Centre told us that our loved one was not progressing and that we had 6 days to find a skilled Nursing Home for her. We relocated her to The Green Home at Marisol in Loveland. The FIRST day that she was there, she was up and walking. 2 weeks later, we are looking at her going home to assisted living...

My mother spent the last year of her life at Centre Rehab. She died of natural causes at the age of 97 on August 19, 2020. The highly professional Nurses, CNAs , Social Workers, Activities Directors, etc. are all dedicated to providing the ultimate care in a compassionate manner. Because of the Covid restrictions and our inability to visit, they effectively became family to Mom through their loving care for her and their responsiveness to her family. Because of their careful administration they had kept the virus out of the facility. The environment is impeccably clean.Previously Mom stayed at Centre Rehab when she had both knees replaced at age 87. When I arrived to take her home she was reluctant to leave all her new friends there. Her care was superb during both stays.

I had care there when I was recovering from double knee replacement. The hallways are long so nurses that must go up and down repeatedly are Angels in scrubs. Thank you for caring!!

This is a fantastic rehab facility. The environment is very caring and upbeat. They make every effort to meet the residents needs. There isnt another place I would even consider.

I know 3 people that have died here while recovering from surgery who would all still be among the living if not for the incompetence of this company. Protect your loved ones and keep them out of here!

Great company to work for but when I was working there supervisor was very upset because I had to do my two weeks notice, cause of my daughter so yes I did my two weeks and extra day for her. So later on I Tried to apply back for Dietary Aide position they kept denying my application cause supposedly I didnt do my two weeks when I did it was all angre from my old supervisor plus she always kept calling me to.please come back blah, blah , blah but I had told her I couldnt because I still didnt have a decent reliable babysitter so she made false information about me she knew how bad I wanted to come back to work and she knew my goals were to become a C.N.A and work for this company and she blew my chances away for no reason for false information.

Horrible. The teenaged night staff are incredibly rude and irresponsible.

Staff takes upwards of an hour to respond to patient call lights; if they respond at all. Should be brought up on charges for willful neglect.
