I had a large eraser sized mole right next to my nose that was getting larger with age. Dr P did an amazing job removing the mole. You cant even tell it was there. The cost was affordable and the care was just what i needed. The surgery room was a clean operating room, very professional. Im headed back for more work as I age.

Dr. Prendiville provided surgical correction for my daughters nose that had been previously broken and for her deviated septum. Prior to surgery, she didnt like her nasal symmetry and she had a dorsal nasal hump. Surgery corrected the hump and left her loving the appearance of her new nose. It also helped her breathing dramatically. Cindy, Kelly and Laurie were wonderful to work with. Thank you for taking great care of our daughter!

Five stars is not adequate. I shopped and shopped for that perfect surgeon for the last five years. At fifty, my desire to renovate my melting facial structure could no longer be denied but really....I would have continued to live with it had I not finally met with Dr. Prendiville and saw his amazing gallery of work that he respectfully keeps private in his own office for only prospective patients to see. There were men and women of all ages and facial structures, to easily focus on the ones similar to myself. Dr. Prendiville thoroughly explained his techniques, which ensure how I would not risk being over pulled with distorted lips and features or underdone as if I didn’t fix anything at all. I have seen that over and over again in most galleries, which other surgeons proudly post online to my amazement! Dr. P’s masterful SOOF and SMAS offer the uplift and plumping without the need for additional fillers, and no stretched appearance. Many surgeons describe that fillers are used in spite of surgery, something to watch out for. Who wants that? It was important to me to do a neck lift, facelift, lower blepharoplasty and brow lift all in one shot since the procedures are intertwined for the best outcome. That means you go into it knowing your end of the deal is the first three days are going to be like treading water to get through. Well worth the end result. I am feeling amazing this day four afterward. I am so grateful and can see where things are heading. Nurses Kelly, Cindy and Laurie are guardian angels. Take their advice and follow it as if you are on military mission. Leave the rest to Dr. Prendiville to work his magic in the OR and WOW...a complete metamorphosis can happen for any person who is hoping to rejuvenate his or her face, neck and eyes. Of all the consultations and docs I considered, it took less than ten minutes for me to know Doc Prendiville is the Man. It’s your face. Choose wisely. Do it once and do it right.

I traveled from New Hampshire and spent 3 weeks in Florida just to go to Dr. Prendiville. My Dad had gone to him and I was extremely impressed with his work. Kelly, Cindy and Laurie were exceptional. Dr. Prendiville is an artist. His staff (Kelly, Cindy, and Laurie) are literal angels.I met with 8 different plastic surgeons for consultations throughout SWFL before choosing Dr. Prendiville. Three of them sent up immediate red flags. The consultations were rushed, while the doctors heard my concerns, they did not truly listen, and only a few “before and after” photos of prior patients were provided. The five other surgeons were nice enough, but I found myself unable to identify why I wanted one of them to do my surgery.Dr. Prendiville was my last consultation and I almost didn’t go since the office is located an hour from where I live. Making that trip to Dr. Prendiville’s office changed my life. Forget finding the wedding dress of your dreams; I found the surgeon and staff of my dreams.Wanting a septorhinoplasty to correct breathing issues from a deviated septum, in addition to cosmetic changes, it was important for me to have a surgeon double board certified from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Further, it was concerning to see so many plastic surgeons specializing in tummy tucks and breast augmentations offering rhinoplasty. While they may be qualified, I personally did not want a “jack of all trades” plastic surgeon operating on my face. The fact that Dr. Prendiville specializes exclusively in cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery weighed heavily into my decision.I cannot recommend Dr. Prendiville and his staff enough. Every step from the consultation to surgery to post-op has been nothing short of concierge-level care and support.

I did significant research before selecting a Facial Plastic Surgeon. I have worked for a large Health System for 30 years and knew to look for quality of education, experience, Board Certifications, and other records in addition to patient reviews. While I am only 6 weeks post surgery for upper and lower bleph and mid face lift, I am extremely pleased with the outcome to date, and the excellent follow-up care provided. Dr. Prendiville is a highly skilled and personable surgeon who obviously takes considerable pride in providing his patients excellent outcomes and service. I’ve been going to Dr Prendiville for years now, and I won’t go anywhere else. The level of knowledge, professionalism, and customer service from every person there is second to none. (And having their Assuage Spa on-site for skin treatments, facials & massages is an awesome added bonus!)

The staff are super sweet and supportive. My rhinoplasty was better than I imagined - and that’s right after the dressings came off! Dr. Prendiville is amazing and is gifted in having both the surgical and artistic skill in creating the look i had always wanted.

I was not planning on writing this review after my last appointment, however, I did receive an email stating to please review express any concerns I had. So here I am. Also, I had previously posted a very favorable review, which now I realize I was probably a little hasty in doing so. I received 2 injectables To both upper and lower lips. I was happy with the first results although it was a little bit conservative, so I went back and had another syringe done. I was advised that I would probably need to come in in another year and get another one. I completely understand up-keep and was prepared to make that commitment. Possibly even more often than that. However, only a month and a half to two months afterwords my lips completely returned to their previous size. They look exactly the way they did before the two treatments. I was emailing someone at the office and was expressing my issue and they advised me to come in. I came in, and nothing got resolved… I was only given more treatment options and both of them were more expensive than my previous option. I feel like after spending the amount that I did, I should not be walking away with this result. I feel Something should’ve been done in order to fix the situation. Very disappointed. Great office staff, all are very friendly, but I feel that I completely wasted my money. Thanks for reading my concerns.

I am very pleased with my facelift and brow lift that Dr. Prendiville gave me almost a year ago. This is my second time around for plastic surgery (first one was 15 years ago in Pennsylvania) and I have to say that I had very good results and a much better experience with him and his staff. No redos needed and not overdone. I felt very confident with him as a surgeon and also very comfortable having the procedure performed at hissurgery center.

When you really want to fix your nose, as a nurse, of course Im aware of the complications and whether the pros outweighed the cons etc.. worried SO unnecessarily and it became an obsession!! I finally had rhinoplasty by Dr. Prendeville, and after 3 years of doing my homework, I couldnt have had a more positive experience!! I wish Id have known of him 12 years ago! It was truly a most painless, in and out professional procedure, and I compare it to a far easier ordeal than having a dentist fill a tooth!! REALLY!! The office staff is utterly amazing, informative, and their customer service is fantastic. Dr. Prendiville is wonderful, he really listens to your desires and takes concerns seriously; he has been available anytime to answer questions and his explanations were very clear. It is on you to do your due diligence regarding your medical teams, hence why I chose Dr. Prendville for my injectables.

If I could I would rate zero stars but unfortunately that isnt an option! Absolutely horrible experience and still an ongoing nightmare!!! On my intake sheet (which I kept a photo copy of prior to giving them my paperwork) I told them very clearly my health history. They scheduled surgery anyway and I later found out I should never had been scheduled for surgery - they actually should have referred me to a cardiologist prior to even considering my as a candidate for surgery. Even though they were made aware of this and I cancelled the procedure they refused to refund all of the money I paid. They kept 25% and threatened to keep 50% until I got a lawyer involved. They have a clause in the paperwork regarding keeping parts of your deposit if you cancel and they take full advantage of that even when the surgery should NOT have been scheduled in the first place. I am still battling this via funds charged on a health care credit card I am making payments on for services that werent rendered. If they ever make this right I will remove my reviews but I dont think that is going to happen so I want others to be aware of what I have been through and am still going through.

The jury is still out. Im going to wait another week to see if anything changes. This process was very different from previous and similar treatments. Days after the treatment, still very sore. When Ive had done previously, the needles were injected in very different places from this experience and I dont understand why. And I had several lidocaine injections . . . . which is another first for this type of treatment. the fillers already have lidocaine at first injection, so not thrilled with double the amount of injections. I think the needles used are larger than what Im used to, but he doesnt have smaller needles. The worst part is my lips. I now have different lips -- different shape, different thickness -- neither of which I want and have never had in previous treatments.The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The office was clean and everything sterilized appropriately.Not sure I will go back for this treatment. One of the most painful Ive ever had.

I am still recovering from two hip replacements after a fall on concrete,so as I consider the current look of my face and neck the education,quality of care, certifications and perhaps most importantly theexperience of the doctor is most important. These considerations ledme to seek a consultation with Dr. Prendiville yesterday. Firstly, I wasnot disappointed as I consider my overall impression of the doctor andthe staff. In fact, I was impressed with the understated and pressure-lessatmosphere and general feeling that this is a safe environment for plasticsurgery. I liked his manner, which was conversation which impartedinformation, without condeacencion, since I am not a person with amedical background. In simple terms, I was shown photos of priorpatients and given an explanation of the types of surgery this doctorperforms. I like that he specializes in the face and neck, since that iswhat I am interested in. Why go to a doctor who does a great job onbody lifts, when one is seeking a facial procedure? The answer is clear,I would not.I feel at this point that, as soon as I have completed my recovery,I will be seriously considering Dr. Prendivilles surgery. I have a familymember in California who is double-board certified and I know thedifference that can make. This gives me confidence that my outcomewill be more than satisfactory. Dr. Prendiville did Co2 laser, full face, in November of 2013. The results were fantastic. I found him knowledgeable ,kind, patient, gentle and very talented. I have had 3 plastic surgeons before for facelifts, and never experienced the professionalism nor the ability Dr. Prendiville possesses. I feel as if I have found a treasure in finding him! Dr.Prendiville did an excellent job correcting issues I had from a broken nose. I previously had a septoplasty to fix my septum and help my breathing on the side it was deviated. This surgery did very little to help me and problems still existed. On top of structural issues I also wanted the aesthetic part of my nose revived. Dr.Prendiville made this all possible correcting both my septum and making my nose look pleasing again. The work he has done exceeded my expectations and for this, I truly am thankful. Dr.Prindivilles staff was excellent as well. I always felt well taken care of and they made the process go as smooth as possible. If anyone is looking for a Rhinoplasty procedure, they should definitely go to Dr.Prendiville. Highly Recommended.
