I came to Golden Peaks Center on a travel contract. My first experience with the staff was amazing! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The care, concern and compassion that is directed towards the residents is phenomenal. I have only been here a few weeks but I have made so many positive connections that I would definitely return if the opportunity presented itself. The residents are so very easy to fall in love with. I would feel confident placing my loved ones here if the need presented itself.

I have worked for Golden Peaks for over six years. As the Bookkeeper and receptionist for the facility. I have been blessed to meet and greet everyone at Golden Peaks over the last 6 years. I consider my life richly blessed by each resident, their families, and our staff. I often receive the praises of our staff by our residents and their families. Including our most recent praise of how dedicated our staff have been at making sure we have kept their family member safe from Covid. Golden Peaks is a blessing to our community and I am proud to be a part of this amazing team.

I have worked for Genesis for 6 years now. 4 of those being at Golden Peaks. I love caring for the residents and transporting them to & from their doctors appointments. It gives us more of that 1:1 time that you dont get when you have to work the floor and have multiple residents to care for at the same time. I enjoy seeing my coworkers on a daily basis. I look forward to the future.

I have been at Golden Peaks Center for almost five months, and couldn’t be happier! The Managment staff are always eager to roll up their sleeves, and help where help is needed. The line staff are always working hard to ensure quality care to our residents, and making sure all their needs are met. If you’re looking for placement for a loved one, or employment you will have no regrets choosing Golden Peaks, and like me you will instantly feel like you’re a part of the Genesis family!

Working here has been a great experience. It was a step up in my career. Communication within staff is great and you really get the satisfaction of helping the community.

I have been at Golden Peaks for over a year, the staff is supportive and I love my residents!! My nursing and therapy staff are like my family! We are tiny and mighty keep rocking on my friends!!!🥰

I have worked for Genesis Healthcare for several years, recently joining Golden Peaks in June 2020. I feel part of team (Golden Peaks Family) and feel I play an important role in the lives of our residents and staff.

This facility is always full of welcoming faces. Not only with a 5 stars rating but full of caring employees. With being a small facility you get to know every employee. The residents get more detailed care with having the same care givers day to day. Golden Peaks overall is a great nursing facility.

I spent many hours at the facility visiting my aunt. Although, sometimes it could be a bit chaotic based on the uncertain events that can take place at any given time, the staff was so wonderful to my aunt. She was always clean, in nice new clothes, given walks in the sun or a rest in her bed, whatever she wanted or needed at the time. I have seen the staff deal with many of the residents in a kind, caring way even though the staff was not always treated kindly by the residents. We had monthly care meetings with nurses, dietary aids, hospice workers, activities coordinator, chaplain, and any family to address any concerns or wishes regarding her care. All were addressed and changes were made if needed. The staff will never receive the compensation or credit they deserve for the detailed care and concern they give to each of the residents in their care. I cant express my gratitude for my aunt being treated like a queen at Genesis/ Golden Peaks A++++++

I have been here to visit my grandma about 5 times. Its hit and miss with the staff they usually act unwelcoming. I went the other day and she was naked in the bathroom. To prevent from embarrassing her I asked one of the ladies to check on her. She told me she would tell us if she needed help after she checked on her she told me she would have one of the other workers come take care of it. Her computer screen couldnt have been that important. This was a good experience compared to what some of the rest of the family has experienced here.

Staff is caring and kind to all residents. I am in the facility often and you could not find better people to care for your loved one. The building isnt brand new but the staff and care is Top-Notch.

The residents are truly taken care of.

I was in Golden Peaks for over a month. It was an old building run down.Some of the staff particularly one CNA was not very nice.(kind of rude to). I had to wait for call lights up to an hour. They were always short of staff.
