I’ve been dealing with them for about 2 years and the chick Katherine who works in the office is the rudest human being ever. Many times she has been so nasty to me and I’ve held my tongue. So what made this come about today on 10/15/2020 is something happened with my insurance and they wanted me to pay $125 which I told the office manager Shari I couldn’t do. But, They don’t care about the patient’s they just care about lining the doctors pocket with money. My insurance goes back to normal in November and I will find someone else.

He’s one of the best in his field! I trust him fully with my gastrointestinal health!

Did my colonoscopy with him a few weeks ago. Very friendly and caring. Very upbeat. His assistants were great as well. Quick procedure.

The staff isn’t only rude but no knowledge on how to do their job. Constant mistakes, billing errors, over charges, no answers, attitude, and waiting two hours to see the doctor for your appointment make it not worth it no matter how good the doctor is.

I am so glad i found this doctor. He spent an hour with me talking about findings from a procedure and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable, practical and has a great personality.

Had my upper GI done and visited Gastroenterology Associates of FM they said you have GERD bye bye I said I am already aware of that thats why Im here. He said take your PPI med it can take a month to work n call me if you cant eat and vomiting which is why I was there, Ive lost 20 pounds at this point. So I left with no hope! My father said go to Omalia so I did, BEST THING IVE EVER DONE! He immediately discovered I had bile reflux from constipation! Corrected my medication with free samples they gave me plus some of it was natural remedies and less than 2 months I am now 80% better! Ive gained 7 pounds and back in the gym and best of all stuffing my face with good healthy foods!! Thing I liked the most about Omalias office is they are a team and they have you email them every week to make sure you are getting better or to make corrections with your meds/supplements. Staff is awesome, best GI place I ever been to and Ive been to a lot!

Dont let all those stars fool you. Ive seen no negative reviews, maybe because folks are scared, but my records were falsified and I didnt get a proper exam and ended up with stage three b rectal cancer. Have been through radiation, surgeries, and chemo. Im alive but no thanks to this doctor. Ive been through hell.
