First massage and it was AWESOME!!! The couples sweet had a very nice ambiance calm, but yet warming. The staff upfront was very pleasant, reassuring, and knowledgeable. Definitely A great Birthday gift!!! I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

In love with this place. Free valet parking(SPA will validate). Easy to find it’s inside the Omni hotel on the 3rd floor. Friendly staff. Love how they have taken Covid pro cautions. They give you a small variety of different oils to pick from. They will give you slippers and a robe. If you arrive 30mins before your appointment you can take advantage of the Sauna and relax in the lounge, there’s water and a trail mix to enjoy. There’s also a nice shower area. I love Mary she did a great job as far massaging me!!! She was gentle and will ask you if you’re ok or if you want less pressure or more. The room was dim and smelled AMAZING!! The beautiful relaxing music from walking in to the end was so soothing to me. After the massage i got offered some delicious champagne! I definitely recommend this SPA.

I love this spa. Id rate everything 5 stars; from the top notch customer service, to the quality of the massages/services, the pleasant aromas, complimentary beverages, relaxation room before and after the massage, and other amenities such as the sauna. Mokara-Fort Worth is absolutely beautiful and offers a 5 star spa experience all around.

The massage was terrific and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. I wish the spa hours were extended so we could enjoy a little longer.

We had a couples massage this past weekend for my 40th and it was anything but relaxing. There was a cheer competition in town (no shortage of covid here) and during our massage we heard EVERYTHING. All the girls practicing in the lobby, screaming and clapping and on the third floor we could hear them the whole time too ( third floor should of been off limits to them) We couldnt even hear the music in the room . The girls that did our massage were great, nothing to complain about them, but the atmosphere was horrible. Not worth what we paid to not even be able to relax. Both times that we were asked to hang out in the relaxing room and there was people in it. There should be a room for couples to relax alone and not have to share with the world. After our massage we got champagne and when we went into the relaxing lounge it was full of women and no where to even sit, hubby and I downed our champagne and got dressed and left because we felt so uncomfortable. I was so upset, especially since hubby spent a lot of money on both massages and hotel stay which was even a bigger nightmare. There was no control over the covid situation at all. They really should move massage to a different floor or control the situation downstairs, but there was no control at all anywhere this weekend. its almost like they said screw the people who arent part of this stupid cheer competition.

This was HEAVEN. So clean. Bright light (when you wanted it), dim relaxed light too. Hot tea before a massage. Champagne after. Sauna. Well stocked shower and locker room. Professional and friendly staff. This will be a yearly treat for my husband and I (more often if we could afford it, but believe me, worth every penny)!!!

The quality of service was impeccable. I had not been to a stylist in over two months. I cannot say enough great things about this salon. Affordable with excellent service. Try them out!

Let me just say this, my massage therapist was incredible!!! I received the treatment as a gift and the hot stone massage was the best I’ve ever felt. Whatever they do in stand alone nail salons on your legs is a JOKE! I would not have known had I not had this experience. I will be back and ready!

I was in Fort Worth on business and visited Mokara Spa for a pedicure. It was a very relaxing environment and all of the staff were friendly and professional. Jeannie did my pedicure and she did a fantastic job and was fun to chat with during my visit; I would highly recommend her to anyone. My experience exceeded my expectations and was a great value.

My husband and I recently booked a 50 min. couples massage off Groupon at Mokara Spa. Both woman did a spectacular job, I had Mary who I definitely recommend. It was a relaxing, wonderful experiance.!

Just went to check in for my daughter’s and my massages after a long drive from San Antonio. They scheduled it for the wrong month!!!! All that was offered was an apology. Not even an offer to use the facilities!

Had a great massage and our lunch was also very good. Will definitely be back again soon!!

Wonderful massage and zen wrap, facial was superb. Pedi and mani are very very basic. Amenities are wonderful and comfortable, the robes are oversized and plush. No handlebars in showers, at risk for falling because of slick floor. Overall great experience.

During my stay stay at the OMNI in Fort Worth, TX, I enjoyed my time at the spa.  In fact, I went every single day that I stayed!  You can find my review of the OMNI hotel amongst their reviews.The ambience, the staff, and the attention to the needs of every customer kept me coming back.The staff are just as peaceful as the ambiance.  The spa is located on the 3rd floor, right across from the gym so that is convenient.  It looks small but it is not small on decor and ambience.  Right away, I was greeted with a fresh scent and lovely greetings.  They have lots of candles and lotions right there, on hand, in the front area.  I went to inquire about the services and they gave me a tour, poured me water, and made me feel right at home.I decided on a massage and sauna time, just to try it out.  The hideaway room was sooo inviting.  I arrived early, they verified my registration to the hotel, then got me a locker.  The locker had a locked locker prepared for me, with a robe and slippers inside.  Yasssss!!!!  for the win!!!!I looked over the locker room, there I found hair brushes, mouthwash, q-tips, AND even makeup remover.  Yes, ladies, makeup remover and lotion was on hand.  What an attention to detail.   There werw fresh towels throughout the spa so and everything was so fresh.  I made my way to the hideaway room, I was early so I hung out for about an hour and a half.  It was what caught my attention in the first place.  There was soft music playing as soon as I entered the spa, the lighting was very dim in the hideaway but still well lit.  There was a nice aroma, I was relaxed for sure, no one bothered me.The massage was much needed.After my scheduled massage, I went into the sauna.  A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!  Fresh towels, temperature on the wall, water bucket for hot stones, etc.  It was peaceful.  But!!!  it was the cool off area that made me smile.  The cool off area had fresh ice water and cool towels.  There was also fresh dry towels in this small area as well.I stayed in the sauna about two hours.  I worked up quite a sweat, so luckily there was a shower.  Of course, the shower was spacious and had everything I needed.  Fresh towels that were warm and fluffy, soap, lotion, razors and shaving cream, and a blow dryer.  The mirror in the bathroom had a rear mirror attached so I was able to do my hair there (plenty of outlets).I enjoyed this spa and I felt right at home.  The staff was helpful and friendly but didnt bother me at all.  If you want a tranquil and lovely experience  visit the spa, I did everyday.

Wanted to get a gift for my wife. Tried to buy a couple of spa packages for my wife but was told that I couldnt buy specific packages. I could buy a gift card for the total amount or could make and appointment for her to get the service but they wouldnt sell me a specific package. Not very good customer service. I went to another spa and bought the packages I wanted.

Feel like a queen, the delux day spa package is worth every penny!
