I’ve been to this office twice now (2 appointments) and have been seen by Dr. Hellen J both times. The front desk ladies were pleasant and always greeted me when I walked in so no issues there. I was on time for my appointment, but waited in lobby for 30 minutes before I was called back to a room and then I waited another 45 minutes in the room just to see the doctor. I was only there to go over lab work and when the doctor came in, she only spent about 10 minutes with me and I was done. Overall- the front desk and the doctor are good, but the wait times are absolutely terrible.

Run 🏃‍♀️ do not walk away. Find any other doctor.

Juan Pablo Richiusa, M.D.. I HIGHLY recommend him. I Went to 2 other Drs, before I saw him and he took me serious and really listen to my needs and got me all fixed up. I just got home from surgery and he was very professional and his staff did a great job also. His bedside manners are the best. I would recommend him to anyone he is the best by far!! Dr.Oram made my experience painless and fast to get my implant removed and put back in. Front desk lady are super nice and helpful!

DO NOT COME HERE. I have never been to such a dysfunctional and unorganized doctors office. After driving 30 minutes, twice, I have had appointments canceled. I’ve had a doctor call me the morning of an appointment to cancel. Today I had an appointment they called me and asked me to arrive an extra 15 minutes early. I do so, but why? I waited for an hour and a half and no one saw me so I left. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. If you’re calling the office make sure you’re going to be free for the next 30 minutes because that’s how long they usually have you on hold. The ladies at the front desk have no idea what they are doing either. They play on their phones the entire time. I’ve given them my insurance card 3 times and had to call the insurance company twice because they continued to tell me I didn’t have insurance. When I very much do! And that It was my responsibility to get it sorted out so that they could bill me correctly. When I told one of the ladies that my insurance company said I have done everything I needed, if they need more info they’d have to call themselves she rolled her eyes at me and suddenly knew what to charge me? I’m not sure if they are over scheduling, if they are just too under staffed, or if some of the workers are just not educated correctly. But they have got to figure out what’s going on because this is ridiculous. This is my first pregnancy and this office is ruining the enjoyment for me.

Front desk staff is very rudeI had a situation with yakosa and the iPad unfortunately my phone doesn’t work inside the office and she didn’t even bother in offering me their ipad to do her job and confirm all my informationI am 38 weeks pregnant and i am supposed to be seen once a week something it hasn’t happenedOnly because they decided to send all the midwives to vacations at the same time i got to be seen by a doctor which she told me i needed to be seen the next week and i couldn’t because they closed thanksgiving i mean i get it it’s thanksgiving but even me being pregnant and non essential worker i did work now i am supposed to be seen today after 2 weeks i am 17 days left untill my due date and they are calling me to cancel my appointmentThey just don’t care about us at all the only thing they care about is getting a checkThis is the worst place i ever been to be taken care of during my pregnancyI don’t recommend it at all and i am not coming back to waste my money here

The lack of communication between the staff and I mean all staff, from intake all the way to the doctors lab everyone is absolutely ridiculous.As a clinic they never take responsibility on what they do wrong. One person says one thing the next says a different and there is no in between.They never take notes, they dont note charts or anything to help one another and the patient is the one wasting an Incredible amount of time because is their incompetent staff cant do simple tasks. There is a really broken chain of command.Very disappointed.

Wife got a blood test done here last Thursday and we have yet to hear anything back. (Update she called them to get her results)

Love, love, love all of the staff here! Every one is bright and cheerful no matter what day or time. They are the exact kind of people I want helping me while I am delivering. I’m very happy with my choice to choose this office.

The List is long: On the day of service I was asked for a urine sample that was never processed and after hearing the doctor talk to the staff for a while, he came in the room without my chart and asking me to remind him of my case... visit was closed without a checkup and with a referral.... A week later I had to call inquiring about the referral and was told it was not processed yet and to continue waiting (It has been 3 weeks since and still nothing)Front Desk staff is not only horrible but irresponsible, unprofessional and careless. I was overcharged and told to confirm that I was wrong with my insurance. I did so, surprise, I was correct, and I called regarding the referral as well as to get the charge corrected and refunded. On my third back to back call, and being upset, the person on the phone lied and told me she was looking at my chart ,without verifying my information, A HIPPA VIOLATION.

DO NOT see Dr. Oram!!! He said he didnt like the results from a test that the health department did so he was going to do it himself. Then two weeks later when called back to get the results from said test he said he never did a test at all!! So not only did he not do a scope and biopsy which was the original reason for going, but he also swabbed for no reason?? Some of his staff even told me that theyll swab for tests and such but if you dont have insurance, a waver, or money to pay for the tests then they never send in the tests to be processed!! So if you have a serious illness then what? Youre screwed and he dont care!! Worst service ever!!!!!

Do not go to this location! They have canceled on me twice. After I had to go through a ton and leave work early etc. Then they said they called and to tell us the doctor wasnt going to be there which never happened! No wonder why they have the 1st available appointments because they have 5 people working the front desk and not one of them can apparently do their job right!

Dr.Gumedoff was very understanding person and helpful to figured it out the best way in my case, he explained all make sense answer, has quality attitude and good communication. The employee at registration was nice and helpful for low income people as me. The nurses were kindly and talk nice every person. I would recommend this place!

I would have to agree that the wait time in the waiting room and in the exam rooms are long but thats gonna be like that anywhere you go. Also Dr. Gumeroff always seems to be in a rush and does not ask or really give you a chance to ask questions. That being said, I moved to Florida at 30weeks pregnant and this was the ONLY place in all of the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Bonita, and Naples area that would see me so far along!!! I couldnt believe that places could legally deny you health care for being so far along. This place was heaven sent and everyone is mostly always friendly and helpful.

Doctors are nice, staff is nice, clean, however a hairdresser can schedule appointments, so there clients dont have to wait.doctors dont care if you wait for over a hour.They dont think our time matters!!You cant bring anything to drink- they dont even have a water fountain.I am dying of boredom and thirst!!!!!If it wasnt for my health insurance, I would go somewhere, were I and my time are of value.1hour and 30 mins wait!!! They have no shame!

Given the run around when trying to setup an appointment to get a new script for Depo for prevention of ovarian cysts. Originally prescribed by a different Dr in 2009, this practice is making it difficult to continue my treatment by refusing to write the script!

I spent over an hour at the office, all of which three minutes was spent with the doctor in the room. I felt like I couldn’t even get a word in, I felt rushed, and it was very clear that these doctors do not actually care about how you feel or ensuring you get better. It’s nothing more than a business transaction, and I definitely won’t be returning.

Expect to wait forever, I had to ER follow ups here while pregnant and I didn’t spend more than 2 minutes with the doctor didn’t get a word in either time. Patient care isn’t really their concern making money is certainly what they are worried about here and it’s very clear.

Doctor is great here however the front staff is horrible! They are so rude and absolutely useless when it comes to giving any information. Not only is it impossible to get a hold of them via phone without having to wait so long but I had an ultrasound done and all I wanted to know is my due date and everyday they say oh call back tomorrow. It’s been over a week and now They saying “try again next week”. I asked to have my blood test results transferred to a different doctor and they say it will take 30 days meanwhile every time I go there they are sitting around gossiping to one another. Just found a new gynecologist office and wow what a difference!!! Never will I go back here.

I went to the emergency room for extremely high blood pressure. I was told to follow up at the Family Health Womens Service. The doctor had a horrible bedside manner. He did a gynecological exam and when I asked about the issue with my blood pressure he said no no no Im a butt man only. He showed no concern whatsoever for my well-being or health. I was then left in the examination room sitting for an hour and a half when I walked out to see if they were finished with me they said oh yeah we almost locked you in no one bothered to come and tell me they were done. So unprofessional.

Sat here for an hour with nobody talking to me to be told I cant be seen as a walk in because Im not pregnant maybe if the staff wasnt concerned about what donuts to eat and paid attention to people it would be a better office

Horrible place you wait a hour to only be seen for 2 mins and on top of that they cant do there job correct when they say your wife is 41 weeks pregnant we go and get induced and now were inform that its 39 weeks learn to do your job correctly

They DO NOT respect anybody. I had the same problem twice, my first call at Family Health was in may and I just got an appointment at the end of June, it was all ok when somebody called me and said the doctor wouldn’t be there that day and Id have to reschedule, I was still being patient and agreed with the new date. I went there waited for so long and the doctor looked at my face and said what I knew already, but it is their process, one more time I agreed, I made a new appointment to have the exam done, the problem is I waited for 2 MONTHS!!!!!! when I got there at the date which I was supposed to, the recepcionist told me the doctor wasn’t there, how come?? I lost my day of work and he just wasn’t there, NOBODY called me trying to reschedule or something. After that the recepcionist tried to make a new appointment, ok , after I leave I realized I would be on my period the day she made the appointment, I called back again and guess what?! They just have a new date available in 2 months!! So frustrating!

I wouldnt dare return back to this office. I had my baby 2 months ago at my 6 week checkup I decided to get the iud but when I tried to make the the next available appointmeny which was a month away. So today I go to my appointment and now being told I cant get it because I couldnt have sex 2weeks prior which no one advised me of this. This place is a inconvenience with scheduling as well not informative

Good service in person ,but when you call they pick and then tell to hold then they keep on hold for a long time I waited 15 min ,and I got tired waiting I hung up

The people who answer the phone have no manners, they leave you speaking to yourself while they transfer the call, and dont even let you explain what it is you need. All the front desk personnel do is gossip like theyre at home instead of a job in a professional environment. 👎👎👎👎

Its actually gotten alot better the phone wait Is ridiculous Ive been in the office when they tell someone wait on the phone to put them on hold and they continue chatting among themselves Ive been on hold for 2o mins& nothing but treatment is getting better the counter girls are an issue tho majority are kinda rude

Everyone in the office is rude and prejudice. They all need to reevaluate the reason they are in the medical field. So sad.

Wait time takes forever. Every time I come here. Im in the waiting room for an hour. Then in a personal room for another hour.

All the doctors and nurses are excellent. I have very good experience in that clinic and I was very satisfied. With all gynecologists. Only Q have Q better for something when you call for an appointment they leave you waiting up to 15 minutes or more

Nose because they tell you your appointment is at 2:30 you arrive 2:10 (with time) and it is 5:00 and they still do not see you? What does this relax or what? For all time is money and if they can not with all patients have more organization and give fewer appointments so that everyone is happy .... ok 👌🏼
