I came here to fix my yellow/chipped teeth after 15 years of black coffee. I fully expected to spend 15-20k on veneers but after a peek from the doctor, she recommended a whitening and a chip repair for all less than 1k. I went with her plan and I was thoroughly impressed with her work. My teeth are now nearly bleach white and perfectly shaped. I will be going back for any work in the future. Nice staff and clean facilities as well.

Great experience. They did my bridge in my mouth , and even though the insurance gave problems , they worked through it and made sure the insurance took care of their part and made me feel like they cared .Clean facility and great staff .Highly recommend !

Would give zero stars if possible. Dont waste your time. Been 3 weeks and I still havent received my breakdown of everything I need done. They mixed my information with another customer and got my insurance information all wrong after confirming online and by phone twice. Waited forever even when having an appointment. Like I said dont waste your time.

Towncare Dental was once an amazing dental facility, but over the past 5 years, it has changed countless Dentists, Hygienists, and management, and each year the customer service has deteriorated.Rude staff, improper billings, and failure to provide pricing changes prior to routine insurance covered exams and cleanings, is why my family is leaving this practice.

The billing and insurance department is horribly inept. Towncare USED to be competent and it worked well with our dental insurance, but whoever is in charge now is not skilled in billing or coding and neither is anyone working under that person. If less than 1 star were possible, I would go with that for the billing and insurance branch of this facility. Hygienists and doctors are fine and helpful, but dont trust that you are being billed appropriately!

Dr Beyra is amazing and so are the other doctors and assistants... professional, knowledgeable, helpful, personable, ETC. However the office staff... is a different story. They run claims through your insurance AFTER rather than BEFORE procedures are carried out, which ensures they get paid whether your insurance covers things or not (meaning you get slapped with an unexpected bill at the end). they dont put in claims correctly either.. and you may never know unless you call your insurance yourself ! Great doctors but when my insurance covers literally everything under the sun and I still get hit with bills... Im gonna have to pass lol.

I had some good visits. All went pretty smoothly. The place is a little expensive in my opinion. But they take the care credit so I was able to take care of the finances reasonably. Overall I trust the doctors.

Im giving 3 stars because Ive been coming here for almost 2 years now and my experience here has been great up until today. Dr Ana Beyra is great never had a dull moment with her. The receptionist ‘Yennipher or Jennifer ‘ that answers the phone doesn’t know what she’s doing at all, she’s constantly saying ‘um’ over the phone and putting you on hold. That lets the customer know you’re NOT confident in what you’re saying or doing !!!! She’s booked a crown appointment for me twice and has booked them both on days where the doctor isn’t in the office. Very disappointed and I won’t be coming back.

I was so pleased at the work perform by Dr. Terrero and his staff that I felt impelled to write a review. I usually dont bother but this time felt it should be done. Over the past 20 years or more years I have been told of a problematic area in the back of my teeth. The other two dentists I went to did not have a plan to solve the problem. They just treated the symptoms. Thank you Dr. Terrero!

I had a very good experience at Towncare Dental of Fort Myers. I have never felt comfortable in seeing the Dentist. I appreciated the concern and patience that my hygienist Wendy extended to me and Dr. Terrero was very kind, and professional. I’d recommend this office to anyone. I’m still not comfortable seeing the dentist but I’ve found an office that is perfect for me.

Tried to make an appt for my semi annual exam and cleaning and was immediately told that the dr would examine me but i was obligated to follow his treatment plan even if my insurance doesnt cover it...this is not true and a lie.....its my mouth and my teeth and if i dont want a particular service ....i dont want it....period......they like to upsell you on everything for example instead of the basic cleaning my insurance covers theyll reccomend an irrigation cleaning or a deep clean.....which is not covered by my insurance so they can get u to pay more out if pocket then im told that if i dont let them do the reccommended services the dentist or hygienist could lose their license....not true.....this is not russia and noone can force you to do anything u dont wanna do....they wanna force u to take services u didnt ask for and upsell constantly.....they are more like sakesman than medical proffessionals.....noones gonna take away a dentists license because you say no to a deep cleaning or cant afford a certain service....they are bullies.....go somewhere else in my opinion.... *this review is for the fort myers office....not bonita springs*

I had a bad tooth they got me right in. The office staff is very nice and the doctor is so nice and through. I am so happy I found a dentist that I like going to.

This is the first dentist office that Ive not be nervous to go to. I have never felt judged or put down cause of my teeth. Im between insurance right now and they were able to help me reduce the out of pocket cost significantly and treated me the same day. I couldnt recommend them enough.

What a horrible experience. I am finding out my account is in collections after not receiving one bill from them. The charged me for no show appointment which I never confirmed then they added fees and sent to collections. After a call to them they said they had wrong address and they can’t provide any data of my appointment confirmation but they cannot help me and And all I can do just pay the bill. Now I left with hiring an attorney to resolve this. If you don’t want to be out of pocket couple of thousand dollars for no service stay away.

I called Towncare Dental of Fort Myers with a dental emergency and was lucky enough to be seen the same day. Their staff was extremely warm, friendly and welcoming from my initial phone call to the end of my visit. Typically I experience serious anxiety going to the dentist, but Lisa truly helped calmed my nerves and made me feel at ease. I would 100% recommend Towncare Dental of Fort Myers. I have found my permanent dental practice.

I highly do not recommend ever going to Towncare Dental. This establishment is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced in 26 years.Any positive review of Towncare Dental is most likely written by staff or a paid fake review. I have never felt more uncomfortable and judged by “staff” that are supposed to make your experience comfortable and safe. “Rude” would be a complete understatement. Started out by waiting 45 minutes while they were taking other patients who had appointments after mine. Not only have each and every dental crown ive gotten here fallen out,(that i payed $5000 for)that are supposed to be permanently cemented in, but the staff is the most unprofessional people ive experienced in my life. 2 months after getting 8 crowns cemented in my mouth they already started falling out, and 4 years later I come in yet again for the tenth time to replace a crown that fell out.Last visit they tried making me pay over 1000$ for a replacement crown and thankfully I persisted because I was only supposed to pay the copay through my insurance, which saved me atleast 500 they would have schemed out of me. the staff told me that their poor dental work was my fault and accused me of using drugs. I quote from the elderly spanish staff member “maybe you shouldnt use drugs honey and stay off the streets”. Unbelievable. How can a professional staff member say something like that to a patient? I was speechless, I have never met this women in my life. I didnt even know what to say! Disgusting behavior coming from an elderly woman supposed to act as a professional. The other younger staff member seemed nice at first but this was completely” fake” , everytime she turned around from me she was chatting negative remarks and insinuating that I had bad hygiene and made me feel completely uncomfortable and embarrassed the entire visit. The dentist tried to make me sign paperwork right away without explaining anything, obviously to scheme me in case my dental crown fell out yet again. There was something on my jacket from the procedure and the younger staff member made a huge deal about it, pointing it out like I was some dirty creature, and needed to clean it up, laughing to the other staff member like I wasnt even there. They treated me as if I were “beneath them”. As I was leaving I saw the two women make faces at eachother like they were disgusted to have me as a patient. When she noticed I saw what she did she put on a fake smile and said “have a nice day your all set!” like I didnt just see the face she made. I have never felt so disgusted by a “professional” establishment. I spent about 20 minutes crying in my car after my appointment was over. If you want horrible dental work,scheming dentists,rude and judgmental staff members go ahead and go to Towncare dental. I will never step foot in that place again,and I am usually a very easy going person. My entire family has experienced similar treatment at Towncare Dental. I felt violated and bullied by so called“professionals” the entire duration of my visit. Please head my warning, and DO NOT choose Towncare Dental!!!! Hopefully this experience will save other people their time and money with real professionals! Definitely will be reaching out to The Better Business Bureau!! If I could rate negative stars I would! I would never dream of treating a patient the way I was treated here. 100% THE WORST experience I have EVER had.

I normally dont do reviews however towncare Dental is worth it.My experience from start to finish was excellent. Dr. Dennis was patient and explained every single detail to me and all of my options. His staff were also amazing, they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.After my consultation with Dr Dennis, the woman who sat down with me was also an amazing person. She was extremely understanding of my financial situation and did everything to help me. Now that I have a clear understanding, the rest is up to me and I would refer them to anyone. It was a great experience, clean environment and great customer service.And Dr Dennis is a cutie which made the experience a lot more pleasant

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had called to make an appointment today, got a very rude woman who told me I was being “uptight” due to her not understanding anything I was saying and making me repeat myself 5+ times. It makes one a little irritable. Regardless, lack of professionalism in this place all around. After the phone call I immediately called a different dentist and scheduled an appointment elsewhere because I couldn’t picture giving this place the time of day, again.So I called back to cancel the appointment, come to find out, it was never even placed! Told the new woman I hadn’t spoken to before that the previous was rude, and she could careless. Doesn’t surprise me. Terrible front desk staff, and the dentist isn’t too great either.

My appointments at Towncare have always been enjoyable which is saying a lot considering I am at the dentist. I have always hated the shots to numb but Dr Dennis is the best. I felt nothing when he gave the shot. Dr Dennis is a genuinely kind and honest doctor that explained and showed me what he was gonna perform every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr Dennis!!! The staff at Towncare makes everything easy to understand and are they very kind! Wonderful facility!!!

I have been to my share of dental facilities and my experience at Towncare dental is without a doubt the best dental care I have received. The hygienist is professional, kind and uses the newest equipment. The front staff is exceptional. Crystal goes beyond the call of duty to handle the insurance matters. She clearly explains the reality of the situation (the good and the bad). Dr. Dennis is fantastic. I cannot find the appropriate positive adjectives to describe this man. He has perfect chair side manner and explains everything as it happens. His kindness to his staff is refreshing and the quality of his dental work is exceptional. All three of my appointments have been on time. Today I walked in at 8:43 for my 8:45 appointment and I was in the chair at 8:45. I needed an extraction, two fillings and cleaning. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but I am thankful to have found Towncare Dental. Plenty of parking in front of the main door. The facility is large and very clean.

I had an emergency and had to get into the office before a trip occurring within a few days. They worked me in the day I called, and Dr Denni himself called the lab and I was able to get a crown made before we left. I give Dr Dennis and his staff 5 stars. I’m so glad I switched. Town Care is well able to meet and exceed all your dental needs!!

This was my first time to Towncare Dental of Ft. Myers and I was very impressed with Dr. Denniss excellent dental service. Hes very nice, a professional, and knowledgeable. His assistant Megan friendly and always smiling. Smooth operation and good customer service, Im happy I came here from Naples a great choice. I had a bad molar filing fell out and the pain was getting to be very uncomfortable with any cool liquids/hot foods. Dr. Dennis right away addressed the issue. He clearly explained what was happening with my sensitive molar and the solution/procedure. I knew then everything was going to be fine. The procedure went so smooth no pain at all and my molar feels great. Thank you so much for the great experience Dr. Dennis!

I was a new patient looking for a good dentist to give me a cleaning. I have dental insurance that covers 2 cleanings and a set of x-rays a year. After they did my x-rays and the dentist performed an oral exam they informed me that they had to do a deep cleaning and was unable to give me a regular cleaning that my insurance would cover trying to charge me $150.00. Will not be going back there again.

I really get impressed with the costumer service. Dentist answer all my questions, they take time to explain every detail. The assistant was very kind and attentive.

Beware they will charge for work without informing you the work is being done. Total scammers!

My wife and I both had bad experiences here about a year ago. We scheduled new patient cleanings and after we waited and hour, I went then she went even though I requested appointments at the same time. The hygienist said we both had to come back because we needed extra cleaning so they could not do anything at that time. When we went back, the chair wasnt working, I had to hold the suction myself and my wife had to change rooms mid-cleaning. Then they charged us $100 each for scraping that wasnt covered under insurance. What I know of teeth cleaning is that scraping tartar is what youre there for, not just flossing and polishing. Then the dentist was so busy, he was in and out before I could even see his face. We will not go back.

Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I was a first time patient, and when I arrived, they asked me for my insurance and ID. I gave them my ID and was told to email in my insurance card since I have it on Apple Wallet. I did so immediately. In the exam room, I noticed on the computer that they had a very outdated address for me. The X-ray tech asked me if I gave the girls up front my insurance. I told her yes. She went up to verify and said they were inputting it now.The dentist came in shortly after and checked my teeth, noting some cavities (a whole other story). She was in and out in under 5 minutes, and did not discuss with me anything about my oral health besides the cavities. The nurse then told me she would calculate the cost of the work I needed done and be back soon. When she came back, the price she presented was $708 (I HAVE INSURANCE MIND YOU). I asked her if she would double check that my insurance is correct. She said, did you give it to them up front?? Of course I did. Her response was, then its correct, but you can verify at the front at the end if you want. Noted on the treatment plan was a debridement (jargon for deep cleaning) for $50 as well as a gingival irrigation which they charged me $20 per quadrant for (insurance did not cover this).She then took me to the hygienist (When I made the apt I asked for a cleaning and exam. When I asked, I was told that day, well have to see if the hygienist has time ...weird). So the hygienist (Wendy- very very nice), cleaned my teeth. Little did I know- they were CHARGING ME for this deep clean!! $150!!! How absurd. My insurance covers a basic cleaning. I did not mention this because I didnt find it worth arguing. What they were doing should have been properly communicated to me beforehand. If I knew they were doing this deep clean, I would have said no and left. Who the heck has $150 for someone to scrape their teeth!!The big issue here is them trying to TRIPLE charge me for fillings. I asked three SEPARATE people to verify that they had my appropriate insurance on file. I was reassured that it was correct. (for reference, I was being charged over $553 for four fillings- when the real total should have been around $200 thanks to my insurance). Instead of taking their word for it, I called my insurance to verify. They told me my ACTUAL copay, and offered to call them on my behalf and ensure the fee schedule was correct. The office told my insurance that the reason they had the wrong insurance information is because they asked me for my insurance card and I didnt have it/did not give it to them. HA! Ok. Please see above when I asked multiple times to have this verified. They also told my insurance that they caught the mistake this morning and corrected it- yet no one notified me via phone or email of the change- suspicious. So of course they corrected it and my insurance was able to reconcile these fees.I spoke to the office manager afterward (I believe her name was Masala? Forgive me for misspelling). She was very kind and apologetic and admitted that they dropped the ball. I sincerely appreciated her help in correcting the issue.But the bottom line here is- the perception is that they were taking advantage of a young student who they probably assumed didnt have the wherewithal to double check these fees (perception is reality!). SOMEONE of the three people I asked to check my insurance should have CARED to double check for me. That screams incompetence and lack of oversight.PLEASE use caution when scheduling an appointment here. I am not saying dont go- but I am saying CALL YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE PAYING ANYTHING. Call your insurance in office if needed. Its a shame that I had to do their job for them. I understand mistakes happen, but it truly seems that they wanted to milk me for whatever money I was willing to pay since they were not willing to verify info for me.Canceled my appointment and will be going somewhere to get a second opinion with an honest provider.TLDR; Overcharging, lack of oversight, carelessness.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Dennis and his lovely assistant Heather. They were very professional and worked together with excellent bedside manners. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

Had the initial exam with Dr. Beyra and X-rays 2 weeks ago. Arrived at my scheduled cleaning today and they have lost all my records so said I need a new initial exam and x-rays and then they would reschedule the cleaning. Again, that was 2 weeks ago, not 2 years ago. I have sensitive medical and social security information in those records and they are somehow “lost” in a 2 week period.This place is completely incompetent and unprofessional. I will be having a new initial exam at another dentist and Suggest you do the same.

I have been to this practice a few times for dentalSurgery and root canals . I have no complaints about either or the dentists or nurses. My complaint is with the person that answers the phone , if they answer it . She had screwed up my appts over and over again . I write it down and then when they call to confirm it’s a different time . It took weeks to get a person to answer and then it gets messed up . I had the name of the person I made the appt with who was very sweet and when I asked to speak with her about the times , the receptionist had the audacity to tell me I spoke to someone else ???? And that I was mistaken .. while proceeding to talk over me . I have never in my life had this type of experience with a doctor or dentist and am totally disgusted with this girl ... so rude , should not be doing that job

Im so nervous to go to the dentist due to a bad experience in my past, however the team at Towncare is amazing! Dr. Dennis and his staff is wonderful. They are very comfortable to be around and talk you through everything! I highly recommend this office.

I am 68 yrs old and have been deathly afraid of dentists for the past 55 years. It has taken me 2 years to pay for my dentures because of no insurance and because of my fear of actually getting my work done. I met Dr. Garrett Dennis. I was thoroughly impressed with our first meeting and his bedside manner. He and his staff have changed my life completely. The staff was very understanding, patient, knowledgable.I had 9 teeth extracted and a full upper denture put in immediately with no pain. I will be forever grateful to Kristal, Katey, Heather, George, and most of all Dr. Dennis. He will always be my favorite doctor now and forever. Thank you all for your caring loving ways. I had always been TERRIFIED of going to the dentist until I came here. Dr. Dennis and Tracy were both very easy to talk to and they immediately put me at ease. For the first time I was able to have a pleasant experience at the dentist. Thank you to the entire staff for all your kindness!!!

My first visit at this dentist office was fantastic. My treatment coordinator, Kristal, was so accommodating, attentive, and friendly. My new dentist, Dr. Dennis, has amazing bedside manner, very friendly, and explained everything that I had concerns with. I went in, knowing my teeth were in really bad condition, and dreading the thought of having to accept the fact that dentures were in my future. After discussing options with Dr. Dennis, I realized that my mouth was only going to get worse, and decided on partial dentures. I left the office grateful for the information, and decision that Dr. Dennis and I reached. I believe Im going to love this office.

Stay away I learned a valuable lesson with this Dentist. Going in thinking I’m getting a cleaning only to get an estimate after a million ex rays (which the girl seemed to have a problem with doing them) I got a $2,200 estimate WHAT all of a sudden I have new found cavities which obviously my previous Dentist in Boston never saw...yeah right. So here’s the kicker. I have 2 Dental Insurance plans they used my deposit of $1,400 for my cleaning..figure out there was something wrong dealt with some new nasty manager had enough of her to get my money back so I called the corporate office, finally I get a girl who was on the ball overnighted my check but guess what......they used my money to overnight it. So my $1,400 went down to $1,156.00 really what a joke I’m glad to say I found a private dentist that takes Florida Blue.Update I just got a letter telling me they had a data breach so all of my private information has been compromised what does this tell you OMG

Excellent facility, staff are amazing, they have restored my confidence in dentists. Dr Dennis explains everything before he does it, he makes sure youre happy with whats happening. Honest and friendly staff. I came in with a concern and what I thought was the cause of the problem and Dr. Dennis found the true cause of the problem. Diagnosed it and got me the help I needed at a fair cost when my insurance was outrageous. When I voiced my issue they listened with patience and concern never disregarded or made me feel unjustified. I felt like I was in a room full of friends if I wasnt surrounded by dental equipment I wouldnt know the difference.

Started out as new patient, I wanted a check up & cleaning. I had a dentist for 11 years that I went to bi-annualy. I was told here that I need 3 crowns, a night guard and a Deep cleaning that my insurance would not cover. The dentist never even checked my gums. I have never been told that I need a deep cleaning. I will be looking elsewhere.

With it being my first time back at a dentist office in years. I was very nervous. Honesty shame of not going to a dentist sooner. But everyone was so welcoming and understanding, so nice. If your having any problems with your teeth I highly recommend this place. I can not thank them enough. Before coming to them I was going to the dentist at the Edison Mall although my first visit there was good the rest of the time was horrible when i first visited they had a nice dentist but for whatever reason he left and was replaced with another. it took them four tries to get my crown done for a total of four months but it never fit, finally my dentist gave up and told us it would be better to another dentist. Thats when i came to Towncare here in Fort Myers. Everyone who worked there always met me with a smile. they sat me down and inspected my teeth and on there first try they made my crown perfect without pain and with out the wait. After I got out of the room and was going to make my next appointment I recognized my old dentist (the good one who left the Edison Mall) and I started to understand why he left. Again if your having any problems with your teeth I HIGHLY recommend Towncare in Fort Myers.I would also recommend and thank Dr. Dansa and her assistant Norma

We came to the office as new patients! There was initially some confusion about our coverage, but thankfully it was straightened out before we came for scheduled appointments! The staff were competent and performed their job with skills. The dentist came in promptly and we did not have to wait. We are happy with our selection!!!

Not having insurance town care dental has made everything affordable. Front desk is very understanding when scheduling me due to a weird work schedule. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great Staff. From the front desk to the back dental team. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. My wife and I starting going here and we are very pleased.

Yesterday was my first visit to Towncare Dental, after a recommendation from one of my co-workers. From appointment to reception to assistant to dentist, the care I received was excellent. They were all kind and competent and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Im Not Happy!I called and scheduled an appointment on Friday the 10.5.18. the Appointment was for 10.11.18 at 4 pm. I arrived at the office 15 minutes before my appointment,this was my first visit to this office. My goal was to get seen and have my teeth cleaned before my brothers wedding on the 20th of October. So I sat painterly waiting to be seen at 5 pm I walked up to the counter to see why Im still waiting plus I had somewhere else to be at 5:30 pm. I asked whats going on and the receptionist said that there was a button that had to be pushed when I checked in and she didnt do it. I had to re schedule for next Monday at 9 am and even then there is no guarantee that I will get my teeth cleaned before I leave. Im not sure if I will go back to this office. They are truly messing me and my plans up. Im curious to see if they reed this and will offer anything to make it right.You are off to a bad start with me Town Care Dental!!Update. 10.15.16This was my second trip back to the dentist. Last week they made me sit in the lobby for an entire hour and the receptionist forgot to press the button. Today I go back for a routine consult x-rays and then I’m presented with this bill for $140 saying it was for a Mild cleaning. I explain to them that my insurance covers exams and cleaning and they said yes it does but that I needed ““ a deeper cleaning and my insurance would not cover that. I then told them that I am a 52-year-old man and I have never and I mean never had to pay extra for a cleaning and I said it’s not right what you’re doing. I offered to pay for the x-rays but they said No that’s OK you can find another dentist. They did not charge me. Upon returning to work I read a bunch of reviews about this and found out it’s a money making scam and it shady practices I would tell anybody not to go to this dentistry.

I have never had any dental treatment done and was thrilled with the service Dr. Dennis and his assistant Heather gave me. Went in for a new patient exam and was given the option for same day treatment. I was originally told I needed a crown and possible root canal from another dentist which wasnt true. My tooth was fixed with a simple filling. Every person in this office went above and beyond making me feel welcome. Looking forward to going back for a cleaning.

DR DENNIS, HAS BEEN TOTALLY AMAZING THROUGHOUT MY ENTIRE, VERY LENGTHY (due to personal reasons), SEVERAL PHASE & VISITS, FULL MOUTH, SNAP IMPLANT DENTURES!! ALL ASSISTANTS IN CAPE CORAL, HAVE BEEN INCREDIBLE MAKING ME FEEL AT EASE AT THE WORST TIMES!! It hasn’t been any part of easy!!!! I’m now going to the new office in FT Myers.. I’ve been to 2 visits already The office is beautiful!!! Staff is as friendly as The Cape! Some same staff..

I felt a small crack in my tooth and went in to have it checked out and to have a filling put in before it turned into something major. They wanted to charge me $1500 to put a crown on my tooth that had a minor cavity. The dentist also said that he wanted to put another crown on a tooth that I wasnt even asking about. I painfully paid the $30 for the office visit and walked out of there before they scammed me even more! I went to a private practice dentist for a second opinion - I was told my tooth was perfectly fine and I needed the SMALLEST of a filling and that I didnt even have a crack in my tooth, just a natural groove that was deepened by the cavity. Total cost was less than $250. Towncare Dental was a SCAM and I highly recommend NOT going. Ive had small crack in a tooth before and it was cured with a simple filling. WORST dental experience ever. I feel scammed just for making an appointment with them.

Dr. Parissa and Megan worked to get me in and out quickly with no pain. Megan was very kind and highly recommend her. George was speedy and considerate at checkout. Well done. - Lezlie N

I found the whole staff to be curtious, professional and friendly. They go out of there way to answer any questions you have and to solve any problem you may think you have. I recommend this dentist office to anyone I know. I especially enjoyed George at the front the desk! He is really a great peoples person.

Overall great experience. Super friendly staff. Super affordable and willing to work with people. The whole experience was great and they actually care about your teeth. Answer all questions that you might have.

Dr. Dennis and his staff are terrific. They are careful, thoughtful and pleasant, Their expertise shows in everything they do and say. In my book they are number one.

Stay Away!! Took my daughter for a root canal. She was in more pain when we left than when we went. They said it would go away but it didnt. My daughter screamed in agony all night. Called their emergency number all evening and all night. No one answered. They are useless!!! Had to rush my daughter to the emergency room which I will have to pay for out of pocket. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

The BEST dental place in town. Everyone is so warm, caring & friendly. Especially .. George You never seen him without his beautiful smile. He & the girls, give best customer service. You feel as you walked in their very own home. The cleaning was quick & comfortable. And did I mention honest!!! I went to a different dental office & was told I had like 7 cavities. I knew that wasn’t true. I told them I would get a second opinion. I came to Towncare Dental & I only have 1 or 2. Be careful where you go bc people are very un-honest. Definitely would recommend Towncare over & over again!!! The only place I will ever go. A+ on the staff & customer service.

Do not go here!! My husband went in February 2013. Paid $90 cash at time of visit for new patient special which included exam, x-rays, basic cleaning. Now six months later we are getting overdue account notices for $167.00. I responded in writing asking for itemized charges and included photocopy of my receipt but all I got was the same overdue notice sent again. Frustrating! New Patient SCAM? Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.

I have always been scared of the dentist but you made my visit very easy, you gave me multiple options for treatment and I can eat again without pain.....and I love my new smile. Amazing staff. Everyone was very pleasant and made the process very smooth. I would highly recommend this office!!!! Thank you again!!

Zero stars. I was told that a cleaning was going to cost $86.50 turns out it was $86.50 for the lower right and $86.50 lower left for a total of $173 and then another $173 for the upper right and left which I was also told would be $86.50 Total. Total scam. Couldnt or didnt want to tell me the correct price up front. I dont want to be guessing what Im paying for my dental work Im on a tight budget and these people try and take advantage of you. When I told them to cancel all my upcoming appointments because of the poor biling I was told that they didnt care where I went because they get plenty of business...unbelievable. I wont be paying the extra cost and Im finding someone who can give me a honest price up front.

The staff is very friendly and kind. I saw Dr. Dennis and he is also very nice and did a beautiful job on a filling in a front tooth! I plan on making this a long term relationship.

I have not been to the dentist in YEARS, I have been terrified of what I would have to go through. I heard of Town Care dental of Ft. Myers through a friend. She had told me that their staff was amazing and that Dr. Parisa went above and beyond for her. I came in for a complete exam, I had a tooth that needed to be extracted and they made it happen that same day to get me out of pain. Her dental assistant Megan was amazing, she made me feel super comfortable, she listened to my concerns and had genuine care for what I had to say. They made a treatment plan for me and set everything up that day. Mary the hygienist is amazing also! I had a plan and I was sticking with it. I never wanted to smile, but after all of my treatment, I had a Hollywood smile that I was so proud of. Dr. Parisa did an amazing job on my new smile and Megan is just a peach. I now look forward to going to my dental appointments!

Left multiple messages and never a return call.It appears this has been a problem in the past. OM called me and apologized for no call back due to loosing power (only reason i believe it is because i came home to no power that day as well). Can appreciate them trying to correct this issue with the front staff and willing to change my score to a 4.

You get what you pay for! Patient is on Medicare & have even purchased a better dental plan enabling better coverage. Out of the few trips taken to this office, their incompetent staff has over billed patient using the lesser coverage. They also have no accommodations for disabled patients nor any empathy for people that are! The Dr. defends his office incompetence without even inquiring about the patients status, very rude and incompetent their self in the fact they pull teeth unnecessarily and leave work unfinished causing sores in the patients mouth! If you can afford better care, go elsewhere! This establishment is hazardous to your mouth!

Weve been using their services for years. They are attentive, meticulous, and friendly. Their offices are clean and comforable. Their dentists and hygienists are nice and usually ensure our comfort and seldom cause unnecessary discomfort.

Was the worse terrifying, traumatizing experience ever at the dentist! The dental assistant ignored me telling her I’m pregnant and that I’m not allowed by my doctor direction to get xrays (only if necessary emergency situation with double shield body and neck cover). She still did xrays completely ignoring I’m pregnant. She did it so fast I didn’t realize what she is doing I didn’t have a chance to say NO. According to the manager she didn’t even ask a doctor for approval. She didn’t contact my OBGYN either to consult witch him. On top of that she didn’t cover me with double shielded and left my neck completely wide open without putting color on my neck. I filed complain to the office manager and their corporate. They apologized for unprofessional behavior by their dental assistant however it doesn’t help me any better after receiving this radiation being pregnant with 2 baby twins. I just recently (before my pregnancy) had there xrays done at the same company just different office, she didn’t even bothered to look at my history to see that she already had my xrays in their system. Horrible experience! Will never come back to this office.

All of the staff and Dr. Dennis are extremely friendly and customer oriented. In the past, I’ve often had poor experiences with dentists. This visit was like a breeze! In and out in no time at all. Highly recommend.

I saw Maria for a cleaning this afternoon. After three years of not being back, I was so nervous. She was hands down, the absolute best hygienist I had the pleasure of seeing. She was gentle, thorough, caring, and very informative. Tell all of your people, Ive told mine!!!

I absolutely love all the staff and dentist at Towncare! Everyone was so friendly and informative! I felt comfortable my entire time there and will definitely be going back for all of my dental needs!!
