I have been a patient of Dr. Ivan Cvik for more than 10 years. He has my utmost confidence. He takes the time to listen, explain, discuss and advise. Dr. Cvik approaches each patient as an individual, with different needs. I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

Choosing concierge care was a major decision for me, but it has turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr. Ivan Cvik has helped me dramatically improve my health. He takes time to talk with me about my results and has given me suggestions and options that have changed my life for the better. Im so grateful that I invested in my health by becoming a patient of Dr. Cvik. He truly cares, and his office staff is wonderful as well.

I started seeing Dr. Ivan Cvik about a year ago and have had a very positive experience. He runs appropriate tests and then reviews them with me and we together come up with a plan that is medically sound on his part and acceptable to me. I am very holistic in my approach to my own health and he is very supportive of doing things as naturally as possible. In the past 10 months my presenting condition has greatly improved. I also found his office staff to be pleasant and accommodating.

I am reluctant to share this as I want Dr. and staff all to myself. However; these people are just a blessing ! I actually look forward to going to see them. And, they have helped me so very much. Especially the thyroid blood work/. They are professional, kind, wise, and compassionate. Love them All !

I have seen Dr. Cvik for several years. Im amazed every time I see her how caring, compassionate, thorough and personable she is. I wish all physicians could follow her example. I could never say enough to show people what a fantastic doctor she is!

Dr. Cvik is a great internal medicine doctor. His bed side manner is kind of off putting when you first meet him. He spends most of his time looking at his lap top. I would not say he is a warm and fuzzy guy! But he is very good at what he does. After being his patient for a while you start to see another side to him. His staff is polite and professional.

Dr. Jelin is a caring and professional doctor. Definitely the best practice I’ve ever used. Would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of a great doctor.

Scam Dr!!! I do not recommend this place for horomone therapy. Very scammy, the app my husband and I both went in to meet with the Dr since we both just moved to the area and have been on bhrt for 3yrs. They tried having him sign up for a monthly charge of $130, to speak to the dr after hrs??? Meds, treatment is not included in this price. After we said no thank you, the service went down hill. The Dr asked me to get bloodwork done (my treatment seemed basic so against my better judgement I went forward with her) I did that the same day and paid at the Drs office for it and have not heard back since. I cld Monday like I was asked to, the Dr or nurse was suppose to call me back. Never did. LM on Wednesday, no call back. Emld Thursday and still no response. Bloodwork was expensive after I checked the rates.What Dr charges you $130 a month to call them and ask questions-I asked several people if they had ever heard of such a thing and no one had. Awful service!!!

Danette is an outstanding person. She is caring, personable as well as knowledgeable. Her professionalism is beyond reproach.She handles my requests for Dr. Cvik with ease and in a manner that coincides with Dr. Cvik s professional standards. JWS

Premier is an excellent name for the professional care I receive from Dr. Civk and Danette, her assistant. Not only are both professional, but both are compassionate. They both take a sincere interest in the patients health. As a result you always feel special and not just another nimber, EJDolan

The staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. Dr. Ivan Cvik is patient, attentive, thorough, and has helped me feel better! Dr. Cvik found what 3 other doctors in the area for years failed to help me with and for that Im truly grateful!I have also seen Dr. Jelin Israel-Cvik when her husband wasnt available and again very helpful. Everyone at Premier MD and Med Spa 22 are so positive and informative. Dr Ivan and Dr Jelin Cvik are the most caring Doctors I have been to. They care about their patients. Dr Ivan gave me my life back with the Bio T Pellets! My Fibromyalgia was so debilitating physically and mentally. I havent had a flare up in over a year. At the front desk April is so attentive happy and polite. I am just so thankful for the Staff and both Dr Cviks. I would recommend going the their Websites and check out all of the wonderful things they can do for you.

Dr. Jelin Israel-Cvik is an incredibly knowledgable, caring physician who is committed to providing the best possible care to her patients. She exercises due diligence when collecting data about a patients medical history, and her thorough exams include attention to the social-emotional well-being of her patients too. She makes it a point to go above and beyond, and it is obvious to those that know her that being a physician is truly her vocation. Her nurse, Danette, and office staff are also so warm and welcoming. Dr. Cvik is the consummate professional, and my husband and I are so grateful that she is our primary care physician.

Awful business with awful people working there. The doctors who work there are complete psychos who only care about money and themselves and they are lowlifes who need to be shut down.
