They did the right tests I feel like but the er doctor was rude and made me extremely uncomfortable to come back if I needed to. And the end when they couldnt tell me what was causing my sharp chest pains and I was asking questions, with every single one he was taking an irritated deep breath as I started to ask them. Wont be going back.

I went in around 8:00 p.m. Staff, Doctor and Nurses very polite and courteous. I was there for a little over an hour. Fortunately there had been no one in the waiting room and I got right in. They did multiple tests, fortunately it was nothing serious and I followed up with my doctor a few days later. This is a very convenient location for me. This was my first visit to this location. Hopefully I wont have to go there again but its nice to know that it is an option.

I came in wondering if this was a walk in clinic as well as being an ER because those do exist. This was closest to my home when I searched walk in clinic so I went. As soon as I walked in there was a nurse or receptionist watching Netflix on a computer facing away from the window. I stood for a few minutes while she watched until she noticed I was there. Then she decided to just stare at me and not move. I was wondering if she was gonna wheel over and check me in or at least say hello. She didnt, she just stared at me until I said hello. She never moved any closer to the window away from the computer on the opposite side, she had a mask on and began talking, saying good morning. I made it clear that I couldnt hear her and scrunched my face and put my ear up to the glass. She still did not move and whispered do you have an emergency? And I asked if this was also a walk in because I had just really messed up my shoulder but It wasnt urgent care bad. She looked at me again for a few seconds and then whispered this is emergency only and Id have to go to another clinic. Whatever, I was more than willing to get out of there. Luckily I wasnt in any actual emergency because I would never recommend to come here. She didnt seem alert or ready to help at all. Poor service.

Nurses and X-Ray tech…EXTREMELY nice! Dr. Taylor however, his bedside manner was LACKING. He was brash in delivery and I felt very rushed. Asked him about paperwork (I came in for a work related injury) and his response, “I don’t do big packets of paper, we’re in a middle of a pandemic.” Not sure what that meant or why it mattered. (It was a sheet and a half of paperwork to fill out)

Little on the expensive side but nice staff good physicians and was able to quickly get in to get my niece treated

Went in around 8pm, had to have blood tests, ekg, chest X-ray and ct scan of chest and head and was out by around 10pm. Nurses were very helpful and informative and got the best iv on me that I’ve had yet (most people have had trouble in the past with it). Doctor was very attentive with my concerns and questions and informative with his answers. They really seemed to care.

Taken right back at like 730pm. Nurses Immediately started tending to my child, got her comfortable, got her fever down, gave me some great advice and were so nice the entire time. Doc came right in. Excellent service at each of the 3 visits weve been there for.

Very poor experience....I just switched from Parkview to Luthern, went in this evening for a possible bleed in my fingers (very concerning since I have a blood disorder), along with a bad gallbladder, yellowing of the skin and a fever....got in right away, nurses were nice, but then doc came in extremely rushed (idk y no one was there), asked questions and every time I tried to answer he talked over me and wouldnt let me explain. I asked about several concerns I had and was told Im fine. I went in shortly before 8 and was out my 9p. Between Parkview and Luthern both being horrible idk where Im gonna go next....I would highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this ER....

The nurses and doctors were very nice and polite thank you only waited 5 minutes after checking in .then was out of there within 1hour

Very convenient location, always helped within 5 minutes of check in. Has all the equipment the larger hospitals have. Staff is friendly. Good alternative for if you dont want to drive to the larger facilities.

We took our three-year-old who ended up fracturing his arm on a Saturday night. They were all extremely nice helpful and fast. We were in and out within an hour and my son had no problems They were all very accommodating. and I would highly recommend this place

If I could give them zero stars I would. Came here with my 3year old who has seizures when he gets a fever who is really sick they seen people before us who walked in laughing and having a good time before my son who is completely miserable. The ladies at the desk are very rude and shouldnt even have a job.. I hope they find better people to work here. But the doctor was very nice

I was admitted here and was taken care of very well. It was busy for a walk-in off site emergency room. Tests were done in a timely matter for being as busy as they were. Being a healthcare worker its easier to understand. Was able to relax as much a I could though and watch TV.

Its a great place to get help for any medical issue almost.I had a shard of lightbulb glass lodged in my heal. They got it out wrote prescriptions, X-rayed the area, to make sure, all the glass was gone, bandaged me up, and I was ready to go within 2 Hours!The Hospital took almost 8 Hours!Very efficient, Friendly, Polite Helpful Staff!Clean Facility. Ill go to them, the next time I have a Medical issue!

Avoid using this place at all cost, because it will cost you!!!Needed 4 stitches for a cut. Was told insurance was in the system and paid my part of the bill. Their card machine was having trouble so I gave them a different card. They said both had not processed for some reason or another. The next day I see payments coming out on both cards. I called about it and was transferred to 5 different people before finding someone who could refund 1 of the payments.A week passed and I received a bill showing no insurance or payments. I called on this and ended up with a different set of transfers to get the insurance reapplied. At which point I was told I was done and all was well... Another 2 weeks pass and I receive 3 more bills from various groups. After calling and talking to each group I find out that the bill given by this office is only part of cost and that contracting firms each bill separately for service rendered at this facility, doctors are separate and each needs paid individually.After it was all said and done, 4 stitches at this location had an out of pocket cost of over $500.00 and billed my insurance for almost $3000.00. It required almost 2 dozen phone calls to straighten the bills out. Note that I have really good insurance. If you do not be prepared to mortgage your house for setting foot in this building.

Came in early morning with my wife and they were wonderful! Everyone was friendly and patient, asking questions but also making conversation. Tim and Dr. Pierson were excellent! Got us in and out quickly.

Kind and thorough. Short wait. Also, they set up a follow-up appointment with another doctor and pointed out another issue we should deal with.

Thought Id post since other reviews were so subpar. We had a very good experience here when Dr. Bridgetts treated our daughter with stitches one late Saturday night. Love the easy access from street right to waiting room and were seen immediately. All the staff were prompt, professional and kind. Some confusion with billing or I may have given it 5 stars.

My overall experience was unsatisfactory. The wait was okay and I had a diagnosis fairly quickly. The nurse said, she would be back with your discharge papers. I waited, no nurse, no discharge papers. We ended up leaving around 4am just so I could get some Tylenol in my daughter to help with her pain.

Talk about bad experience.. No waiting yep, got right in... good ends here. So how do you review a place you have no desire to be at in the first place? Not sure ...Drinking fountain is just right for a preschooler and barely works. Staff asked if I would like some water.. oh yea!! well that was the last I saw of her..18 mins later doctor walks in and asks a few questions and took off.. Zero communication on what was going on, what was going to happen and so I sat there for about 30 minutes.. Plenty of staff running around but no patients.. HmmmmI finally called my orthopedic, got a real appointment and asked to be let out (they literally lock you in).. THAT got some action going.. billing staff was all over it.. they billed me $300 for this incomplete visit..They put a lot of effort into administrative so they would get the money, shame they dont put that effort into patient care....

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THIS IS NOT A HOSPITAL! They billed my insurance as if they were an actual hospital, if I wanted to go to a hospital I would go to a real one, not a clinic in a shopping plaza. If you go here and dont get admitted overnight be prepared to pay a HOSPITAL CO-PAY (around $200) and not an urgent care co-pay (around $50). The wait time was also ridiculous, not only to get in the room but once youre in the room they leave you and make you wait forever. That was my first time going there and will never go back.

Worst so far suffer with c- diff . But everyone keeps ask what wrong Im not the Doctor .I told whats wrong and just kept asking whats wrong.

I agree with the others, avoid this place at all costs! First off the sign outside that says you can be seen by a doctor in 2 minutes is a complete joke. We waited 2 hours just to get in a room! Everything after that was extremely slow too. Secondly, they will run up your bill as best they can with every test they can think of. Looking back I wish I would have denied some of the tests as they were worthless and not necessary. They couldnt check us out when we left so I had to call the next day for my copay. The itemized bill they sent to me and the one they sent to my insurance were $3000 off and no one could explain why. I will NEVER use this place again!

The doctor and nurses are very nice, but they are slower than pond water.

Worst experience ever. My fiance has been treated by Dr. Wexler in past in DuPonts ER, and it wasnt any better. She takes no interest in patient care, gets rude and has an attitude if you ask what is going on, and will not give a strait answer to anything that you ask.To top it all off he had to be treated in the hallway because they were overflowing, only one nurse actually working. I had to track someone down to find out what his diagnosis was because Dr. Wexler could not take the time to explain what was going on, or would just walk away.Im sure I will still get a hell of a bill even though he was not even treated by a Dr.We will not be going to anymore Lutheran affiliated places of care ever again.

If there were zero stars I would DEFINITELY pick that option. Treatments seems to be rushed and NOT thorough at all.

Very rude doc on staff 3/5/19 around 1030 ish it was a black woman only identify this way cause I cant remember the name ! Just wanted to leave asap !!!

Sucks just as bad as parkview!2 times I went in there and they did absolutely nothing but rack up my insurance.

Waited 1 hour while the doctor had a conversation with the nurses.... cold and dirty rooms..... I had no labs to wait for, just the doctor to finished her conversation. I Highly don’t recommend coming here.
