Went to park view with a 4 year old with 104 fever who has been vomiting and delirious and confused and waited in the er for over an hour and a half. Ended up leaving and going to DuPont where they were very quick to at least bring her out some meds to try to get her temperature to drop. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This place has the best care I have in a ling time. Everyone is very nice and always there too do there best too take care of you. Thank you too everyone here.

Awful experience. Im not even going to bother going there unless Im obviously fighting to stay alive.

In the ER as I write this. My 79yo mother went for 1.5 hours without any attention from the staff. She was laying in a pool of her own urine and my wife and I had to clean her up ourselves. We pressed the Nurse button repeatedly. Her vital readings were all ? for 20+minutes and not one person came to check on her. She writhed in pain for hours -each breath a grunt from the pain.I will never bring my mother or any loved one here ever again.

ER staff took excellent care of my daughter. The nurses are awesome. Keep Mom at ease... thank you!

Good caring people great care and service top shelf

Doctors and staff couldnt see a 2 yr old in real distress if it hit them in the face. Ended up having to go to another hospital for a diagnosis and so far 5 day hospital stay staff here acted like we were crazy and they were lazy in doing anything.

Brought my mother into er.. she recently had a huge surgery called a whipple. During the first month infection can set in or areas can leak. This is life threatening and they let my mom sit there for over three hours and we left due to the fact they said she was not critical. DUPONT Hospital did a ct scan after getting her right in and found a leak and she is getting flighted back to The James at OSU. Thanks for nothing Parkview.

I cant believe this is our ER. I have repeatedly convinced my mother to change to Parkview for ALL of her healthcare needs. I am so embarrassed and have repeatedly apologized. We got here at 10 this morning and it is now after 2. The MRI machine is what we are waiting on. Nurse said theres not much of a need for the MRI machine so thats why theres a wait. Well the bed next to my mom is waiting for an MRI also and we were told we have to wait till 3:30 just to get to it. Not to mention waiting for results. Shes laying here writhing in pain and they cant give her pain meds because shes being treated by pain management. That just doesnt sound right. DR. Just asked us if we brought her pain meds..... ummm... WHAT?! We have been told for years! Years! Not to give her at home meds to her while at the hospital so they know what all she is taking so theres no accidental overdose or complications. I guess I should first have started off with what the doctor immediately asked mom what she wanted to do, then without giving her a chance to answer said he cant give her meds. Well... thats not why shes here and told him so. She wants to know why shes having the pain.... still waiting....

The ER is so bad that it’s beyond comprehension!!!

The wait is over 2 1/2 hours in the ER. Their response to this is: its always like this. The waiting room is disgusting.
