skin. His feet were immediately better and relieved of some pain. The massage chairs are SO good. We were offered drinks. The staff were very friendly. I would recommend this place and I’d certainly use them again. The only reason I didn’t mark a 5 star was the price - I think we paid nearly 50 dollars a piece. Overall, a 4 star experience. Thank you

I got my nails and toes done here. They were pretty good with the pedicure but my nails were gel and start chipping off within a day. I went back and they made it right. Probably won’t be back just because I hate having to go back to the nail salon for another hour to get my nails fixed.

To be honest the guy (owner) who did my nails doesn’t even deserve one star! He didn’t/ couldn’t do what I asked for so to make it easier for him I told him to just do all my nails a solid color. The massage he gave was careless and rough and last but not least, the price for my FIRST experience was too over priced! Definitely not coming back!

Do not waste your money. My nail broke THE same day. It has now been 3 days since I got them done and a nail has broken every day. My first nail broke while I was simply picking my sister up. I am not hard on my nails! I’ve had a properly applied set last me 3 months! Also, my skin was sticking to my nails because of the over application of the glue. The guy told me that he was using cheap glue while he was applying my nails. I wouldn’t definitely not recommend.

Fabulous experience!

I wanted to get a nice dip manicure for a special day but my visit was a very unpleasant experience. The guy who worked on my nails couldn’t care less about what I wanted. He never even once asked what exactly I want or gave me a chance to give comments. He also didn’t talk at all which get very awkward. I also asked multiple times for shorter nails as I don’t like having them long... and he still left them way too long. The job was done carelessly and my nails are crooked and uneven and bulky . I hate what he did. He never checked if what he was doing was what I wanted and dodged all the concerns I had during the process. And if you think his English might have been bad.. it was fine. Good enough to ask me sarcastically if that’s my very first time getting a manicure since I expressed concern about something he didn’t think mattered... terrible just terrible. When he put cutticle oil he literally spilled it all over my fingers and nowhere close to the cutticles and left me with no comment spread it myself and just pointed at the sink suggesting I should go wash my hands... super disappointed!!

I like it! I love right above the salon, so its an easy walk. For the most part the service is good. I have a bad a few people work on my eyebrows and they werent to kind. Other then that I really enjoy this salon!

I LOVE the treatment and the many selections of nail colors and styles. After moving from Kansas City it was difficult to find a nail salon with great staff and what I wanted for my nails. Ive never had a bad visit, and Im ALWAYS greeted with a smile!

Walked in and was st right down buy one guy who started my nails but continuously got up and walked around for 5 minutes at a time then said one price for gel then another guy sat down and did my nails and was the least bit gentle. Not only were the crooked and uneven but the guy then told me a completely different price than he originally quoted. I was overall extremely unsatisfied and will never go back.

Best technicians who are current on the latest techniques. Every visit, Im always greeted promptly and taken care of well.

I’ve been here twice.My first experience was good, nothing stellar or note worthy, just a good mani pedi, but they have GREAT nail color options. Price tag was a bit much, but I didn’t mind. I like that they do your nails and toes at the same time.Went back today for a gel polish removal & repaint. Went back because they have cat eye colors.If you get Anthony, I highly recommend asking for someone else, or just leaving.He cut my nails, which were all well past my finger tips, down to the quick. Literally, I can’t even scratch my own arm with them now. He also apparently had no idea how cat eyes polish works, so I got 4 coats of polish before he sort of listened to what I was telling him.Between having nubs for nails and paying extra for cat eyes polish only to have it be not even kind of close to what it should look like, i just wanted to get out of there.The best part - $37 to get my polish done. Nothing else, just polish.Oh! And it took 94 minutes. Place is lovely, but Anthony certainly ruined it for me.

Super bummed . I just left and my nails look like this. It was quite expensive and I feel like I should’ve looked better to start with and definitely last more than an hour and a half.

Was in from out of town with my mom and aunts. I had asked for a full set of nails with shellac as a clear coat and my nails are starting to peel up and fall off and my clear coat has came off with it barely being a week ago. I asked for clear powder and he tried to give me pink and then clear with glitter. I repeatedly told him I wanted clear. My mother has also had 3 nails come off as well. Definitely will never go back! The place is nice and big but for the quality of service we got I was very disappointed!

On 12/29, I visited Castle Nail Spa with a friend for the first time. My first technician was a man that in my opinion went way too fast; in fact, he got nail polish on my shirt and my hands. One big difference I noticed in his methodology was that he put my nails under the light for less than 30 seconds. After 3 coats, another technician worked on my nails because they were dull. An hour and a half later with more than 8 coats, I called it quits.Today, it took my regular nail person 2 hours to remove the mess they made of my nails. I learned a valuable lesson today that not all salons are the same. When you do gels, the longer under the light, the shinier and last longer. Never again.

The decor is beautiful. Location convenient. But my paint job is the worst ever. Not even a week later they are chipping like crazy (gel polish) the man who did them has a tatoo sleeve on left arm. He did NOT put a clear coat on prior to applying the color. He messed up a nail and had to redo it, but not without a heavy dose of hesitation. The finished product looks lumpy and uneven. I paid 35$ for a student level paint job. Upon checkout he and another gentleman could barely operate their own register. From far away it looks ok but when you get up close its just a big ole mess!! -CLUELESS.

My daughter and I went to Castle Spa for the first time today. I would have to say it was the worst visit by far weve had to a spa. They were rude , I asked for a Brazilian wax and got something totally different. And was charged for a Brazilian!! She used the same wax that was used on my eyebrows. We were rushed to do a pedicure and choose colors. Waxed my eyebrows and doesnt even look like it half the hairs were still left. For this being a nice spa, I expected a little better customer service.

Castle nails in Dallas is my absolute favorite nail place I’ve ever been to. Just moved to Fort Worth and have tried castle nails in Fort Worth a few times and it has been ok. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first few times since it is a newer location. Went today and got the powder dip which i have been getting consistently for 3 years. I’m not sure what the girl did put my fingers HURT. It feels like I had a door closed on every single finger... Don’t recommend! in over 3 years getting dip about every 2-3 weeks that has never happened!!

One of the best pedicures I have EVER had!! The entire salon is super clean and serene. The manager paid a lot of attention to all of his employees and always made sure they were on top of everything. Ourr estheticians were incredibly professional the entire time as well! I was definitely be going back:)

This service was horrible! I got a full set which looks terrible!! The nail tech drilled the heck out of my nails and cuticles. The nail tech did not take their time to properly apply the acrylic nails rush to do may nails and pedicure. At one point I had one nail tech pushing and pulling my leg and the other pulling and grabbing my hand. I couldnt relax at all. I would strongly suggest that you go to another nail salon where you can get better service.

Ive been coming here for 2+ years after hopping from 8 or more different nail salons. I cant say enough good things about Cris and Lisa and the rest of the technicians here. I have referred 50 or so friends, family or clients here. If you come, try the dipping powder, you wont regret it.

I’ve just tried and tried to give this place a chance but they just suck at nails and need to hire people with experience. Sorry but for this area and location, pricing etc... come on. After my last shot had crappy nails, pedi sucked he didn’t even soak my feet in water... towels were cold?!!! I’m done and after 15 years and this is a bi weekly thing for me I would say I’m more than qualified to say don’t go for convenience with their hours, or like me....I’ve lived in the area..don’t waste your time or money. Sorry guys. Never good experience 😫

Place is really nice and some employee are nice too but last time i was there they messed up my nails it was really expensive. My nails camed out crocked and in some places nail polish was missing

My teenage daughter and I came in for a mani/pedi. Everyone was very friendly, but it seemed rushed. I didnt have my glasses on, so everything looked fine. When I got back to my hotel, I realized just how bad the polish was on both hands and feet. Without a doubt the worst I have ever received. There is no way they could not have noticed how bad it looked, but they didnt try to fix it or anything. I wouldnt even give them one star if I had the option. Do not go here!

Went in 45 min before closing and asked if dip removal and new dip would be too rushed, they assured me it wouldnt. Started off fine. Halfway thru I offer to stop with just the removal because the lady seems annoyed and tired and she was rushing like crazy, but she reassured me it was fine. She trimmed my nails unevenly, although I wanted them short I said a little past my finger and some are not. And she left them sooooo thin!! She told me that if I had tried to remove the dip myself I wouldve left my nails too thin...and she left them so thin they hurt! I paid $25. I didnt complain in person cuz I was trying to be nice but I shouldve spoken up and not paid a red cent. Lesson learned. Never go close to closing or think phew I made it, its not worth being rushed!!!

Terrible service! My gf’s natural nails looked so thick! They burnt her foot with water, and completely massacred her nails on both her feet and hands.
