Saw a dr here back in 2016. She did nothing but review my records and referred me to pain management. I had insurance and was charged over 100 bucks. Then 4 yrs later my credit report shows I have a past balance with them. Called collections to get it straightened out and the woman was just rude and hung up on me after I tell her I can provide, email, whatever a copy of my receipt, yes. I keep all documentation of medical anything. Contacted all reporting agencies and of course they took it off my report. But with all the insurance fraud that goes on, thus place sucks big ones. Not just billing, but bedside manners, and just referring to PM....do not go here!

This facility is horrible and very rude and discriminatory. They refused to see my son because they won’t deal with a patient who is autistic. Unacceptable!!! They need to be sewed. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They need to be shut down!!!

This is the worse place I been all my life.Few months ago I went for an appointment, the Doctor ordered some test, blood work, MRI, etc.I have the MRI done 3.5 weeks ago. I called the nurse (Brenda) to get the result of the MRI. I called 3 times in the last 3 weeks, left messages, every time I called got a recorder and never got a return back. She is totally incompetent and her manager the same. I called her manager last week and still waiting for a call.Do yourself a favor. Dont go there!

Dr. Gamez is rude, does not have good skill to treat patients. He was telling me all the time that I am fat insted of over weight and not just one time, but several times , so I was for 3 days with a huge depression. He knows that I have cronic depression.

Incredible group! The staff and neurologist are really great. Every physician in town refers to this group cause they provide excellent care.

Maybe the doctor could look up from the computer, stop yawning, and at least pretend to actually listen to and care for my father with his troubles. Im so glad I went with him. Doctor D definitely did not effectively do what my dad asked him to do, which was review his meds for interaction and dosages issues which was recommended by the hospital doctor, and pharmacist. Go somewhere else if you actually want help from a brain doc

I called to make an apt. was told I had a past due of $19 that went to collections & it was now $44.00 ($19+$25 late fee). So in order to schedule an apt. I had to pay the $44 plus the copay of $35, so $79. I told her I already met my out of pocket & was told I still had to pay it. Say what? I told her that was totally ridiculous, have a good day & bye. Then called Blue Cross & they said I didn’t have to pay any copays or anything else!!

Poor Physicians and less caring staff - I went after I fell and hit the back of my head on a fall in the shower. y vision was impaired and was seeing this Dr Keller in the group several times with no results and no direction. So while he left the room I looked in my chart and saw his notes. He wrote really unprofessional comments stating that he didnt believe me and thought I was making the whole thing up. REALLY? Like I have money to throw at this moron?! I quickly left his practice and went to a nueroopthomologist. This situation had gotten seriously worse due his lack of attention. Never again!

Went to see a doctor there one and a half years ago. She didn’t even waste three minutes before sending me on my way telling me it was anxiety. Well here we are. With Parkinson’s disease. The one thing she “assured me it is not”. Good job doc.

The Nurse, Lina, has poor customer service skills. She insults those who suffer

Told me it is all in my head and nothing is wrong with me. Then when physical therapist tells them theres something wrong with my neck they order an mri...stay far away.

Office is not ran well at all. You wait forever on hold when calling and at times not getting thru at all and appointments are difficult to get unless you want to wait 3 to 4 months to get one. This is what happens when Lee Memorial Health system owns everything and everybody ... nobody cares. There are not enough doctors or staff because the corporate honchos need to take their multi million dollar salaries.

Stay far away from this place. I tried to give Dr. Carlin the benefit of the doubt despite not being anywhere near as knowledgeable with brain cancer as some other neurologists Ive seen in NY. However, his knowledge combined with the staffs rudeness and inability to keep schedules organized have made me realize imI better off traveling farther for another doctor then to continue with this practice. My 2 kids deserve a father forcas long as possible and this practice will not do their best to ensure that. Go someplace else! Just last Friday they left me a voicemail telling me they need to reschedule my appointment for June 20 (an appointment I made back in January). I called back while driving to another doctors appointment which they knew and wanted me to provide all my insurance information again despite the fact I called them back and they already verified. My insurance hasnt changed at all and they were already made aware, but cited a protocol so I politely told them theyd have to call me back another day as Im not getting into a car accident to apoease them. Well today they called me and ridiculously enough expected me to get pushed back further into the summer (about the same time my Next MRI would be due). I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE unless that person doesnt care about their health or how theyre treated. I deserve better respect than that. Even the VA treats me better!

5 recieved phone calls, thenoffice saying 3 times my pops insurance is invalid( its not)A sweetheart, and 3 rescheduled appointments later and we can schedule this but you have to pay a balance of 73.00 today( not day of) before we can confirm appointment. Im done. Ill take my dad somewhere else.
