Dr Favalli is the best pediatric dentist ever! So caring and kind. We love him!

Cannot say enough about Dr. Favalli and his entire staff. They are worth more than 5 stars. My daughter was beyond afraid of the dentist and they made her so comfortable and she was even able to get braces. After 22 months of braces they are now off and we could not be more happy. Thank you all so much. Aaliyah has not stopped smiling.

We love Dr.Favalli! He loves our kids and they love him- he talks really fast so that’s a little tricky but he is just the kindest man. When my son needed two cavities filled he did them at the same time which was an in the moment call so my son didn’t have to come back for another appointment / round of giggle juice

Always had great experiences here for over a decade. In particular this time the new dental hygienist was very effective at convincing my son to brush/floss/mouthwash more frequently. She was great (as everyone there is).

My daughter was traumatized by another pediatric dentist just a week before coming here so we were nervous any dentist would be the same. Im so glad we chose Lakes Park Dentistry. I would rate every single employee that interacted with my little girl an 11 out of 10. They took almost an hour to calm, then distract her so we could get her back for the evaluation.The day she went in for surgery, the dentist went over everything with us until we understood (& I had A LOT of questions) completely and the anesthesiologist along with the everyday staff again kept her calm and brave. I could not recommend any business more than I am Lakes Park Childrens Dentistry & Orthodontics.If your child needs major dental work and you are stressing it and nervous, bring them here and you will be in good hands.

Dr Favalli was great with my 9yr old daughter. He and his staff talked to her, held her hand and made her feel at ease. She had 2 crowns, 2 fillings and a tooth extraction. A traumatic experience for anyone, but they really did a great job with her. Im very pleased with their work and bedside manner. Two thumbs up from this happy mom!

They do such a nice job at Lake Park Dentist. We always feel so welcomed and they are fast and efficient!

Took my kids for a cleaning, staff is friendly. The Dr not so much. My son needed a molar fixed and he said he wouldnt do it. My son has MILD autism and the Dr was afraid my son would bite him. My son is 14 years old, not aggressive at all. The worse part was, he said it in front of my son. Horrible experience for me and my son. Ill never take them back there. If you have a child with special needs, this is NOT the place for you.

They were very helpful when I was calling to ask some questions about certain policies. They actually allow you to go back with your child would you would be surprised at how many places do not. They were so amazing with my daughter that she didnt want to leave. They go above and beyond to make sure your child feels comfortable. I will most definitely keep them as my daughters dentist and any of my future children for as long as they can go there.

Im an adult orthodontist patient and feel fortunate to have found Lakes Park Childrens Dentistry & Orthodontics. I started my care in from a different state, then moved to Florida. This place was found for me by my previous orthodontist and I couldnt be more pleased with the care shown by the everyone who works here -- from the front desk staff to the orthodontists and everyone in-between. I have found them willing to go out of their way to help accommodate appointment times and the staff makes a point of greeting me by name. I truly feel like a valued patient and am very happy to recommend them to others.

My little one is not easy he is 16 months and we went because I was taking my daughter for her cleaning. They were able to do a full cleaning on his 7 teeth! They are kind friendly and quick! Dr. Is always so sweet to the kids and to parents he doesnt take long but is good and pays attention to detail. He tells me detail of what to look out for. That I am doing a great job and what to keep an eye on. The office is always kind helpful and responsive. I love this dentist for my children and you will too!

What a great place! My son has severe anxiety about the dentist. He has struggled with it for years. We were recommended to Dr. Favalli by our family dentist. He was hoping that a positive, kid-friendly environment might help our son. Boy he was right. From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We werent in the waiting room for even five minutes and we were taken back by a bubbly assistant name Shelby. She took the time to listen to all of our concerns and past dental experiences. She really showed she cared. Dr. Favalli soon joined us and spent so much time listening to us and answering our question. He never seemed rushed and made sure to explain to our son exactly what he was doing so there were no surprises. We look forward to developing the right plan for our son and working hand in hand with this great group of people. Thank you to you all!

I have used this dentistry for years for my children and now myself.

Everyone in this office is so caring and very understanding. I have an autistic son who hates to have his mouth checked but I still take him in every six months. Dr. Favalli is so patient and has given him an oral exam with my son screaming at the top of his lungs. Today, was the first time he allowed the hygienist to polish his teeth. Amalia was amazing. She understood him and she explained everything. She even got him to open his mouth to floss, it was amazing. I was so proud and the staff congratulated him on his good job. This is a great office.

My kids, 5 and 11, love coming here. The staff is so friendly with the adults and the children. If you have questions they want you to ask. They make sure the kids are comfortable through out the whole process. I am so hateful that we found them. My kids get excited when I tell them they have a apt.

Our son has had multiple bad experiences in the past. Dr. Favalli and his staff were so patient with my son and really were compassionate to his anxiety. Judy was great at helping keep my son son calm and comfortable and Dr. Favalli was great at talking him through the whole procedure. We loved every bit of our experience and will definitely return and we highly recommend his office.

Excellent experience all around. My son, who has sensory development disorder, can be pretty difficult at the dentist. But this morning, Shelby was beyond caring and patient. She earned my sons trust which made a world of difference over previous appointments. Everything from when we walked in the door to when we were done, was done smoothly and with the highest regard to customer service, which can be hard to find these days. I fully recommend Dr. Favalli and his amazing staff.

I have taken all three of my children there. I have never not had a problem. Both times with my first two children the dental assistant came out and told me they had extra work to do that wasnt on my childs care plan. I literally had to hurry up and make a decision on what to do while my child was under. Mind you the work was obviously at an extra cost and I had to sit there and worry about how I was going to pay while my child was under. The last that put me over the edge was when my youngest was to have oral surgery. I get a call three days before the scheduled surgery telling me that there is an issue with the hospital, anesthesia and insurance and it has to be canceled, and I have to choose a different option which is of course more expensive. This is not before I drove all the way to the dental office from NW Cape Coral to turn in paperwork that was not necessary. When I finally spoke with the office manager on the phone and voice my displeasure he response was maybe this isnt the office for you. Couldnt agree more.

Very patient with my son during his very first visit to the dentist. Explained all the tools to him and kept him smiling. Although we werent able to do a cleaning, he was comfortable and I feel confident he will ready the next time. Staff was excellent.

I am very upset. My kids go Dr.Favalli since there are little but since they cancelled us out because they do no longer accept our kids insurance provider and will no longer take our girls until we change the Insurance which would cost us a lot of money.Shame on you and hope the day comes you will be regulated to take anyone with any insurance!My kids came to you all these years and now we have to use a different Dentist which my kids are not happy with and as you know its not easy anyway for kids to go to a dentist. We even called our Health Care Provider to see if there is any other way to get back to you guys and they told us to offer you guys 3 different Insurance Providers which we could switch our girls over - well...Dr. Favalli does not take either one of them! Looks like they only take people with insurance which they can charge lots of money.They dont care about kids health they care about making money like all of them.

The atmosphere of his office is top rated. As a mother I found him good with my kids. Friendly and warm. But when my husband took my daughter and she went back by herself I was shocked to hear that she felt he hated her. She had not been wearing her mouth piece at night like she was suppose to because it was hurting her. I had told her to just explain it to Dr Favalli and he would understand. She did not want to go back after this visit because she said he rolled his eyes at her and seemed as if he was mad at her. (I had paid for the treatment fully so maybe he was aggravated it was taking longer then necessary and he was loosing money) Then my husband said he was talked down to about making his daughter (age 11) wear this mouth guard. Before this visit the only negative I would have given him was that he talks so fast you can not understand him. I always waited for him to leave the room and asked the Dental assistant what it was he said. (English is his first language.)

Perfect place to go young or old. Staff is friendly, patient and environment is clean and comfortable. So happy I chose this place to take my kids. They love going to the dentist!

My daughter had work done last year . She developed an abscess I was told by her new dentist due to poor work filling a cavity. Now 1 year later weve been told another filled cavity was done poorly and the cavity has returned forcing my 5 year old daughter to have the procedure done again. This is highly disturbing to me as a parent as well as a health care worker.

We absolutely LOVE this office!! The staff was extremely attentive and listened to my concerns. After crying the night before, my 4 year old giggled throughout the entire cleaning!! Her hygienist showed her how all of the tools worked and she said I cant wait to go back, Mom! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Dr Favalli is awesome, very nice and clean environment , my daughter is always made to feel comfortable by staff, and Judy the assistant that has helped on both my daughters visits is an amazing person, and does a great job when seeing my daughter. I’m glad I chose to bring her there for both procedures that we were not so excited about until they made the experience much easier to get through.

Do not use this office if your child is the least bit scared of dentist or doctors.Took my daughter and the office was told in advance of visit that she is scared of dentists. Once back to take X-rays she was scared to place the X-rays in the back of mouth and the technician rushed us and said if shes not going to take the X-ray quickly we need to reschedule cause they have other appointments to attend. Now 6 months later I receive a bill of $58 for those 2 x-rays they took because they chose to use occlusal film not covered by insurance. When all other dentist we have been to before and after use Bite wing or Panorama films. This is just not acceptable.

Do not go here if you are a medicaid patient. The dentist is very rude and unprofessional. Left upset and in tears, his staff was nice but hes hard to understand and very unprofessional. He then called my boyfriend to apologize rather than just calling me himself. My boyfriend also said that he was hard to understand, like he had mush mouth. (my boyfriend wasnt at the appt and had no clue what was going on, because I hadnt had a chance to call him yet) Maybe he should learn to speak clearly if hes going to have to talk to people. I feel like I was treated a certain way because of my insurance and thats not a good feeling :(

Ive been seeing dr.oliver for over 2 years and will never go anywhere else! He is caring; even calls you personally to check on your child. Every aspect of the facility is top notch. A clean and fun reception area, super friendly receptionists (Paula always seems to answer when I call- even got us in for a same day emergency appt when my son hit his mouth at school!)- and I cant rave enough about the clinical staff especially SHELBY- she was meant to work with children an absolute angel!My son hated going to the dentist- but loves Shelby and dr.oliver- they are patient, understanding, and funny!! Honestly, I would love to keep them a secret but it wouldnt be fair to other kids... lolI know its hard to find a good dentist - but I wont trust anyone else again!

My experience at this office was a HORRIBLE experience. But before i go into details about my horrible experience I must say that the actual office layout was very very nice and welcoming for kids. Now comes my experience, to begin with, I have a 3 year old son and he is my only child. I am a single mother and i do the best i can in raising my son by myself. My child does have quite a bit of cavities and i am completely aware of that, thats obviously why Im at the dentist office with him. So the dental assistant lady called us to the back and guided us to the assigned room. She told my son to lay down and so he did and the lady was talking to me and my son was being unstill. He kept wanting to come stand next to me. So this lady had the NERVES to ask me if my son was autistic and i answered her saying no because hes not. She then had the bigger nerves to ask me if he has even been tested!!!! It honestly took A LOT for me to keep my cool and politely answer saying yes but I said yes because i didnt know what else to say because i was more In shock that she even asked me that question but to be honest, no my son has NEVER been tested for autism because he clearly does not have it. Just because a child is not being still does not mean he or she has anything wrong with them!! . But last i checked, this is a dental office. Every 3 year old is different. Some may be quite and perfect and still and others may just be a little more active. She then told me that i have to take care of my childs teeth like i take care of my own and she also said, and i quote If you do not take care of your own then at least take care of his! Ill be very honest, i have NEVER been so disrespect by a place that is supposed to be so professional. Not only I was disrespect in my face but my child was also disrespect and as a mother I DO NOT take that lightly!! She also asked me if he was my only child and i said yes and the way she looked at me was like, yea clearly he is your only child because his teeth have so many cavitys. She said all of this before the actual Dr came into the office. The Dr. was nice to my son but he spoke sooooo fast that i literally did not understand a word that he said. So my overall experience with this office was a horrific one and I tried soooo hard to be as respectful as I can and I tried to rub it off my shoulder but i was just so upset that I did call to make a complain and they told me that the office manager is on the phone with an insurance company and she/he will call me right back and its been over an hour and i have yet to hear from them. Over all this was a horrible experience!!!
