I posted a few years ago about my horrendous experience with Dr. Brown. When I say every day I regret ever having gone to this Dr. it is an understatement. I live daily with the awful vision and incorrect lens that he inserted in my eye. I once again reiterate that this Dr. uses antiquated methods and he is too old to change his ways. Please, please do yourself a favor and seek a more up to date, compassionate and caring physician to do your cataract surgery. Dr. Brown really needs to take his millions and retire.

Great staff, Dr. Mauer was very informative and understanding of my concerns and so far my experience has been very good. Ive had 1eye done, cataracts and lens implants and am looking forward to getting the second eye done.

Excellent team work.Dr Brown is a great physician with vast experience. He operated on the cataracts in both eyes and I had a very good recovery, my eyes sight is very good. A thousand thanks to him and the wonderful staff who work with him.

Went in for eye glasses after cataracts surgery. Very helpful. I was hoping I didnt need glasses anymore but not happening.

Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and quite capable, and is well-versed in the latest technologies. I have seen the other doctors on staff as well and feel I can trust all of then.

Dr Brown did Lasik surgery back in 2000 when he brought the procedure back from Canada. It is now Dec 2018 and like he said my eyes have changed due to aging. Up until this past year or 2 I have had perfect vision. At the time it cost $1000/eye. Since I worked for an affiliate of his he was giving a discount of $250/eye. But since I was just living in Florida temporally he couldnt give me this huge discount but he did give me a 50% off anyway.

Dr Brown is Great, however not all of his staff is. They give you an appointment in writing but when you get there it has been canceled. Nobody calls to let you know. It is a waste of time getting off work without calling first to make sure you still have the appointment. They just do NOT care.

Had cataract surgery and upper eye lid surgery very pleased with Dr. Brown and Dr Yee.All the staff were very courteous and congenial. Send all my family and friends to Dr. Brown.

Awful and a hugh ripoff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I specifically called the office to be sure they accepted my insurance and was told they did. when the doctor came into the office, I once again told the doctor that I wanted the exam that the insurance company would pay for. Later I received a bill for $147.00 above and beyond the insurance payment. When I question the bill...I was basically told that I need that type of exam and I would have to pay for it.That is a rip off since I specifically told them in advance to give me the exam that was covered and nothing more.I will never use them again.....

Dr Brown has no bedside manner and character, never smiled. Felt rushed and like I was a inconvenience given what I was there for, a diabetic eye exam. Wont be going back.

My wife had cataract surgery here but it is very obvious Dr Brown could care less about your time and he is all about money. Take your wallet because you get nothing unless you pay up front. Plan to wait an hour or two after you get there and if you have a concern or question you may get one minute of his time. I would never go to this guy!!!

More than an hour waiting with two little kids? I hate this place now.

Got glasses, was told if I got a scratch on lens or broke frames in 2 years I had insurance to replace them. Went in and they said no. So next time I will get it in writing. Paid dearly too. Probably wont go back, they were not friendly.

I like how all the staff treated me very friendly the operation very well I did not feel anything did not give me a headache all good very happy
