I selected two stars due to how sincere the office staff was. But as far as the orthodontist he was so quick I couldnt even remember his name. He didnt examine my X-rays thoroughly and told me I needed four teeth removed as well. All and all I will continue to shop around.

Definitely not military friendly. They can care less about orders or what your unit needs. They just want their money and nothing else. I was also told I only can receive my X-rays and nothing else. Other than that they work with you to reschedule etc. the payment plan is pretty fair. The Doctor is really cool.

I have nothing but good things to say about the doctor and staff. Every question I had was answered and you can’t beat their payment plan. Thank you so much for my new smile!!

Hope this doesnt somehow get deleted, since Im seeing there arent many other complaints.PLEASE, be careful when going to this place. Yes, everyone was very nice and professional; however, the consultation for braces was not very thorough, AND the orthodontist suggested that I have 4 TEETH REMOVED first (Im also already missing to teeth that I will probably need to pay loads of money to get implants for).Luckily, I had a second opinion at a private practice and they told me that it is COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY to get the 4 teeth removed. They didnt rush me on anything. They also did twice as many checks and inspections on the first visit. It was a WORLD of difference.Please, do yourself a favor and go to several ortho offices. Consultations are usually free. Unfortunately, some will people take advantage of you to either cut corners or make more money for themselves.For most people this is an investment. They dont just have $5,000 to spend frivolously. Please, take the time to find an office that you feel the most comfortable with and an ortho you trust. If anything feels off about the situation, get another opinion.Best of luck!

I do not recommend this place at all. Run as fast and far as you can. The orthodontist had a nonchalant attitude he rushed my consultation appointment and told me that I had to remove four of my teeth. This is insane so I went for another consultation and they told me that it wasn’t necessary for me to do such a thing. Not sure why he is telling everyone this but please get a second opinion.
