I have done extensive research on treatment programs all of the states in the western hemisphere. AspenRidge Recovery has definitely been the one to catch my attention. AspenRidge offers services that no one else does. Their structured transition program is exceptional in helping people achieve the life that they want. Clinical staff are all masters level & dually licensed in substance abuse, mental health, and many specialize in trauma, which is not a very common combination of expertise. Admissions staff is diligent, compassionate and extremely helpful. They do not base their success on the number of beds they can fill to make some sort of quota. They individually tailor each recovery plan to each client based on their needs and goals. AspenRidge is unique, safe, understanding and each member of their staff strives to make sure they are doing everything they can to do whatever it takes for each client to achieve success not only in recovery but in every aspect of life. It truly is an amazing program!

The administration folks are unlike any I have ever experienced before and I am not one to post a review either, so this says a lot. Heather (I think was her name) talked to me like I was actually a person and not some sort of inconvenience. She took the time to truly help me. It was very touching and gave me faith in humanity again. All the other places I spoke to just tried to get me off the phone and when I called Aspen Ridge, they were helpful, and went above and beyond. Very easy to open up to and talk with as well. I’d give 6 stars, but there isn’t an option for this.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time but I couldn’t figure out how to give enough credit to the people who taught me how to live again. This is the email I sent to my case manager from Harmony who referred me to AspenRidge. I sent it as soon as I got my phone back because I wanted him to send other women so that they could also benefit from this phenomenal program.“Hey *****! I just got my phone back today, I’m doing so well, thank you for helping me get to AspenRidge. When we asked for sober living and IOP I was placed in their PHP program, which has been absolutely amazing for me. In order to advance through the program and earn my privileges back I’ve had to demonstrate willingness, and I’ve gotten an incredible opportunity to develop my spirituality and really dive into the AA community here in Fort Collins. AspenRidge encourages coffee dates with women in the program, and you don’t get your phone back until you have a sponsor and start working the steps. I cannot recommend this place enough, they have pushed me to do so much more than I would have on my own and I don’t know where I would be in my recovery without them.Best Wishes”I sent that email about 9 months ago, and I can truthfully say that AspenRidge gave me the tools I needed to achieve long-term sobriety and lead a more fulfilling life than I have ever known. 10/10 would recommend.

The genuine care and help I received at Aspen Ridge was incredible. They were extremely helpful from the beginning which was paramount as I was unsure about seeking treatment for myself. If you are looking for a strong foundation in your recovery, this is a place you can truly find it. The wonderful thing about Aspen Ridge is that I received support and something unique from every single staff member. They provided me with the tools I needed to succeed and a support system I am sure will remain with me for the rest of my life.

Unfortunately this place appears to care more about the money they would get from inpatient care than actually helping people with their addictiion. I would advise anyone thinking of visiting this place, even for a tour, to do some more research and look for some of the other alternatives available.The facilities are ok at best. It is very spartan and looks like it could do with a thorough cleaning. The whole place does have the feel of a prison but without the charm.

Best treatment ever received been in 4 rehabs this place is the best way to get sober. The staff are all recovering and they aren’t just there for the money. Amazing place

My experience at Aspen Ridge was life changing to say the least. The program is flexible to meet the requirements of everyone who walks through the doors and the staff all have a deep understanding and passion for recovery. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to get and stay sober!

I have yet to encounter a facility that focuses so primarily on patient care, or witnessed an environment in which compassion and safety are the top concern, like I have with AspenRidge North. Clinical staff are unparalleled. Support staff exhibits such patience, guidance, and kindness. Facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming. A genuine and helpful place to actively work towards long term recovery.

They actually care and want the best for you. Also its so much more affordable and you get a lot of freedoms. Great staff, great place, saving lives.

AspenRidge Recovery, both the Lakewood and the Ft. Collins locations, are wonderful facilities for recovery from the destruction of addiction. As a therapist working with their staff, especially Donna Segrin, referring patients for treatment is as easy as can be. Very responsive! Very compassionate towards the patient and their family. Positive place for treatment.
